I was referred to Dr Kevin Nguyen by my wife who has been his patient for a while. Like for many, going to the dentist is something that gets pushed down the to-do list. Kevin made me feel comfortable and explained everything as we went through the procedure. He offered to play music or put on net flix and checked up with me day of and after our appointment. I am very impressed by the service and will be back once he opens up his own practice.

I don't usually leave reviews but feel Dr. Kevin deserves recognition for his character and as a dentist. Whenever I am asked by friends and family for a dentist, I am most confident recommending Kevin. I am always seen on time, feel welcomed and leave feeling happier. He is our go to dentist.

Had great experience with Ultra Smiles. Very welcoming and friendly team. Kevin my dentist was very considerate when performing a deep clean for me. Constantly making sure if I were in any pain or if needed to rest. He was very informative and showed me how to properly maintain my teeth. Kind, gentle, and honest. I am very afraid of the dentist and Dr Nguyen was very calm and gentle. Also, I was told by another dentist that I needed 5 root canals... apparently this is not the case. So I have avoided alot of unnecessary work and $ by getting a second honest opinion here! He seems to care about his patients, which makes you feel respected and human - not just another $. I took my 4yr old and 2yr old for their first check ups and it was fantastic. The dentist, Kevin made both my boys feel at ease and the tv on the ceiling was a bonus for keeping wriggling 4 and 2yrs olds still. The atmosphere was welcoming, all staff spoke respectfully to my children and myself. Kevin was knowledgable when I asked questions about myself and the boys and shared his knowledge in an easy to follow manner. We have already made our follow up appointments in 6 months and both my children are happy to return due to the positive experience they had.

Dr. Tamara is attentive, straight-forward, skilled and has a way of totally putting me at ease. I definitely recommend Tamara and Ultra Smiles in general. I had a great first visit to Ultra Smiles Dental. I was treated by Kevin who is a very professional and dedicated dentist with a thorough approach to his care. During my check-up Kevin used various scans and photos to give me more understanding of my teeth/gums and the areas we would focus on which was very reassuring and insightful. The surgery design is lovely, modern and inviting which makes those dreaded dental appointments a lot more pleasant. Highly recommend!!

Kevin and the team made my family and I feel very welcome here. Very friendly, informative and professional team. My 2 and 4 year old were both very nervous to see the dentist but Kevin made them feel right at home. One managed to sit for an hour for a check-up and filling with no complaints. TV in the ceiling was a bonus.

I’ve been seeing Dr Kevin for several years now before he opened up Ultra Smiles in Dulwich Hill. From cleans to my current Invisalign treatment with him, he thoroughly explains each procedure and is patient with the questions that I ask. He’s attentive, knowledgeable, provides a great level of care & is always so cheery. Goes to show he is genuinely passionate about what he does! For someone who is nervous about the dentist it was such a good experience. Dr Kevin was very friendly, gentle and thorough. He took time to explain what was happening with my teeth as well as setting up a reasonable treatment plan. 1st time to Ultra Smiles Dental, Courtney at reception were very professional. My mum is in wheelchair and they were very helpful and caring. I am usually very nervous seeing dentist but Kevin explain to me about everything to make me at ease。The equipments and decor very pleasant and updated. I went to see Dr Kevin Nguyen for some pretty bad pain caused by my wisdom teeth. I was extremely impressed by how Kevin was quick to diagnose and provide a few options on how to manage with my protruding wisdom teeth. He and his assistant Alice made my wisdom teeth extraction really comfortable with some nitrous oxide procedures, I felt like sleeping rather than any pain! Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a professional and comfortable solution to their teeth problems.

Dr Kevin has been my dentist for the last several years and he has always been very knowledgeable, gentle and friendly. I am currently pregnant with my first baby and Dr Kevin made sure I was comfortable throughout my routine clean at Ultra Smiles and made a plan for me to come back after baby was out to get an X-ray to ensure my safety was being put first! I also love the new, modern space at Ultra Smiles. Feels more like a spa than a traditional dental clinic! Can’t wait to be back, for both myself and my baby when she is big enough :)
