The admin team here are lovely, call you up if there's a time slot that's free, always greet you with a smile and good attitude. Justin is one of the best I've been to, he's an all-rounder and seems to help me with any problem I have, he's very patient and easygoing - nothing about this place feels clinical it's just good vibes and very welcoming.

Highly recommend Nigel and Elina - both of them have supported me prior to pregnancy and during pregnancy as well. The care, support and professionalism is exceptional. I had severe back pain pre-pregnancy and couldn't walk without pain until I visited Nigel and through continuous treatment I was able to get back to full time exercise training and a better quality of life. Nigel is the best, he’s thorough and ordered X-rays diagnosing scoliosis which had never been investigated despite a decade of back pain. I have been coming for years for my back pain. They have lots of good knowledge and a few good masseuses as well. They take the time to help you, anyway that they can. They help me out by giving me a reminder text message the day before and they have never charge me for missing an appointment. They just call me and remind me that I missed it and see if I can come in or reschedule. Justin knows how to do acupuncture this helps with any other injuries that I constantly get. I highly recommend them to anyone who has back injuries.

I regularly see Justin for neck adjustments and have recently started dry needling on my arm due to overuse and loss of strength.
