    I’ve been at Dalecki Strength for almost a year and it truly is my happy place! I genuinely look forward to each and every class and am constantly trying to figure out how I can add more classes into my schedule! The members and coaches are inclusive and friendly. Regardless of whether you are a complete beginner or have had some gymnastics experience, you’ll be supported and challenged, every step of the way! I love the variety of classes, the programming, and the small class sizes. I’m getting stronger, fitter and more flexible while learning new skills and having fun - I really couldn’t ask for anything more!

    I was in need to get back to training after the covid year and I was lucky enough to find Dalecki strength. 5 star service, amazing coaches, clean space and awesome humans (and doggo 😊). My handstands are looking better after every session, my strength is coming back faster than I expected, the workouts are fun, safe and challenging and I always leave the gym with a big smile on my face. I would highly recommend Dalecki strength training to anyone, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Extremely happy and grateful to be training with these guys 💪🏽🤸🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️

    I joined Dalecki Strength as a beginner at age 33 with the hope that I could learn how to do a handstand, improve my mobility, flexibility and strength. Being able to learn gymnastics as an adult has improved my life in so many ways - Besides really enjoying learning new skills and movements, developing the strength and mobility to move freely and living pain-free, it's been awesome to venture outside of my comfort zone and challenge old thoughts on my own limitations. All in an environment that's supportive, safe and fun with incredibly skilled coaches that are patient and dedicated. I couldn't be happier that I took the first step to do a trial at Dalecki Strength - It was one of the best decisions I've ever made, I love training here and I'm excited to continue on and grow in my handstand journey. Thank you to all of the Dalecki Strength coaches, Kat and Ev for their support, training expertise and for creating a fantastic and inspiring environment for adults to learn gymnastics. Truly a one-of-a-kind gym, highly recommend.

    Where is the 6-star button?? A year ago, after a lifetime of running and cycling, I decided to do something in the direction of resistance training, ideally without the boredom of pumping iron in a gym. I can't believe how lucky I was to find Dalecki Strength! It is above and beyond what I had ever imagined a gym could be. The training itself is fun, diverse, and gives spectacular results. I feel better, stronger and more flexible than I've been my whole life. There is something fundamentally different between training for a muscle-up than training to lift 100 kg. It's a full mind-and-body exercise, and the reward is not just a number. And then there's the people... The coaches are competent, attentive, highly motivating, and always ready find a way to help us improve. The small classes mean you end up knowing everyone soon enough, and build a community of people who help each other in getting stronger. There's no judgment, only support. There is a special, loving vibe to the whole activity that I have rarely seen, in any context, let alone a strength gym! Everyone walks in with a smile, and walks out with a bigger smile :-) :-)

    Dalecki is a great place to learn or improve your gymnastics skills. The owners and coaches tailor everything to your skill level so there are no concerns what ever skill level you are at. Don't feel as though you need to be able to handstand/chin up/cartwheel to start. The all adult culture is inclusive, friendly and supportive.

    As someone that always struggled with fitness and strength, Dalecki Strength has been a game changer for me. It is the longest I have stuck with a specific regime. It is such a supportive environment, everyone is amazing, and for me is a safe, unjudgemental environment. I would, and have, recommend it to everyone. 💛

    Took my team of coaches out for a session at Dalecki strength today. They are truly the leaders in adult gymnastics. Ev, Kat and their coaching team have exceptional skills and invaluable experience. We walked away feeling very confident with our handstands! Can’t wait to continue building our gymnastics skills with the Dalecki team. P.S I love the facility! Great people with positive energy. :)

    I have joined Dalecki with zero gymnastic background and I must say, the team is amazing! Not only they scaled down the exercises to accommodate for my level for each session, but also kept them entertaining and challenging. All the coaches are very knowledgeable, I learnt new skills, gain flexibility, lose weight, improved coordination and boost my confidence, all whilst being surrounded by lots of fun people and very healthy environment! Can't recommend it more! :) Roby

    Just had my first intro session with Evelina. So hard but so great! The classes look small, it's a lovely clean space, parking in the street behind was ok as well. Looking forward to building strength and mobility! 🥳

    I joined Dalecki Strength just over a year ago now and it was honestly one of the best decisions I have made. The community, coaching and environment at Dalecki are incredible. The coaches and owners have made a safe space that encourages an environment of support amongst coaches and fellow gym goers. The classes are challenging, yet accessible and always lots of fun, and are always filled with friendly faces. My weekly classes at Dalecki are honestly my favourite times of the week. I’ve picked up so many new skills, become stronger and more confident in my “work outs”which really feel more like adult play time. Can’t thank the team at Dalecki enough. Highly recommend!

    I've been attending Dalecki Strength for over a year now, and it is hands down the best gym experience I've ever had. The people who run it are absolute superstars - both in their world-class skills and in the way they patiently explain techniques and offer feedback. There are a variety of classes to choose from, but my favorites are flexibility, handstand, and tumbling. When I started, I was stiff and had zero gymnastics experience but they expertly progressed me from basics to front handsprings in just a year! The coaches meet you wherever you are in your journey. I wholeheartedly recommend Dalecki's to anyone seeking an unforgettable fitness experience. Their expert training has transformed me physically and mentally. This gem of a gym can help you achieve goals you didn't know were possible.

    I've been training gymnastics with Dalecki Strength Gymnastics for six months now. Ev and Kat are both walking talking encyclopedias of gymnastics knowledge. No matter what skill you want to achieve, they will ensure that your program includes all of the necessary exercises to move you closer to achieving that goal. There is no other squad in Sydney I would consider joining!

    The Dalecki team makes everything so easy. With my super busy life it’s always been hard to try to come up and have to think about what to do at the gym. Since being at Dalecki all I have to do is get to the gym and they run classes and my weekly pt session. It really is the most engaging gym I’ve ever been to and I’m challenged and excited to get to the gym! That hasn’t happened in decades. Thanks To all the Dalecki Strength coaches, you have changed to way I approach not only fitness but it’s changed my life ❤️

    This gym is a true treasure! The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They foster an open and supportive atmosphere. Having been a member for over two years, I've gained numerous gymnastic skills, including being able to hold a solid handstand and complete ring muscle ups for reps. It's the ideal spot for anyone seeking to excel within a welcoming and results-driven fitness environment.

    I started at Dalecki Strength in my mid 50s. I currently attend a mix of small group classes & private personal training sessions. The personal training sessions have taught me the importance of being patient with gymnastics whilst being rigorous with the development of foundations. They have complimented my class sessions where I have been able to return to Handstands post bicep injury when I previously thought otherwise. My range of motion also continues to improve. The staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and very supportive, in particular with my return to skill work post bicep injury & with my ongoing hip movement restrictions as I await surgery. The gym space is amazing & other members are all very friendly, everyone seems to support each other to advance in our individual goals.

    I've been coming here a couple of months and I'm LOVING it. Really talented/dedicated coaches plus friendly/supportive fellow trainees make it a lot of fun while challenging yourself and learning new skills. I came here with the goal of nailing a freestanding handstand and found that I'm enjoying all the other classes just as much. Plus there is a cute resident doggo at the studio :-)

    All the team at Dalecki are amazing! They really take the time to understand what your goals are and help you on your way to achieving them. All the classes are so fun, but press handstand class with Lea makes Monday the best day of the week!

    Amazing set up for group fitness classes with fully programmed sessions that change and progress each month. The small class sizes allow the coaches to adjust the exercises to the individual. Each coach has a different athletic background which gives the whole gym a unique feel. My favourite classes are rings and tumbling with Micha, but flex and handstands have been keeping my weeks balanced. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

    I've been attending Dalecki Strength for two years now and I couldn't imagine training anywhere else! Learning gymnastic skills means every class is so different and fun. Kat & Ev have created such a wonderful space, and fostered such a great atmosphere. All the coaches are fantastic and so encouraging, and everyone who attends classes are so friendly and welcoming you're sure to walk away with some new friends. I'm so amazed at the progress I've made over the last two years, and it's all thanks to Dalecki.

    The coaching here is fantastic. Every skill is broken down explicitly, and coaches find exercises and the right level of challenge for you to make progress. They have also helped me feel more confident with trying new things outside my comfort.

    One of the best parts of their concept is the smaller classes. Usually from 6 to 8 people means you get great personalised instruction during the class on form and technique, something I really appreciate especially with challenging gymnastics positions

    Have been coming here for only about 5 months with my wife but we have loved every moment! The classes are well structured and caters for different skill levels. The instructors are also all super friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to my strength and flexibility progression. Definitely give it a try!

    Love this place! Great sense of community around the gym. The coaches do an amazing job at keeping the classes fun but still challenging and they honestly cater to every individuals fitness/skill levels. I started a little over a year ago and I'm stunned with how much progress I've made in my strength and mobility. Would reccomend to everyone of all ages and fitness levels.

    Started a few weeks ago after finding them on Google maps and reading the reviews. I can confirm they are just as good as everyone says. And I don't think anyone else here has mentioned the gym dog- which is a bonus! I've never really been one for class based training, I get enough social interaction in my job and sort of want to switch off when I work out. But these classes are welcoming, not cringe worthy and they drive you but you can still go at your own pace.

    I can’t recommend Dalecki Gymnastic Squad enough, the coaches are all extremely talented, passionate and super friendly! It can be daunting learning something again (or for the first time) as an adult but the coaches are great at explaining each skill and designing a program to help you progress. The program helped me improve my overall strength, flexibility and helped me focus on my weaknesses. (I also got to learn lots of cool stuff along the way!) I can’t wait to come back for another term:)

    I started with Dalecki to get some cross training strength for rock climbing. Its been awesome to find areas I can improve to prevent injury and get me stronger on the wall. I am loving incorporating what I am learning with them into my regular training routine. My shoulders and hips feel so strong and robust. Thank you
