Waited for days before someone picked up the phone and then waited before I received the booking confirmation after I had to reschedule the cruise, which was this agency fault. The service department put the spare tire on in its place, gave us an estimate for a new set of tires, and did not charge us because the tire was irreparable. My tip is to get there nice and early as Sydney traffic is very unpredicable. The show was great and the food was delicious. Plenty of time and opportunity to take photos of the harbour and you get some really great shots. If you are a local or a visiting tourist this is a must to put on your list of things to do. We did the dinner cruise on a Friday and a lunch cruise on the Sunday- so glad we did both as they were both different but both wonderful! Staff attentive and helpful. Food was amazing for both. I can’t recommend one over the other as they are equally terrific, just choose one that fits your plans or do what we did- BOTH!!

I’m lodging a dispute with my bank shortly, fraudsters much. And imagine we had booked 18 tickets with a different agent but only 2 kids were left, for them to tell me that the ship is full hrs later while other merchants were selling their tickets, by this time no one had to lockers available. Lucky a princess cruise let us buy tickets for the 2 kids when we got there they were like of course we not gonna let the kids stay behind and we ended up paying less. U see what this agent advertises don’t believe it u might buy unavailable tickets and they take your money, all u get is sorry😳, fraudsters!!!!

Australian Cruise Group cancel our cruise, to rebook it a few days later. We thought great, but then again they cancelled again less than 24hrs to go. Thankfully we were able to book a beautiful sunset dinner cruise with Captain Cook cruises, which were reliable and heaps cheaper, excellent food and great service. I would not go with OR recommend clearview, but highly recommend Captain Cook, who when a cruise is booked, actually deliveries. Deborah K

Within minutes of boarding, we were advised that the eftpos was out of service so only cash sales - unfortunate for those that had none on them. Paid $125 for a bottle of wine - retailed at $15 at the most. The cruise itself was nice but only due to the magnificent Sydney views. Would suggest to anyone looking at booking, buyer beware.

We experienced the Sydney Vivid Harbour Cruise. Very satisfied with the experience and the cost. Given the duration on the water of approx. 2hrs and included 1 x beverage each it was well worth the money. A well paced cruise along the harbour experiencing the best that Vivid had to offer. There were amenities available on the boat and options of indoor or outdoor seating and standing.

Absolutely amazing experience and a must go for anyone visiting Sydney. Views are to die for. Surreal experience and ideal for celebration or just for fun. Very friendly and helpful staff, accommodated us for Vegetarian 3 course meal with special requirements although this was not an option and they went out of their way for this. Food was amazing! Greatly appreciated this as it was a special occasion. The show is fabulous and full of fun and laughter. I would so do this again!! Brought priceless memories back to Melbourne.

Couldnt answer simple questions, did not return my call, messages and email, was told numerous time that manager will return my call and assist me but never did. Left me feeling worried, unease and upset not knowing if my group would all make it on the cruise successfully. Will be planning another cruise in the upcoming months but definitely not with Aus cruise Group again.
