I have a wonderful day at Thredbo. The bus B driver and the guide Sharon is the high light of the day. She is friendly and helpful. Finally my dream come true as I made a snowman ⛄️ on that day. I highly recommend Ozia Tours.

Very well organised! Eric and Luke were friendly and understanding. Perfect with timings and provided everything that was mentioned in the guide. The coaches were excellent and neat! The weather was very good and dolphin watch was fun! PS - I was new to Sydney and was here for a vacation. Everything was so well planned that didn’t face any issue at all :)

After boarding the bus and short time before the first stop at Parramatta the temp got to 29 degrees. I was telling them to turn the heat off the whole time. No able to leave my seat as the vehicle was in motion. At the first stop I got off due to feeling sick. I am disabled and struggled to get home. I asked for a refund and was refused. Their answer was we require feedback. I was telling them the whole time. So here is my feedback. Avoid these bus tours if you value your health. I was told the thermostat didnt work on the vehicle and it wasn't 29 degrees. Happy to post more pictures and show you the screenshot on my phone. Rude customer service. It's not the customers fault your vehicles aren't maintained or that you made them sick with your lack of service. WHY would someone get off the first chance they get? Avoid

Best tour agency for one day trips. We as a group of friends have traveled with Ozia tours for 3 times now and it was a good experience with them.Snowy mountains, Canberra Flower show and Port Stephens are the 3 places we covered with Ozia tours and look to visit few more. The price of each tour was reasonable and high. Bus was neat and clean and the guide and driver were friendly. Pickup and drop was from Paramatta for all 3 trips. All the 3 occasions timings were maintained and we did not find any issues with the travel. We have recommended it to our family and friends.

Ozia tours was such a great company to travel with , our tour guide Anna was not only helpful she was friendly informative & very pleasant always with a smile , the booking was easy to do & they gave us all the information that was needed. Will definitely travel with ozia again.

Attended my first Cherry picking tour with Ozia this month and was particularly impressed with their high standard of customer service and value for money. They were on time, the luxury Coach made the trip comfortable and so relaxing that I kept falling asleep so did the lady next to me. I enjoyed the incidental sight seeing at beautiful Echo point Katoomba and going for a "hot" lap in the double decker on Mount Panorama Bathurst. I especially liked being encouraged to stuff my face with fresh cherries whilst picking them for later. Overall it was a fun and entertaining experience and I look forward to going on more tours with Ozia as they become available.

We went to Jervis Bay and the day was absolutely amazing. Eric our tour guide and Luke our driver were professional the entire time. Even when they had to think quick to change plans due to the beach being closed. They sorted it out very quickly without any hassles. We were kept in the loop the entire time. Eric and Luke, thank you! You guys made our day even more special.

1st time joining their tour (booked at the last minute) and it's super amazing! From the very accommodating customer support at the time of booking, to the friendly guides during the tour, the people behind Ozia are professionals and are experts at this business so you know and feel that you are in good hands. Their bus is clean and has a lux feel, and we had a very comfortable ride. Great choice of places were included in the apple picking tour. Overall a great choice for a convenient, wonderful trip. Thank you to Eric as well and both the drivers who were all professional and made sure our road trip overnight from Sydney to Thredbo then back that same Saturday to Sydney, The bus was clean and conducive to long travels. We had the most incredible experience on bus 3 with our tour guide, Sunny! Coming back from the snows, Sunny's blend of humour, knowledge, and entertainment made the journey truly unforgettable. His witty commentary kept us engaged throughout the trip, and his extensive knowledge about the area enriched the experience. Highly recommend the tour with him for a fantastic time!

Their tours are very well organized. I had a really good time visiting the Floriade tulips festival is September. I also did a cherry picking tour with them in December. I’d highly recommend if you are interested in day tours from Sydney to places like Canberra, Port Stephens, Orange or Jervis bay.

We family of 3 had a fabulous time during this trip. This was our first Snow trip to Perisher & we loved it. We're on Bus #3 with Sunny our tour guide, who's knowledgeable, professional and a cool guy - always kept us engaged & pumped up with energy n fun Thanks Gary (our driver) for a safe journey on road & got us back safe. Kudos to all our fellow passengers who were good on time (no delays, always maintained time wherever we got in). I would recommend my friends about Oziz tours. We had the best time in Perisher in Bus No. 2 with the accomodating, knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide, Catherine; and safe and efficient driver, Adam. The itinerary was well-planned. We had enough stops for meal and toilet breaks (Bus also has toilet). Bus is kept clean and organised. We didn’t plan any activity in Perisher but Catherine helped us out. She gave us necessary information on what to do, where to go and where to hire snow outfits and gears. She even gave us fun facts and tips about Snowy Mountains. We would definitely go with Ozia tours on our next snow trips (and other trips). Highly recommended.

We had an awesome day at Perisher on what was the last day of tour for this season. Trip was very well organized, schedule stops well communicated to us and timing was good. Huge applause to Will, our tour guide and the bus driver. There were 4 buses and we were on bus#2 which seats unfortunately recline back no more than 2" !! So the journey from 11.30pm to 7am to Perisher and back to Sydney were beyond uncomfortable. Some of the buses looked better but customers cannot choose whc bus they ride on. We embarked on the bus from Haymarket bus stop which has no shelter or public toilets. It was raining that night and we got wet while waiting. The nearest toilets are in the shopping ctr 2 blocks away and the next stop on the trip is abt 1 or 2 hrs away when the bus refuel. Unless I know the bus is improved to a night coach I will not rejoin or recommend.

It is our first time visiting the Perisher , and Ozia tours made it seamlessly easy and enjoyable for us. less hassle because it is our first time and we don’t want the long drive , since we don’t have snow chains . I can defo recommend them for first timers. Our tour guide Lilian and coach driver Jeff, are both very friendly, approachable and professional. They make it very easy for us, constantly giving us tips . We are very well taken care by them.

Amazing experience! The trip to the snow yesterday 01/06/22 was really smooth and enjoyable. The driver has a lot of skills driving us under heavy rain and the tour guide was exceptional. We were bus A. Parammata to Thredbo! I do recommend Ozia Tour!

We thoroughly had an awesome time with Apple n Persimmons picking tour. The trip was well organised, lunch was great n the unexpected delight to visit Blue Mountain Botanical Garden was a gem! Thank you Eric n Craig for looking after us. Even we had to puddle on muddy fruit orchard, it was still a great experience thanks to the hard work put in. Will travel with them any time.

We had an enjoyable trip to Orange for Cherry picking. Our guide, Tash was fabulous, friendly and knowledgeable. The driver, Craig was also great and his driving was superb - our ride was so smooth and comfortable. The tour was well organised and we had a wonderful time! We strongly recommend them!

Went Cherry Picking at Orange with Tash as our tour guide and Craig as our driver. They were both entertaining, friendly, and overall great guides. The cherry farm was chosen on the day to provide us with improved chances of good cherries. The only issue I had with the tour was that we had quite limited time for various parts of the tour aside from the cherry picking. However, that is just the nature of a tour. I'm still giving it 5 stars as I'm rating my experience as a tour and as a tour, this one was great.

My group (10 members) joined the tour for the Apple and Persimmon picking, it was a great experience, lots of laughter. Thank you to Erik, our guide, who was very helpful and friendly and to our driver who made sure we are all informed what is ahead of us. Thanks for the good and safe driving too.
