Massive bouldering gym - you'll never run out of routes. Very dynamic climbing style. Love how they foster an inclusive atmosphere, and the staff are super friendly. Gym facilities are some if the best I've come across for a climbing place. Easy walk from Sydenham station, although finding food nearby is tricky.

An excellent bouldering gym. Good mid grade climbs and plenty of space, not too crowded at peak time.

Such a cool bouldering gym. Safe space if you’re lgbtqia+. They have special events for the lgbt and special nights for women & non binary, there’s even discounts! Prices are affordable and there’s liquid chalk around the gym to use. There’s something for everyone of all levels. Such a welcoming space.

I had a fantastic time at this indoor bouldering gym! The diverse range of climbing routes caters to all skill levels. The facility is well-maintained, and the staff is knowledgeable and supportive. It's a great place to challenge yourself and improve your climbing skills. A perfect spot for both beginners and experienced climbers to have a thrilling and fulfilling workout session. Highly recommended!

Some most friendliest staff you would ever find in Sydney gyms. Very helpful always, greeting with a big smile and care for climbers all abilities. Gym and bathrooms are so clean you would have to remind yourself you are in Sydney bouldering gym. Route setting is great too. And did I mention too class coffee? Ask for flat-flat coffee as a special treat.

Love blochaus experience! For a beginner, I find the place brings joy, playfulness and fun. I find the climbs are doable compare to other bouldering outlets. Very clean and bright environment. It doesn’t have sweat odour you will typically find at gyms.

Favourite Sydney bouldering place. People are very friendly, climbs are challenging and there’s a great variety to them. Feels like an inclusive space where you can just relax and go it at your own pace.

My friends and I visited this bouldering gym today and it was such an amazing place to climb. We all agreed this was probably one the nicest gym we’ve been to. It’s pretty large and has a lot of different routes. Id highly recommend going to BlocHaus!

Such a fun place to hang. Good vibes. The walls are awesome. They change the holds often. Staff are friendly. There's a well equipped gym upstairs and great training equipment downstairs. Showers and toilets were clean too. Plus there's a ping pong table too. 5/5 would definitely climb again here :)

Super friendly staff and great and welcoming atmosphere. The music is fun and there is range of climbs for everyone, not to mention free chalk! A very clean gym. Busier in the evenings.

Really good bouldering place. Much more challenging than 9 degrees in Alexandria. It's dog friendly. Has free plaster, water and cream if needed. There's a charging port station for mobiles.

Great gym, great atmosphere. Large, open and bright unlike alot of gyms, plenty of climbing walls as well as space to move around. Additional gym facilities are nice also

Great inclusive environment and doggo friendly. Plenty of liquid chalk available, have good bandaids and water if you forget your bottle. Friendly staff, enjoyed the bouldering workshop too. Plenty of on-site and street parking available, and it resets frequently. Can get busy after work so recommend early mornings or late in the evening to avoid crowds.

A very nice gym. Price is very reasonable, the area is quite big with a lot of very fun problems of a variety of skill types. Absolutely recommended if one is in the Sydney area or are just stopping by like myself. Can't wait to return in the future.

Everyone there including staff and other gym goers were really nice and friendly. All super inclusive and provided clean facilities. Ordered a coffee while I was down there and it was made really well. Will be coming down regularly!

Great activity for friends, families and colleagues. We’ll set up and decent price considering you can also use the ping pong table and gym. The gym upstairs was surprisingly clean and well equipped with squat racks and techno gym.

Went here together with my best friend who tried out bouldering for her first time and - loved it 😍 We went here on a weekday in the morning and had a big hall almost just for ourselves so enough space to try everything out. I’ve been to several other bouldering halls before but this one offers really cool and different routes I’ve never seen anywhere else!

First time today. Friendly staff that will help you out, briefing video was easy to understand everything (grading colours, safely falling etc). Spacious and plenty of variations for all grades, very clean as well. They also have a area to rest on comfortable chairs and another area for table tennis for when you want to chill a bit which was appreciated

Super fun climbing gym. The vibes and music are great and it's a nice spot to just hangout. It attracts a friendly crowd, I always try to visit every fortnight or so. Although the climbs can be quite fun and challenging, some of them can feel a bit gimmicky e.g. a lot of leaps or upside down hangs, etc. Some of the climbs stay for a bit too long wish they would reset more often. Nonetheless, this place definitely got me into bouldering would recommend for anyone starting out!

Edit: Thanks for updating the splash wall with new holds! Good gym. Very confused about grades with the colours, makes it slightly harder to track progress. Has a grand board setup, but anything on the splash wall is really hard since all the wooden holds are super slippery and polished with rubber, needs a good clean. Good setting and variations. Also, feel slightly paranoid walking through the streets of Sydenham/Marrickville to get to BlocHaus. Not my favourite place to visit at night.

Amazingly clean facilities with a pretty well decked out gym, ping pong table, rock climbing training stuff and even a tight rope.

Very cool place, everyone very welcoming, good staff, large selection of problems to climb and gym and shower too!

The chalk? Liquid. The holds? Well placed. The price? Standard. The walls? Solid. Friendly staff, plenty of room, the only padded mat not provided is the one for my ego when I fall on a low level climb. 10/10 would climb again.

Such a fun place to go with friends and family. Even when it's busy you are never worrying about having to que to climb. They also have great amenities, a table tennis table, tight rope and a coffee machine. The climbs change frequently so you will never get bored, highly recommend.

My favorite bouldering gym in the city! Staff always makes you feel welcome, friendly community, the space is clean at all times, looks colorful and bright, free liquid chalk is provided, strong fans are on during the hot days. They brew coffee and play groovy music. It’s an awesome place to be in 😉 Thanks guys for a great atmosphere!
