    I've been training with Michelle for about 6 months and I've been able to achieve multiple goals in strength and body composition in. She puts in a a tremendous amount of effort in helping you achieve your goals whether it be in nutrition, form, mental health, its the ultimate package. I absolutely love the training facility, you never have to wait for a machine and it is always exceptionally clean and not to mention everyone training there is super friendly. I cannot recommend U Personal training enough!

    I started PT with Michelle just before the lockdown hit in Sydney. Throughout this time, Michelle has helped me to stay motivated and work towards my fitness goals. I am so grateful for the way U-personal training have allowed it's members to continue training, taking our sessions outdoors to Marrickville Park. Michelle really puts in the time with each of her clients to ensure that their fitness goals are reached. She is very kind, caring, knowledgeable and supportive. I am so glad that I found U Personal training, I can not recommend them highly enough.

    I have had the luck of one of the team,Michael training me for several years and now being at their own gym takes it up another notch again. Having the space to train without being crowded by others,no waiting to use the quality equipment along with the team they have working there makes for an enjoyable experience instead of a battle to exercise as common elsewhere. In summary it would be hard to find better if you want to be trained by professionals in an uncrowded well equiped gym,thumbs up

    I've been training with Michelle at U. Personal Training for over three months and she goes above and beyond for her clients. She educates as well as trains me. She takes into account all factors that I may be dealing with such as sleep, nutrition and work/life stress. She pushes me to work harder and lift heavier and the increased weights I've been lifting recently shows the progress she has helped me achieved. I highly recommend U.Personal Training for all your gym needs.

    I've trained with Michelle for a number of years, most recently in Marrickville Park due to the current health orders in place. Michelle has always ensured there was suitable equipment available at any site, the equipment is clean and that we are training in compliance with health orders. She is reliable, accommodating and goes out of her way to help me with my changing goals in a holistic approach. My interactions with Michael, Giannino and the other PT's at U have always been professional, warm and welcoming. I know this team has me covered with any goals or questions I might have.

    Can’t rate U PT highly enough! I started training with Michelle at Marrickville park during the 2nd Sydney lockdown with an extremely stiff shoulder with pain & minimal range of motion. It’s only been a few weeks but I’ve already seen changes in that time, namely reduced pain, increased energy & motivation to keep working on my goals week to week. I look forward to seeing more improvements going forward & can’t wait to transition into their gym facility once it reopens!

    My trainer, Michael, knows my strengths and weaknesses and caters my sessions according to those aspects as well as to what I desire to improve. The sessions are kept interesting with a diverse range of exercises, whilst keeping a focus on my goals. All the trainers at U. are very friendly and encouraging. I would definitely recommend U. gym and trainers to reach your strength and fitness goals, due to their experience and knowledge. This is a very welcoming space for whatever your fitness level.

    Recently joined. Beyond exceeded my expectations. The photos dont really communicate how personalised it is. The staff are amazing. It is welcoming and safe and personal. My trainer Sasha, is incredible, skilled and warm, which just maps to the whole place. This is the what I think most of us hope for when they start PT.

    The gym has everything you need and has a nice vibe, no offensive music or crowds fighting for a machine here. Michael has been my trainer for a few years, he is a great trainer who knows how to tailor a specialised program taking into account my medical conditions and injuries. I’ve also recently started seeing Tony the massage therapist, he has a holistic treatment style that is very professional and has been really helpful - I have fibromyalgia and it’s amazing the difference he makes as he incorporates needling, cupping and even taped my knee up! Overall a fantastic gym with knowledgeable people.

    After visiting and holding multiple memberships for different gyms, this is hands down the cleanest and up to date gym I'm a part of. The trainers are very client focused and work alongside you to achieve your goals and the other members there are respectful towards you and the the equipment. The cost is high compared to other gyms but for the in-depth program, diet advice, gym equipment and facilities, it is worth the price.

    I signed up for U Personal training 7-8 months ago with a bad shoulder and skinny body with pre-season for rugby league about to begin. The team matched me with Michael Aponno, who specialises in rehabilitation and weightlifting, just what I needed. Over six months, Michael patiently rehabilitated my rotator cuff and put 17kg of muscle on my body (I now weigh 100kg). Michael made himself available at all hours for training sessions, including Saturdays and Sundays. Everyone from the team, the gym buddies, and the facilities were top notch! I am now comfortable doing high-level gym training on my own and playing first-grade rugby without injuries. I can't recommend the gym enough and suggest anyone at any fitness level sign up.
