Good bouldering place. Edit: the below issues all solved. Amazing place! Bring lots of water - didn’t see a drinking water tap like in gyms. Parking is difficult due to spaces.

One of the best climbing gyms in Sydney. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Most of the people there are super nice and supportive too. The climbs are spread well between all the levels of skill for all climbers. They have a weights area as well and space to store your bag. Definitely a must visit for any keen boulder climber. Shoe hire can be provided. They also serve really good barista style coffee

I love this bouldering gym, they have good facilities, the climbs are always interesting and there are loads of them to keep you busy. Parking can be I bit tricky during the day when the businesses surrounding 9 degrees are open, however at night when the businesses close there is an abundance of parking spots, even when the gym gets busy. Also, as a side note, this gym is close to a micro brew "Rocks Brewing Co Tap house" This makes for a great evening bouncing from the walls to the brewery for dinner and drinks, seriously, try it, so good 👌

I’m mainly about food, but I do need to work off the calories to eat more food and this indoor bouldering gym at Alexandria gives me what I need.

Great bouldering gym with lots of routes that change regularly! They have snacks, pizza and coffee if you're peckish and lots of room to store your belongings. It's also dog friendly so you might be lucky and meet some climber's well behaved pooches.

Great bouldering gym. Friendly staff, good routes and eslasy to read. Slack line is fun and the coffee is good. Also the warm up area and small gym is a nice addition to have.

Fav 9d loc. amazing setting. Has a moonboard. Friendly staff. They need to air out that downstairs gym area though. Has beastmakers, metrolius? And beast maker crimps to 6mm if I remember… Although membership prices are breaking me 😵

The route setting is always creative and the prices are decent if you get the 3-12 month passes! Great for serious boulderers. Love the dogs too. Overall, really can't complain. It's great for what it is, and there aren't many bouldering gyms here in Sydney. A nice touch is their use of TopLogger which lets you see what V level each of their routes are

A large boulder gym with various levels and grades. It's rock climbing without a harness however it is safe. It's a fun place to exercise and to have fun with friends and family. Very enjoyable!

Awesome bouldering gym. Have found the setting is great with good range from absolue beginners to the more experienced climbers. Always a ton of friendly people to chat to and climb with!

Fantastic Gym. Very pleasant. good community. Pure joy and friendliness. Extremely well balanced climbs. Can only talk for a Beginner to now an experienced individual. The different climb levels are not too far apart, if that makes sense, so it is pleasant and motivating to progress. Cheers, Dan

Love 9 degrees. Theres many of them. When you buy the day pass you can enter any degrees. Just need to let reception know! I bought the year membership which is cost effective if you go more than twice a week which I do!

The place overall is great, the boulders, route setting, staff is friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed about the gym room, it was really not clean, lots of dust on the ground, the yoga carpets smell really bad too.

Great place and we'll worth the admission price. Overall challenging location with many different difficult climbs. Inversely, not a great location for beginners due to a lack of beginner climbs.

A brilliant place to come and have a smashing time and a really fun workout. The staff are very friendly and encouraging, the music is great and the overall vibe of the place is fantastic. As a bonus If you haven’t been before you get free shoe hire for your first time and free access for a week which is another great reason to come and try it out.

An inviting venue, with welcoming staff even for beginners. If you are just trying out for the first time, try the two week reduced price, as for it In store. When done then you can decide to take out the much longer membership. And if you are considering taking it up, buy your own shoes - otherwise rentals are $7 per day. Good luck!

Well rounded climbing gym. The setters here in particular seem to more recently have a good selection of interesting climbs. Well suited to all skill levels. Good facilities and a little gym, plus good parking during the evenings even when busy.

Limited parking, small comp style sets and a single moonboard, stretching/gym placed in prime position for maximum toiletting acoustics, 2x low hangboards placed awkwardly close together with a rickety stool for positioning. Underwhelming but friendly gym dog (pug) present. Everything you expect in a modern inner city boulder gym. Five stars for truth in advertising.

Been my home gym for over a year now. Great clean place, amazing coffee, friendly staff, friendly crew. Wholesome place to chill at any time <3

Very nice boulder gym. The boulders are more old school (more crimping and pulling) than other gyms in Sydney, which is great. The training could be better/bigger but it has enough things to train.

This was a really fun visit! Unlike the other (small number of) rock-climbing/bouldering places I visited, a lot of the climbs were quite challenging, making this a great place to keep coming back to, since you won't run out of things to do as you improve. That being said, there were also quite a few easier climbs for relative beginners such as myself; so even if you're not good at climbing or you haven't tried it before, you won't be left with impossible tasks, although it will definitely push you out of your comfort zone (in a good way)! The staff here were quite nice too. I had a great time, although my fingertips are a bit sore now haha.

I have attended Elissa’s yoga classes at Alexandria recently. Her yoga routine perfectly designed for climbers. In particular, I really enjoyed her hip opening class and the backbend class. Very interesting that she changes topic each week. Never would have guessed what to expect from her class. Definitely looking forward if other 9D could run similar classes. Big thanks for the fabulous Elissa again. :) -Gabi

I am a beginner climber and this was a great place to go climbing. The staff are very friendly and willing to answer any questions.

Incredible little gym! Personally I'd consider this to be more of a leisure activity than a gym to get fit but there are some people that take this very seriously and will pay the relatively high membership prices. Tucked away in an industrial complex, parking is somewhat complicated but you can get lucky and find a spot. The staff are very friendly and not overbearing while you're on the walls. Try to go before 5pm so you've got a lot of choice for walls and freedom to try higher difficulties before it gets too busy
