I recently went on a whale watching boat tour in Sydney and it was absolutely amazing! The tour was organized by a reputable company and everything was well-planned, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The boat was spacious with plenty of seating and had good facilities. The crew was also very friendly and knowledgeable, providing commentary and answering any questions we had. The best part of the tour was, of course, seeing the majestic whales in action. We were fortunate enough to witness several humpback whales breaching and slapping the water with their tails, which was truly awe-inspiring. The crew made sure to keep a safe distance from the whales while also giving us a good view, which was appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend whale watching boat tours in Sydney as it is a unique and unforgettable experience that allows you to witness nature's beauty up close. The tour was well-worth the price and I would definitely do it again if I had the chance! That being said, the crew is not controlling nature and whale are wild animals, just to remind some people, so we were lucky to see that many of them and to have a very quiet sea but I guess that every trip is different.

Second time whale watching in Sydney, first time with Go Whale Watching. Amazing experience. There is acovered part of the boat so you are protected from the sun if you need a break. Large and spacious. Heaps of commentary on how to spot whales and a bit of their known habits. Ability to view from all around the boat. Super clean. There wasn't a rush back to the dock, which was nice, so they took us back to see more whales. Would 10/10 book a trip to see whales with them again.

We were lucky enough to go on an afternoon whale watching cruise with Go Whale Watching yesterday and what an incredible experience it was! A dream come true! The crew were exceptional. They clearly love what they do and they have a profound respect for and understanding of the Humpback whales we were so privileged to get to see and spend time with. The crew's warmth and friendliness was infectious and they still remained professional, ensuring everyone's safety, all while making sure that everyone on board had the best view possible. This was made easier by the generous proportions of Bubbles, the boat we were on and the fact that they clearly make a point of not overbooking their cruises. I cannot commend Go Whale Watching enough.

Friendly staff, nice comfortable boat . Advised to take strong anti sea sick pills 30 minute before the tour. Took the sunset tour and it was beautiful.

Enjoyed an awesome afternoon out at sea with Go Whale Watching. Spacious, excellent condition, and very clean boat. Smiling, friendly staff. Good commentary over the PA guiding everyone on how to spot whales and info on their behaviour. Respectful to the whales by not charging up rather approached cautiously and glided up next to the whales. Go Whale Watching took the time and care in finding and journeying along with 3 incredible whales for at least half an hour - so amazing! They didn’t rush the experience which showed they really cared about providing the best experience for guests. Dolphins swam along with us for a little while too. Highly recommend Go Whale Watching in Sydney.

Wow! What an experience! The boat was perfect to see the whales no matter where they were. The crew were friendly and welcoming and obviously know their stuff . Tea and coffee on the way home. Incredible value

I had a great morning with go whale watching. The boat is big enough for everyone to find a good spot and staff helped directing people toward free spots. The live commentary on the whales was great; it was informative and helped with making good pictures. At no moment I felt we were bothering the whales.

The best whale crew in Sydney. They go out of their way to give everyone the best poss experience. They are knowledgeable and incredibly friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go out again ☺️

I really enjoyed the trip and the crew was awesome! We watched whales for at least one hour and they gave us additional information about them. In the end they offered us cake, tea and coffee. All in all it was a great experience. Definetly would do it again!

I've been on 3 whale watching tours with these guys so far and will always happily come back for another one! Staff is lovely and very knowledgeable, the vessels aren't huge so it feels very personal and relaxed and I love how patient and caring the crew is with the whales and other sea life. Great job guys, I can highly recommend you!

Went whale watching with these guys at the end of June. It was such a great experience - I can’t wait to go back at the end of the year. They were conscious not to get too close to the whales so we didn’t get in their way. We were still able to see several whales and there was plenty of room to stand by the railing on the boat because they didn’t pack the boat with people (they had three go out at the same time). Thanks for a fun morning! (There are plenty of pics of whales on their Instagram page. My pictures just show what a great sightseeing trip it was on the way out to sea)

One of the best experiences of our time in Oz so far! We were very lucky today, seeing so many full body breaches, blowholes, fins etc. We know it all depends on the day that’s in it, but the whales were so active and the lads on board the ship were so helpful and excited which added to the experience. They were happy to answer any questions we had, and they were a bit of craic which made the experience all the more enjoyable! Thanks guys!

Booked tour on a whim. Could not have been more fantastic. 2 humpback whales “mugged” the boat for 15 minutes! Kind staff and very informative. Offered tea or coffee for free on return to wharf. Beautiful views of Sydney.

What an amazing experience! Harrison and Simon were extremely knowledgeable and the ultimate hosts. They couldn’t do enough to help and went above and beyond to make the day incredible. Beautiful boat and of course the whales put on an amazing show!

We had the best time during whale watching and definitely recommend it. The crew was very welcoming and friendly and we saw seven beautiful humpback whales.

Excellent trip, once in a life time experience. Very experienced captain and crew, very smooth journey that nobody got sea sick. We were very lucky to see a mother and baby whale, a super active whale that did a lot of tail flapping and a number of dolphins that swam along!

Had a great time at the 3:30pm sunset tour. Harrison on the boat was fantastic, giving great information and always checking to ensure people were feeling good. We got to see some cool whales (some little far away) and had a good time. The coffee/tea/Milo at the end is a nice touch.

I booked this for our family of 4 to go whale watching in July 2018. As it turned out, on that day the waters were a bit rough and we were cautioned about being sea sick. The wife and kids got nervous and backed out. I went alone. It was an Amazing experience! We saw over 6-7 whales. They are such beautiful creatures. The skipper of the vessel kept giving us a running commentary about various aspects about the whales, which was really cool. When we returned back to the harbour I called them at the office and told them about how the wife and kids had backed off and asked whether we could do it again the next week. And they most kindly agreed to do this for us!!. This I found to be a really kind gesture and give them full marks for customer service. I would highly recommend this trip operator and feel that the experience of seeing those huge whales is something I will always remember and cherish.

One of the best ever encounters. We were so lucky to see double breaches and simply the best day in the world. My wife and I had tears of joy and looking around was so good to see so many happy people. The crew were simply amazing with the captain Simon and his expert commentary . Harrison was a brilliant deckhand and was so enthusiastic. We would employ him in a heartbeat. Have been all over the world whale watching and hands down this is the best ever company I've been with. We have already booked two weeks in Merimbula for southbound migration as we know alex well and he suggested we do that. Thank you simon and Harrison for a wonderful trip

Amazing experience! We saw numerous whales and the staff are very informed so will go where there are whales. The boat is awesome in itself and the staff are very knowledgeable and professional, even explaining where we were at each point of the harbour. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy to chat to you. There is also free coffee and tea which is a nice way to perk up at the end of the trip. I can’t fault this trip. I will definitely use Go Whale Watching again and again! Thanks :)

First time experience and a great one no doubt! Professional and friendly staff with eager enthusiasm and that extra attentiveness for their customers during the boat ride. As I happily watched the whales breach playfully, half the people behind were puking and dead on the inside, so be warned as the boat rocks quite violently. Shoutout to that granny who vomited as she was whale watching! haha 10/10 boat staff and definitely worth every buck! Free professional photos of that whale watch are even uploaded afterwards, will definitely recommend :)

Always amazing to go whale watching with these guys! We must have gone 10+ times already and we keep coming back. So nice to keep seeing different behaviour of the whales. The boat is comfortable, however the audio system could use an upgrade

I enjoyed my experience with Go Whale Watching Sydney and I would go out with them again. We saw whales and so many breaches and jumps. Staff great they give great information over PA, and they care too expressing the need for some caution and to not chase the whales and be on top of them.
