I ABSOLUTELY LOVE F45 BALMAIN, I have never been so committed to my health and fitness as since I started training at this studio almost 3 years ago. I feel fitter and stronger than ever. This has to be the best decision I have made to improve my health and lifestyle. Karina and all the coaches are amazing and there is a great training environment with real results. I have also participated in 2 of the 8 Weeks Challenges and it is definitely a life changing experience. I definitely recommend joining!!!

Ken and I have been training at F45 Balmain for just over 4 years (5 days a week) and we still love it - we were looking for a gym that we both would enjoy to do together. At the start for me it was daunting , I was overweight and hitting 50 but the team of great coaches soon had me fighting fit. I have been training at F45 balmain for 6+ months now, I joined out of curiosity and now have been a regular, the staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. The format is just perfect, you are guaranteed to sweat in 45mins with sufficient variety to avoid boredom and also work on different part of your body including cardio. Perfect format if you plan to lose weight and stay in shape.

I joined 6 months ago and initially for 3 months. I have now upgraded my membership as F45 is part of my routine. The workouts are great and change often so you are not bored and your body is constantly challenged. I also like the alternate days between strength, cardio and hybrid so you can even go every day if you want to. Finally and most importantly, the coaches and Karren the studio manager are great! They check on how you are doing, offer great support and coaching!

Absolutely love training at F45 Balmain. The team are highly motivating, friendly and just awesome. Karren is communicative and flexible, and really values relationships with her members. I never thought I would enjoy getting up so early and pushing myself to be fitter and stronger. Thank you guys!

Great place to train! Workouts are varied and I love the mix of cardio, strength and hybrid each week. As a bonus, the coaches are incredibly friendly and encouraging!

F45 Balmain is the best! It's been the only thing I have been able to stick to and that's because I enjoy every single session. The trainers are fantastic, friendly and motivating, the music is fun, no two days are the same and I am seeing results. I am so happy I found somewhere to get healthier, while having fun at a place with a really lovely community vibe <3

Karina, Lou and all the team have made it so easy to call F45 Balmain home for more than 2 years. The trainers have encouraged me and provided personalised tips and points of improvement in exercises and diet tips. The gym is clean and the community is great. All fitness levels and ages really feel welcome at this centre and every one has a laugh and can work out without being judged. They have helped me pause membership when I was unwell and kept communication open all throughout covid. For those looking for a happy, professional, results oriented workout program, Balmain F45 is where you should go.
