Great gym with a good atmosphere. They have state of the art machines and a large selection of freeweights (dumbbells go up to 60kg and plenty of Olympic plates). The staff are friendly and take an interest in your training.

Absolutely fantastic gym! Would highly recommend to all and any wanting to improve their health & fitness. After moving to Sydney from overseas, both my partner & I trialled gyms in the local area and struggled to find one that suited our requirements and customer service standards, until Spectrum Fitness! The staff were very informative when showing us around the facility and were happy to answer all our questions and concerns in regards to signing up. After joining up to memberships (on a promotion they had at that current time was a bonus!) we have thoroughly enjoyed using the facility and attending the classes that are offered. The club has been extremely accomodating with our requests around altering our memberships whilst we moved suburbs and we’ve never once felt pressured with a no lock-ins contract. The staff are always so energetic and friendly, waving hello every visit. As well as being knowledgeable in providing useful information to benefit training improvements. The facility itself is great! It has a variety of equipment in excellent condition as well as squat racks, lifting platform, bumper plates & group fitness room (bathrooms and lockers are also always clean). Membership numbers are ideal as I’ve never had to wait for any equipment use or felt pressured to rush my workout (nor as a female felt uncomfortable in the environment), there is never any overcrowding. So to sum up: the staff are awesome, my favourite gym & would 100% recommend signing up!

I have been a member of Spectrum for over a year now. Having tried a number of gyms in Rozelle/Balmain, I can confidently say it is the best gym in the area. It is the perfect combination of big gym resources and community gym charm. The staff genuinely care about their members and can't do enough for you. The atmosphere is always welcoming and encouraging. The only negativity has been from a handful of disrespectful members who didn't know how to share the gym space - but even in that regard, the staff handled the issue with tact and professionalism. Whatever your health and fitness goals, Spectrum will definitely help you achieve them.

I can't say enough good things about Spectrum Fitness. The premises is the cleanest gym I have ever trained in, and no expense has been spared to provide the highest quality equipment and machines. Although it is not a large gym, it still has everything needed for the dedicated fitness trainee; cardio machines, weight training machines, and powerlifting, bodybuilding and functional training equipment. They offer small group training too for no additional cost. The staff are polite, helpful, friendly, and respectful. The owner of the gym has assisted me numerous times to teach movements, and correct my technique to avoid injury - in his own spare time and at no cost to me. The gym is incredibly good value, especially compared to local "functional training" places like F45. Moreover, I've personally achieved more at this gym in the last 8 months than I have in years of training elsewhere. I put this down to the fact that I actually love coming here and working out.

Up until finding Spectrum I've struggled to stay motivated to exercise regularly. I'm so thankful for finding these guys because I actually now enjoy exercising and want to keep coming back! The fees are super reasonable, the classes are at good times with plenty of choice plus they are free as part of your membership, the trainers are all down to earth, friendly and make me feel really comfortable. Plus the facilities are ace and the air con is always cranking! Love it!

I love coming to this gym. Cillian, Kyla and the team are awesome. They are so friendly and helpful with exercise advice. They always greet you with a smile (or man hug). The classes are great, and are something I really look forward to a few times a week at least. The facilities are mint, and I love the natural light coming into the gym, esp in the arvo. Cheer guys, you rock!

Love the gym and the staff; great value for money and absolutely love Michelle’s flow yoga class. I’ve tried yoga on many occasions and never managed to get in to it, yet M’s class is a perfect balance of flow and strength. A big thumbs up

This is a great gym and I would definitely recommend it. Quiet, good equipment and good spaces. The only things they need to fix are: locks on the lockers (move away from keys to fobs) and also check and ensure that all equipment is up to safety standards. My wife hurt her knee in one of them because the safety lock didn't work properly
