Thank you so much for the Sydney Harbour Tour with my boys yesterday. We had such an amazing and memorable experience! We had perfect weather for it. Our pilot, Chris, was very welcoming and knowledgeable too. I highly recommend it.

An amazing experience, also quite nerve racking when you’re up in the air but the views are absolutely incredible. All staff were extremely nice and special mention to our driver Lincoln who was a great guy. The pilot did a great job as well.

Great views but the experience was dampened by the rude attitude of pilot..from the very beginning he seemed grumpy, we were rushed into the helicopter, we then sat in there for at least 15 mins to wait for clearance to take off which I understand, but what was upsetting is the pilot acussed us of scratching the window which we didn't! I noticed the scratch when I got on the plane and it must have been left by groups before us. Unless the pilot checks the conditions of the windows between flights - which I don't think he does as the next group after us got on immediately after we got off (that might have explained why we were rushed) - the pilot is lacking the basic respect to ppl and we didn't pay to get abused. To be fair the reception staff were absolutely lovly and very welcoming.

Recommended you deal with the seating before confirming the flight. I was put in the middle because of size. Being smallest gives you disadvantage here. I was put in the middle of the helicopter which I could not choose because how they arrange the seating. I could barely see anything. I wasted too much money just to be taken advantage of when everyone pays the same amount! The worst thing I have ever done while travelling.

I’d avoid...paid for a 30 min flight 17 mins later we were back on the ground! It really looked like they were pushing as many through as they could pre Christmas, and....I didn’t see a thing! Middle seat! If you get it be prepared for no pics and no view which is the point of the trip!

Such a lovely experience! All the staff were super friendly and communicative. A unique and amazing way to take in the city. Definitely worth a go while in Sydney! I can’t stress enough how accommodating they were. They arranged for a shuttle to take us back to the train station and when I accidentally left my sunglasses behind, they went out of their way to drop them back off at my hostel. Shout out to Lincoln for being such a lovely and helpful guy!

Absolutely a unique way to see the city and take some amazing photos and memories. The wonderful folks operating the flights are professional,friendly and warm. The pilot was thoroughly knowledgeable, we learned a lot.

Extremely over priced. We booked this as a wedding present and found out as we were getting on the helicopter that you couldn’t sit next to one another. We knew we would be with other people and didn’t want to pay for a private tour which was absolutely fine, but given most people will experience this trip in a couple or as two people, it’s crazy that you can charge $400 to experience it separately. I wouldn’t recommend it at all and the commentary over the trip was very basic and annoying. Really sad given our friends were so generous spending so much money on a wedding present that we couldn’t have together.

The best birthday present ever! My dad and I flew today at 2:30pm & the whole experience was fantastic! Our pilot was so informative & made us feel so safe throughout the whole flight. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We did a one day Eco Tour to the Blue Mountains. It was just the two of us and the pilot in the helicopter. Everyone was super nice and it was by far the highlight of our trip The price we paid was worth it and being picked up and cared for the entire was awesome. We did something that would usually take way more time and would not even be nearly as exciting in half a day and we loved it! Really recommend it !!!

Had an excellent scenic flight today over the beautiful Sydney Harbour! Our day started with complimentary transfers from Lincoln who was such a lovely bloke & super friendly. Then our pilot Forest was also fantastic and made us feel super comfortable and the commentary was great. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sydney - definitely worth every dollar ☺️

Despite the windy conditions, the chopper ride was stupendous!! The wife was situated in the best seat in the house, the front seat, myself and another couple took in all the views of Sydney, and all the famous bridge and opera house from an Eagles viewpoint.The company picked us up from a rendevous point, and happily returned myself and wife to our front door of our Hotel, after our 20min flight of fancy!! The pilot jacky was awesome. He took it slowly and his commentary was good. We were lucky to have 5 more minutes in the sky due to late clearance from controller. The whole experience was fantastic and looking forward to go again with more family members.

The experience was fantastic. 1 point i felt was that the pilot might have been irritated with the question and overall was having a slightly bad day. However disregarded that the flight was smooth. The trip took us over Sydney and all of it's major beaches. Was fantastic look over the sydney skyline from above.

Took a heli ride this morning and it was absolutely brilliant. The pilot Jake was amazing, he was very professional and he took us for an amazing ride in the sky. Our minivan driver was also very punctual and took my mum and I back to Shangrila hotel so that we could be on time for our flight back to Melbourne. All in all a wonderful experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Heli-tours Sydney for an amazing tour.

We had an absolutely fabulous trip out yesterday and cannot rate these guys too highly! From the moment we were picked up from our hotel, to the moment we were dropped back, every member of staff we came into contact with was so friendly, welcoming and heloful. Our flight was really interesting and fun and our pilot was happy to answer all our questions with good humour! I left my phone in the bus that brought us back to our hotel and everybody went out of their way to find it and get it back to me ASAP. So appreciated! I highly recommend this Company!

Pilot was detailed in introducing the places we were flying over at and the histories behind them. Enjoyed the entire flight and we were already descending before I realised it. Pilot was patient in helping us with taking the pictures pre and post flight. Only bad thing was that visibility wasn’t good due to the haze from the bush fires . Other than that, everything else were perfect. Highly recommended !

The guide was so lovely and kept the conversation going so it was interesting. Got to learn about parts of Sydney and special trademarks and the history of them. The views are to die for, just amazing. I wish I could work there.

We had a very amazing and cool pilot. He made us feel welcome and also helped us take pictures. The whole staff was super cool. Really loved their kind attitude. They even had the option to have tea and coffee which can be had on arrival as well as on departure as you wish.

We enjoyed the flight and got to see a few things. Customer service is very good our flight was cancelled because it was cloudy and we just got rebooked for any day that was suited for us.
