    Benji has an extensive knowledge of fitness/conditioning and a great understanding of the way the human body works, what is needed for overall improved health and how to move better. He has demonstrated a greater knowledge than most personal trainers I have ever come across in the industry. He knows the difference between good technique and bad technique. Some trainers just know how to push you but do not know the ins and outs of the science behind the training. Benji however seems to have had extensive training at a high level and understands the way movement should be to get the best results. He is passionate about his job and loves sharing his knowledge. I am into the details and he cares about them too. He is far from lazy and goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are getting the best possible results for the time and energy they put into a training session. He has been punctual and reliable as a trainer who has guided me for many years. I have followed him around from gym to gym to ensure I get the best PT sessions available. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for one of the best personal trainers in Sydney :)

    I started training with Benji about two months ago. Prior to this I was training 3x per week, swimming, rock climbing and doing a mountain climbing trip once per year. Suffice to say I thought I was in good shape! However Benji was able to quickly identify a number of weaknesses and we have focused on building strength and mobility in these areas. This is exactly what I needed and from my experience there are few coaches out there who can provide this level of indepth coaching. The results speak for themselves! I have within a short space of time broken a lot of personal bests, improved technique and increased flexibility. Looking forward to putting this all to good use on the Matterhorn in July.     I have been training with Benji for almost 2 months now and I have already noticed a huge change in the shape of my body, my strength and weight lifting abilities. Benji is a great coach who not only shows you proper technique, but also has amazing knowledge in nutrition, supplements and recovery. Would highly recommend Benji as a personal trainer if you're looking to improve form, lose weight or gain muscle and have a laugh while sweating!

    Benji is by far the best PT I have trained with. He is extremely knowledgeable, listens closely and is attentive to both your strengths and short-comings. I have amazing results after only 3 months training and looking forward to seeing where we are at the 6 months mark. Would highly recommend.

    Benji is an experienced and friendly coach/personal trainer who has helped me get back into training at the gym following a long hiatus. He's a good communicator, giving solid instructions, genuine feedback and takes the time to really listen. Oh, and he's 'great craic' to train with! Highly recommended! :)

    Started olympic weightlifting training with Benji and absolutely loving it. Benji has accumulated so much knowledge over his years as a coach which you can tell from his passion. Looking forward to continue training with him!

    Benji has been working with me to achieve my fitness goals for around 2 months now. I absolutely love and look foward to every session as i know it will be quality with Benji. During this short amount of time i have been re educated on techniques, learnt new exercises and have already seen a big change in how my body looks and feels. The way Benji teaches is very concise and uncomplicated so the sessions have a really great flow. Benji is both professional aswell as super easy to get along with, he has listened to my goals and tailors the training to suit me as an individual. Highly recommend!

    Benji is very personable and professional, as well as extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of training, nutrition, and lifestyle. If you follow his instructions and listen to his advice, and are willing to put in some time, effort, and maintain consistency, you will notice yourself beginning to achieve your goals. Highly recommended if you are a newbie to the world of training, and might have some hesitancy about starting out. Looking forward to his continued mentorship into the future!

    I have always been super active, but for health reasons needed to take 12 months off training. Benji has been my secret weapon in building back my fitness and strength, and 3 months in I am in a much better place physically. He knows how to push me just beyond my comfort zone, is technically extremely knowledgeable so I work out efficiently and effectively, and also is flexible and accommodating when schedules change. Highly recommended.

    Benji is a passionate and committed trainer. I love that as my coach he taps into the psychology behind training, and does his absolute best to ensure his style, mentoring and program reflect my personal goals. The knowledge and depth is inspiring, as his willingness to give so much of his time outside his hour with you in the gym. Highly recommend.

    Benji coached me for 3 years and taught me a lot about not just correct movement patterns, but my own body and how to achieve correct movement and then progress to achieving big goals. I find his style relaxed and his knowledge on anatomy very impressive. Highly recommend Benji if you're serious about building your foundations right and continuing with your training for years and years to come.

    I’ve been training with Benji for the past month or so, and in that time have been so impressed by his knowledge and expertise. With his support I am feeling stronger, and lifting more than I ever have across my whole program. More than that I have felt invaluable improvements in my form and technique—which is the kind of embodied knowledge I’ll now carry with me forever really. I look forward to a lot more training with Benji in the future, and can’t recommend him enough.
