Such a lovely, upbeat and super fun environment to train in! The trainers are approachable, friendly, and very supportive. Would highly recommend!

Amazing! Love all the trainers here, super friendly and helpful, I have trained with F45 Marrickville for about 8-9 months and I feel great. They push you to your limit but are sure you’re keeping good form during exercises to prevent injuries. They’re also super accomodating if you have any ongoing injuries. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a gym environment anywhere else. They welcome everyone no matter the level of fitness!

Been a member of many gyms and by far F45 Marrickville has been the best! The trainers, members and overall environment is 10/10 and would highly recommend to anyone looking to get results while having fun!

After three years training at F45 Marrickville it feels like family. There are so many other fitness venues around but this place is for me. Always a smile when you walk in. The staff are always watching you are doing the exercises correctly, and adjusting exercises if you have an injury. This place makes every thing easy, except the exercises and is really worth being a part of.

Hands down, best F45 I’ve joined. Trainers are legends and always supportive. There are absolutely no egos in this gym - ideal! Great community vibes.

F45 Training Marrickville has a great space/studio with good ventilation and clean equipment. Every day is different. Sessions focuses on different parts of the body. There's never any doubt in my mind, I would always walk out feeling great. During this lockdown, trainers provided Zoom classes which were just as good. I wouldn't be surviving lockdown if it wasn't for these zoom sessions. Trainers here have a great depth of knowledge of the body and are always helpful making sure we're exercising correctly. They're also very funny! No egos here.

F45 Marrickville is a MUST......... Let's be honest we all want to loose weight and or stay in shape, and most of the time finding the motivation and drive is hard. The team at F45 Marrickville became part of my family, I personally have battled with my weight for many years. I would sign up to a challenge do a week or two and then fall off the wagon. Training was a chore for me and i did not enjoy it. That is until i found the team at F45 Marrickville. Kate and Brett and the team helped me set my goals and kept me accountable. Their smiling faces and non stop energy (regardless of the time of day lol) make training fun challenging and rewarding. I look forward to going to training and because of this they have changed my life forever. I will be eternally grateful for what this team of extraordinary people have helped me achieve. If you are going to do one thing for yourself this year make sure it's going to F45 Marrickville. You will not regret it!

I love the F45 Marrickville family! I have been working out at this studio since November 2019 and have nothing but positive things to say! The trainers are absolutely competent and know how to motivate and encourage you to give it your best. I have felt incredibly supported in my battle to drop those extra kg during the F45 challenges and beyond. I've been attending Marrickville for years now. Kate and the team are just the best and very supportive, other gym members are really good people as well. It feels like a second home to many of us. If you're keen to try F45 but not sure which gym, you'll be looked after at Marrickville.

I love training at F45 Marrickville and always look forward to attending the sessions! As someone who had never really been to a gym before, all the trainers at this F45 made me feel welcomed when I first joined, and proved to me that I could complete the seemingly daunting 45 minutes of high-intensity workout. After only several weeks of attending these group HIIT training sessions, I already feel so much fitter and stronger than before I joined. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone who never knows what to do at the regular gym, who is interested to try group workout sessions, or who just wants to meet these amazing trainers!!

I have worked in F45 gyms for nearly 7 years and my visit to F45 Marrickville really stands out as exactly what you want from an F45 experience: - Friendly, experienced coaches - A friendly environment that’s not intimidating and not “clicky” - Obviously accessible to a broad range of fitness and strength levels. If I lived in this area, F45 Marrickville is hands down a community I would want to be part of. Congrats guys for an awesome studio!

Just passed our two years with the F45 Marrickville team and haven't looked back! The trainers are top-notch and have an amazing ability of keeping their eyes on everyone in the room. They known when I'm doing something wrong or haven't picked up a big enough weight. We go back week after week for the accountability they give us. Love it here and highly recommend - the team are amazing at the best of times but have gone above and beyond for everyone in the COVID changes too. Thanks team - see you for Hollywood :)
