    Coming here is the best part of my day. Its filled with highly skilled and caring coaches and you also get to share your workout with a wonderful community of supportive women. Thanks Lets do it Fitness I have never looked back! Xx

    What a bunch of great 'Innerwesties' to work out with! Brenda has created a really welcoming and supportive environment with a big range of classes and semi private sessions to suit anyone.

    This is a great place to train with a lovely welcoming community of women who support and challenge you every visit. As an older woman, I never know which body parts are going to work on a given day, but that is not an issue here as the trainers are great at adapting things so I always get a good workout.

    Love LDIF! I do the group classes which are perfect for me and have become the only consistent exercise that I have stuck to in years. I feel like it's a great place for ladies who "dont like exercise" to find something that works for them. And the lovely supportive community will keep you coming back.

    When I was searching for additional work as a personal trainer, I came across LDIF, and I immediately knew it was the place where I wanted to be, where I wanted to work. I could tell that it’s the kind of gym with a close-knit community where everyone knows each other, women supporting women. It’s like a family that I aspire to be a part of. I enjoy coming here and connecting with all these wonderful individuals, assisting them with their fitness journeys, and always having fun together. I strongly believe that a gym like this can truly transform your life, not just physically. You’ll make new friends whom you can catch up with over coffee or lunch, and you’ll always receive support and feel at ease when you walk in.     Wonderful community of women, the trainers are exceptional and varied in their training expertise. LDIF has become my new routine for 4 years, from not ever having exercised. I love it.

    Brenda and the team are so encouraging, knowledgeable and helpful and the others in classes so welcoming. LDIF is really helping me and my family progress towards our health and fitness goals in a safe and affirming environment.

    Let's Do It Fitness is seriously one of my happy places. The coaches are all totally awesome. They know their stuff and really care about supporting people to achieve their fitness goals and feel confident in themselves. Unlike some of the bigger gyms, Let's do it Fitness is super inclusive. Whether you're young or old; fit or new to exercising; LBTI or not; have physical limitations affecting the types of exercise you can do, Brenda's commitment to building community means that she goes the extra mile to make everyone welcome and able to get the most out of their workouts.

    LDIF is a great community of women of all shapes, sizes and ages. I’ve been training with Brenda and her team on and off for years and have been supported and guided with rebuilding strength after having my babies. The private sessions and group classes and fun and diverse with well planned programs and great equipment. Highly recommend LDIF :)

    Brenda and her team are excellent! Everyone is so warm and friendly and they really care about helping their clients reach their goals. I am not a sporty person but I enjoy each of my PT sessions and feel I am getting fitter and stronger each week. Highly recommended.

    LDIF is fantastic. Brenda and her team are very supportive to help you reach your fitness goals. Brenda is the first trainer I have had that actually takes into account physical limitations such as injuries and tailor the workout to you so it is a enjoyable experience. She is encouraging and very supportive and takes the fear out of trying new things. In such a caring friendly environment it motivates me to go.

    Super friendly, supportive fitness environment. Brenda and the other trainers really know their stuff… classes and semi-private sessions accommodate beginners and those more advanced so training with different levels of experience works really well. Challenging and rewarding to build up fitness. Highly recommend LDIF!

    I have been going to this Gym for over a year now and what a team to be training with. Down to the coaches that keep me motivated to the crew that show up everyday. It’s not just a gym it’s a family. I would highly recommend LDIF to any women who is looking to get into shape 💪

    Have only had 3 sessions since joining last week and already feeling the positive impact. Super knowledgeable team giving expert advice, tailored to me with variety and fun that keeps it interesting. The trainers are really patient too. You won't regret joining the LDIF community!     I’m turning 50 this year and thanks to Let’s Do It Fitness I have never been fitter or healthier. Brenda and all of the trainers are not only brilliant coaches but awesome women. The incredible community of women that has been created and nurtured is a huge bonus.

    This is one of the best women gym in Sydney. Staff are very experienced and fully committed to help us to archieve our goals. They are also very easy to talk to and help me to gain confidence in training as I am not young and currently at the lowest fitness level. The studio is clean and very covid-safe which gives me a peace of mind. Love love it.

    Fitness is a commitment and great coaches & supportive peers make that commitment a smooth ride! Brenda and her team of trainers provide us with long term exercise strategies which helps in creating a sustainable workout habit. It has made me healthier, positive and energetic. Being an expat in Sydney, it has also given me a great gang of like minded people to work out with!

    LDIF has created a supportive and close-knit community of women of all ages who are motivated and strong-willed to give it their all to get fitter and stronger. The trainers have all helped me to personally exceed my own fitness goals and I'm very much appreciative of that. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who is after a safe, clean environment to train -- it's welcome change from the usual 'gym bro' joints.

    LDIF has been fantastic in keeping me accountable to train! All the coaches are positive and encouraging, always pushing you to do more! It also has a lovely community environment - everyone is so friendly, trainers know who you are and no intimidating group class sizes. Good variety of class types, day/evening sessions and online/in-person. Highly recommend!

    HIGHLY recommend this all female/non-binary fitness group set across two very well equiped studios in the heart of Marrickville in a safe and inclusive environment. LDIF offers members a timetable jam packed with a wide range of fitness classes from circuit training, boxing, bootcamp and HIIT; Yoga, pilates and personal to semi personal training. All tailored to varying levels of fitness with an accessible and flexible timetable and affordable tailored membership prices. Curated with some of inner wests finest trainers to help you reach your goals, classes are full of an excellent selection of the sister/otherhood who are all incredibly friendly, supportive and will guarantee you a good belly laugh while working out. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

    I joined the group as part of my New Year Resolution 2022 after gaining Covid lockdown weight. My aim was to be able to fit into my jeans comfortably and stay fit. I never expected to find such a welcoming community where you can be yourself and not be judged by your appearance, actually look forward to working out with a bunch of inspiring women and having fun while doing so. I was definitely hooked and it’s now become part of my weekly routine. My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner!

    I currently need a knee replacement and with the awesome help of the fantastic trainers I am still managing to do my exercises, just slightly modified. This could be used as a reason not to move but with the support I'm getting I can't believe what I still can do.. thank you
