i am not one to complain but I would never return this paintball ever again and would highly advise to steer clear. 1. The organisation was horrible (nothing was prepared for our group of 20+), No instructions were emailed prior to arriving or when to arrive only when our time slot was, when signing waivers they ran out and told us to pay and not worry about signing, we all paid the same amount for the session to receive the 300 paint balls for 2hours of game play, but instead half of us received 100 or none and had to complain for more for the group and then only played 2 x 20 min rounds. 2. The Hygiene and Covid Safety was horrendous, The safety masks were sweaty still, one of our players had found dirty tissues in his overalls, bathrooms were disgusting toilet paper and tissues everywhere, there were no covid safe QR codes for us to fill out. We were also placed with another group of 10-12 which we were not aware of apon booking, and then placed into another small room with them before staring. Guns were not sanitised between sessions/ groups 3. Safety was not explained well. we were told "Dont take your masks off, it really hurts" that was it, the arena floor, stairs and ramps looked and felt like they had not been scrapped or cleaned in months there was loose paint balls everywhere, paint puddles everywhere to the point where as soon as we walked into the arena our shoes were covered in paint and we were sliding around everywhere, several of our players slipped over or down stairs due to the amount of paint on the floor and stairs. The safety marshal would leave in the middle of the game and was no where to be found if someone needed something or someone wasn't following the rules. Also the only 4 workers there looked like they were all under 18 years Was just an overall terrible experience

Average at best - I would recommend elsewhere... The pricing was squarely average. The hire for the amount of balls and guns was roughly average when compared to other sydney based locations. The staff were reasonably friendly, particularly those behind the counter. They made the process of sign-up and registration quite smooth. The biggest issue is the lack of gun safety procedure. Whilst a rudimentary and very basic run-through of the gun rules was provided to the team, it was far too short and not comprehensive. There was serious and very dangerous gap in the warnings and more rigourous and safe protocol should have been enforced (ie how to hold the guns in standby, not pointing it at people, treating it like a loaded weapon.) This venue has one (average) arena, which WOULD have actually been half decent if they had cleaned the hundreds of previous layers of paint off the surfaces, ground, structures and supplied protective clothing. Im all for indicative splatter and decorative residual paint, but the sheer amount of leftover paint on the surfaces made the whole experience a very oily mess. The gun quality were also average, but perhaps made worse by the tendancy for them to not work, require repair/technical adjustment mid-game/have components fly off (admitted by staff at the start of the rounds). Major drawbacks include charging additional fees for very basic/expected protection (ie; a protective cup for men, and top of the head protection) Other disappointments also include being well and truely understaffed. For an arena of approx 30 people, there was only 1 referee, and that same person was also expected to provide maintenance to players gear (ie guns, armor, googles). This also resulted in delays in upgraded guns or equipment being rolled out, with my upgraded gun not being provided until halfway through the session. Understaffing becomes a big issue when many players run out of cannister pressure, or require repairs or adjustments at the same time, and doubly so an issue when other players break rules and performs actions that are dangerous to other players. In our instance 2 of our players were shot at point blank by another booking party, and the referee disregarded this (likely due to them being either too busy to act, or too lazy to care). - The overall takeaway is that this place could be okay for a casual visitor who's local to the area - but not for an intermediate or regular player. I would not travel far for the experience.

I wasn’t sure if indoor paintball would be as good as outdoor but it was easily as fun and probably faster and closer. Recommend!

Great team and solid venue. Die Hard was generous enough to open up a special space for my brothers bucks. They were very helpful with everything we needed and the pizza was delicious. A fun close quarters arena with a good range of games. Everyone had a great time. Thanks legends

Excellent team building and great fun! Mercy game mode was by far my most favourite game mode. If you want an adrenalin rush definitely pay die hard paintball a visit and prepare for some pain.

Negative: - Sign in process did not go well: - We went in a group of 10ppl and 5 of us were considering playing laser tag or do not play at all. Receptionist suggested that we can all play 1 round of paintball and whoever did not like could switch to laser-tag. - As it was expected half of the group decided to switch to laser tag, we told the staff who were in the filed about the switch option and they said: “just get changed and go to the receptionist and they should sort it out for you”. - But the receptionist said to my friend: “since you used your bullets you cannot change”. She said that we did not use much (2 of us did not even shoot once since the gun was jammed and they decided to switch to laser tag straight away). - So, they got back to the field and we took around 50% of the bullets back to get a refund for it; since half of the group did not want to play. - So, I went and told the receptionist that these are the bullet, but he said I can only give discount for laser tag and cannot switch for free or refund. - Pizza was horrible, especially the meat *I get it if the company has no refund/switch policy, but hearing different words from different staff is annoying. Positive: - Big field with many cool items and hiding area - Helpful staff inside the field

Paintball is a competitive team shooting sport in which players eliminate opponents from play by hitting them with spherical dye-filled gelatin capsules called paintballs that break upon impact only for children ages 12-to 14-years-old can play

I sincerely hope Die Hard Indoor Paintball get their business organised because as it stands the facilities are incrcedibly dangerous, paint ball guns defective and protective jump suits filthy. The arena is fraught with slipping hazards and poorly monitored by staff. Safety is spoken about as the paintball guns are classified as weapons but other than that its basically a free for all since there is no match refereeing or observation of rules. I had initially visited the site a few years ago and more recently, unfortunately nothing seems to have improved. Don't spend your money at Die Hard, save it spend it at a business that is more engaged in safety and providing a good service.

Absolutely fantastic, hands down the best team building experience. Being the only one in my group on the opposition meant having to work with others. Staff were friendly and helpful. They even provided 2 minutes of all out hit anyone you want (from a safe distance). Loved it.

Took the kids aged 13-16, they were split into 2 teams and those teams had other groups within them. The kids had a great time. Bruised every where lol, but it's not die hard for nothing. I booked this fairly last minute, the staff were incredibly accommodating with me as I wasn't sure how many kids would be there. We chatted on the phone, told me what the basic package covered and what I could get as extras. On the day, it's hectic! But again the staff were excellent, patient and thorough. The gear looked good on the day too, well prepared and clean. The staff ensured that everyone had the minimum protection gear and the games were run relatively safely. There's always an idiot, my son was shot in the face, another girl shot in the groin (do get a groin protector for the girls, as unlikely as you think, this landed very badly and could have been a serious injury). None of this is the centre's fault, the staff were heavily focused on safe but fun game play. We gave the kids 200 paintballs with the standard gun. During 2 hours, it's not enough. Look at getting at least 300 each. The kids had a great time and are making plans to go back ASAP. It's located right next door to Turrella station, and there is a lovely park just a few minutes walk down the road. Don't bother with the park bbq, it's on its way out, there's a few infant park play things, 2 tables and plenty of room for a game of soccer.

This place is awesome on all levels! The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable and they can really give you a great paintball experience. The battlefield feels like a little town and has cars and helicopters put in for a more real feel. On request the battlefield can go pitch dark and use smokemachines to increase the level of difficulty and provide a bad ass adrenaline rush when you don't see your opponents. The facilities also provides showers, pool tables and function rooms to make it a full day/night experience. Why not book this for your next bucks/hens night or a birthday party, I did and I had the best night and best birthday in a long long time and I guarantee that you will not be disappointed!!

We have recently completed a game purchased through Groupon in July. We were group of 6, knowing that its painful being shown at the prep before the game, purchased extra groin protection for the boys. Being advised that neck and some other protection gear is optional or have to pay extra. Bring yourself gloves it helps. I believe it should be provided and strongly encouraged as the injurys from hits are minor. I should point out that the floor was quite slippery. One game that was organised by the leader, we were told to face each other aas 17 century shoot out. Not cool , unsafe and the worse idea no one enjoyed.

Players were regularly cheating and shooting people who are already dead, there seems to be no regard for the rules of the game once play commenced I felt very unsafe walking out in the open with both my hands and gun raised in the air, there was no referee present on the field throughout the game, only 1 person was running the whole show and this led to people doing whatever they wanted, this led to alot of people becoming aggressive and nearly resulted in a fight, safety explaination seemed very rushed, overall I just felt very unsafe playing on this field, very small field for the amount of players present, I have played before on other fields and there was a lot more guidance, at one point players had no idea where to even start and it felt like the players were more in control than the guy running the event, receptionist was very nice tho so that was nice
