Good place to start a new hobby, climbing. The place has adequate car parking on the weekend. I’m not sure if weekdays. First timer needs an orientation, compulsory. I was lucky it was one on one as I heard a lot of times you would do it in the group and you could lost in the crowds. It is fun and it has variety of challenges. Weekend is crowded but it’s able to catered most of people, various age and skills. I paid $23 for the climbing/roping. I didn’t hire the harness or shoes. Just using an old sneaker.

First time visitor here with my kids and really enjoyed the experience. It’s a fairly large climbing gym with a section for kids, one for 16+ and even a separate bouldering area. The staff are helpful and they teach you basic belaying techniques to get you started. They have an on-site cafe (which wasn’t open) and locker rooms. A great family activity.

Sydney Indoor Climbing Gym was so much fun. My kids and their friends go all the time, so I decided to give it a go and see what it was like for myself. As it was my first time attending the gym, I needed to fill in a form and do an introduction lesson with one of the staff which only took around ten minutes or so. This was very important and informative because they show you how to use all of the safety equipment before you start and make sure that you followed their instructions. The gym has both rock and boulder climbing walls which are in separate areas of the large warehouse space. At the entrance you will also find lockers to store your shoes and belongings. Give it a go.

My kids loved it. A good spot, coffee is also available, friendly staff, induction to new comers, carpark is available and adults can also have fun. Harnesses and other gear are also available for hiring. Actually you would need to bring nothing with you, unless you have the gear or you are a pro.

Had a good time coming here for the first time and look forward to coming again. I was there from about 5:30pm to 7pm and it got very busy. Staff were good but seemed tired. I didn’t expect it to be so huge, many hidden cool stuff here. Loved the bouldering area, made me feel like I was at the olympics.

The climbs are great! Really enjoy the setting However, the gym is quite dusty and could use a deep clean. Also has bad choice of music sometimes. Dont really feel like climbing to banjo strings

Large (mostly belay) climbing gym with kids' climbing area as well as some lead and bouldering. Hosts camps as well as parties. Can get busy on weekends, but there's heaps of room! Parking can be tight, but there's a spare lot out the back.

Solid Climbing gym with bouldering as well. Having started my indoor climbing with my children at Summer Hill squash courts in the late 90’s, I have continued to climb and followed the gym to the Summer Hill location. The days of hauling children up the wall are gone and now I still enjoy being competitive with them on the higher grades. The gym can be what you want, personally I like making the lower grades into dyno’s and hanging from the roof on a lead climb. The website ‘TheCrag’ is a bit odd with naming the climbs and grades but that doesn’t really matter. Old style gym that still preforms well.

I came here for a birthday party on Sundays past midday and it was packed with people. The safety instructor was very friendly and patient. He spoke clearly and concisely which made it so easy to follow the instructions. There are so many sections to climb on, ranging from children areas to more advanced areas for adults. Such a fun place to come with friends and family! Will be back again.

Fantastic gym, with super friendly and helpful staff. Great gym for top roping, lead climbing and also bouldering with lots of other equipments to train climbing. I really liked that they have appropriate small snacks, drinks and even their own coffee machine.

Great facility with plenty to do. They accomodate for all skill levels, have children rock climbing courses as well as bouldering. Parking is usually not too bad. Pricing isn't too bad. You can hire all of the equipment you need from the venue.

Touch plastic, go up wall. Or go down. Rope climbing areas are great! A nice variety of routes ranging from slabs to roofs. Plus there’s an easy route called the dawn wall right now so you can feel like a here climbing the dawn wall faster than Tommy Caldwell 😏 Bouldering area isn’t my favourite; I feel there are extremely easy problems but then the jump up in difficulty is extreme. It is confusing that the hold colours do not match the difficulty colours. Still it’s a nice place to chill while waiting for your belay buddy to arrive. The staff does a good job of keeping the place clear of climbing stank, which is always a major plus!

Wonderful gym with interesting climbing routes to train on, a great range of overhang walls on lead and a climbing area for children. The only concern I have here is the gym is quite run down compared to other climbing gyms I have been to, it needs quite a bit of love and the climbing holds need a serious cleaning blast. There were also quite a few carabiners on top rope that were rusty, didn’t screw in properly, and were quite loose - a safety concern.

Great place for rock climbing. Spacious. Car parking is available, if you can get a spot! Not the most user friendly car park. Needs better airing - smells a bit musty here. Worse in the late arvo. And deodorant should be enforced! Place has lots to do and climb, even for kids. It is a little bit run down though.

Fantastic top rope gym. Large selection of climbs. Routes are changed regularly. Friendly staff. Perhaps feels a little tired and old, however, a great all round experience. I go often.

Large selection of climbs for beginners to experts. Climbs are in good condition. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Gear for rent are in good condition as well. Everything is good except for the carpark. There are never enough spaces and there are more speed humps than brain cells in the entire building management team. Do not park here if you have a lowered car. Bring an umbrella, it rains here every single time I come for a climb.

Wow! Since moving back from OS I hadn't been climbing in 7 years. I dusted off my paper pass which was still in my climbing bag and it had 2 valid climbs on it. Ah-mazing, thank you SICG for not being as tight as so many other vendors that have time limits on their multi-passes. I will always be loyal and continue to buy passes for your gym. PS the climb is always good and the folks are super friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!

On the pricier side of the climbing gyms I've been too but the facilities are well worth the fee. Rope/lead climbing as well as bouldering under the same roof there are enough options to last a whole afternoon. A range of easy climbs was good to see with many other gyms having more focus on harder climbs so it is good for the whole family and beginner climbers. The climbs are some of the most creative I've seen out of any gym I've been to in both Queensland and nearby areas of Sydney. Will happily go here again.

Really well run, fun and friendly staff and lots of variety of climbs. My son partook in the school holiday program and loved it. It was well organised, easy going, safe and fun. We will definitely be coming back for leisure climbs and more school holiday fun. Thanks!

The walls are tall and varied. You could spend all day here if you felt so inclined. However, the rocks themselves could use a clean. Some have darkened with dirt and become slippery. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and would come again. If you are into rock-climbing and haven't been, do yourself a favour
