Thanks Jim, Tony and David and the rest of the team for looking after my RS3. Great care was taken even for a modest stage 1 tune - but the way that it drives now - makes me not want to get out! Great customer service, transparency and clarity on performance with a solid dyno set up and even providing laminated results to join the rest of my cars written history. Thanks again legends!

Edit: I wasn't going to write anything and just give the rating but as the team don't have any record I suppose I will. I have had my car serviced here once or twice in the past and they were very professional. However, last year I went to get the alternator and battery replaced on my car due to a leaky fuel pump destroying it.  When I left I would experience moments where the car would suddenly completely cut out and shutdown whilst driving then turn straight back on. The worst was when I had to leave it overnight after I saw a bunch of sparks from under the bonnet. Turns out, a wingnut had been used to secure the positive terminal, wasn't fully covered and had burnt through the terminal cover and was touching the bonnet sporadically.  I'm sure you know this could have caused it to fuse to the bonnet and even started a fire which would have been extremely dangerous, even life-threatening. Fortunately I was able to sort this issue out myself before it got worse. Despite all my other dealings with the team being positive, I emailed them about this and didn't even receive the courtesy of a reply, so thought I'd share my problem just in case it happens to someone else. The service from the Staff is totally professional from the acceptance of the car to handing it back completed, always updating me on the progress and then giving me a firm date and time to pick up the car. This the Best Dyno Tuning shop in Sydney bar none always doing a great power tune they know their stuff so well and at a very reasonable price.. I always take my Car to Tune House for my tunes..I drive up from Canberra, no one down here can tune my car right, Raliart lancer, I give them the power up definition files.. They tune it to perfection. Very happy , worth the drive up. Michael

Their customer service was simply impeccable, I asked for a simple service and they went above and beyond. They did not shy away from the many problems that were hiding in my 86 and kept me in the loop of things. The 86 has never felt better. I would highly recommend them as they are true car enthusiasts and take pride in what they do.

We have a 2012 Turbo Diesel Forester. Not a new car, not a sports car, just our car. This is our daily ride and a very practical one at that, however the car is capable of being nimbler than appearances might suggest. Our car is driven by my wife and myself and driven differently depending on who is behind the wheel. Tunehouse understood that this was one car, but it had 2 different customers. Polite and professional service from beginning to end. (Also, the garage that looks more like a clinic than a workshop). Tunehouse explained the proposed works and provided clear estimates for our review and approval prior to undertaking the work. We had some regular work done (DPF clean etc.) and also a more playful addition so that “we” could hear a little of the car’s hidden personality. The outcome was very pleasing (for me anyway). Went to pick up my car after I received a call telling me it was ready collection. I waited 40mins on the lounge to pay and get my keys back. The owner just stood there with his friend and had a long chat without even acknowledging my presence. Terrible service and won’t be back.

Tunehouse fitted an OTR and dyno tuned my VF Series II SS LS3. Very happy with results. Power now comes on earlier in the rev range and there's more of it. Jim and the guys are very professional and I highly recommend their services.

I took my BMW M3 F80 in for its yearly service and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of work demonstrated by the team at Tunehouse, and the cleanliness of the workshop ! I've had multiple high-performance cars serviced at different venues, but Tunehouse definitely takes the "cake". Done some performance works with my 86 GTS, from the moment I started my car I absolutely loved it….10/5 for these legends, thanks so much Tunehouse!!! Hi Guys, I just like to thank you guys for the work you recently done on my green SS, especially the late night you guys did on the Thursday where you guys went above and beyond to have it ready by Friday. The car runs and handles 1000 times better also the fuel eco has improved with more responsive power from a standing still, the gear box is much more responsive, It also has a better sound. The Braking is spot on, the knocks and bumps have gone and I’m glad to not have the oil drip marks on my garage floor lol... I will defiantly be coming back to finish what we planned. After a very bad experience with an online/remote tuning house, I did my research & decided to visit Tune house to get my 2009 Mini Cooper JCW tuned to match all the modifications performed to date. Jim & his team at Tune House were very professional & outlined whats involved. When I picked up my car - wow. The power/torque has now increased throughout the whole rev range. Cold starts, low revs etc. also have been tuned accordingly & overall the car drives great ! Highly recommended - Keep up the great work guys !
