I would say this is a decent animal park but it is expensive for what's available. $30 entry for each adult AND child and there's chickens, goats and sheep. We were basically done in 30mins. There are some excellent excavators / diggers / cranes that children can operate which is a major bonus but they are $5 for 3 mins (I guess the mins). Feed bags are another $5 each, pony rides $5 each, after a while it was just like, what's actually included? The best included activity was the holding baby animals I much preferred Calmsley Hill City Farm or Sydney zoo as there was more variety to keep the kids attention going. The staff were friendly and helpful, the transaction area was a little busy but never had to wait more than 1 min. It's location put at Dural is obviously more convenient for the Northwest, but most of the animal farms in Sydney are a 40min drive. There's a cafe truck outside. I haven't tried all the animal parks in Sydney, so I'd be inclined to try them. Of the parks I have tried, Symbio, calmsley hill City farm, Taronga and featherdale were my best. Haven't been to Sydney reptile park.

Highly recommend Golden Ridge Farm and their mobile petting zoo! My son had his 3rd birthday party and we organised for an hour mini petting zoo for the kids. The hour was plenty for the ages we had at the party. Georgie from Golden Ridge is amazing and really engaged not just the children but the adults in the experience. My son had a ball and loved that he could feed the baby animals. Thank you Golden Ridge Farm family.

Our one year old daughter loves the farm and the experience as well as enjoys feeding sheep. COVID guidelines were appropriately followed and made the experience safe for visitors. Considering the limited time (2hrs), the visit for a family of 3 or 4 would not be cheap but overall it's ok. ( I believe kids under 2 years old shouldn't be charged as they can't involve with most of the experience)

We took our 2 year old here during the school holidays. She enjoyed the experience. The animals are friendly and the baby petting area is definitely a highlight. Staff are friendly and COVID guidelines are being followed. Moderately priced and an overall enjoyable day out.

Today I took my kids to the Farmer for the Day experience and we were extremely happy. Everyone there was super friendly. My sons are 10 & 2 and the active were great for both of them we loved exploring the farm and feeding the animals. My 10year old rated it 10/10 and my 2year old didn’t want to leave. My 10year old left his jumper there and the lady on the phone found it and is posting it back to us tomorrow. I would recommend this for any family it is a lovely place with a great atmosphere. And only being under an hour from Sydney cbd it’s a great place to do a day trip with the kids.

It was a great experience for the whole family. Great to keep little ones entertained, 100% would come again. All the animals were so tame and friendly. Very reasonable prices, easy online booking. We all had a ball.

I couldn’t have more positive things to say about Golden Ridge. We booked them to come for my daughters 3rd birthday party at our house. The process was incredibly seamless and the end result, extraordinary. I wasn’t sure how the kids would respond to the animals but they LOVED them and were engaged the entire 2 hours we had the party. Charlie was a fantastic handler and we were so appreciative of her making such an effort to make sure all the children had turns, especially with the baby chicks and ducks. Thank you Golden Ridge, you’re a credit to yourself and your animals are clearly very happy and well looked after!

Very accommodating, cute animals that looked happy. The staff were very willing to help and chat. The kids were able to hold ducklings and rabbits and milk a cow. Some of the animals were outside and it had been raining so was quite muddy and therefore we didn’t visit them but the inside animals (goats, piglets, cows) we exciting enough for the small children

Cuddle cute baby animals, ride a pony, and be with many typical farm animals. A lovely small farm with very friendly people that's sure to get kids running around ☺️

I went with my partner to relax and it was great, you can stroll around at your own pace without an escort. The farm is very ethical and rescue animals and care for all their animals unless they can be sold to loving homes ( not just anyone ). They do not sell animals for meat. I also liked to see friendly farm dogs roaming around, be cute if they had lil uniforms. In all it was actually pretty cheap, 25 bucks plus 5 for feed pp. This money is their main source of income to support the farm and the hundreds of animals that live there. I feel good about the money I spent as I know the animals are being loved and cared for with it. Good to unwind with animals when it is quiet, spent 2.5hrs there.

Visited Golden Ridge Animal Farm on a weekday morning for the second time now. Not too crowded which was nice. My daughter and her friends (aged between 2yrs and 4 yrs) had a blast! They didn’t want to leave. Not an incredibly large farm so you should be able to get through it within 1.5 hrs to 2 hours easy. Staff were lovely, farm was clean, good selection of animals and loved that we could have a cuddle with some baby chicks, ducklings and a guinea pig. Definitely recommend purchasing a bucket of feed at the entrance as you enter. The kids found feeding the goats pretty fun. Parking was really good too and there’s a clean toilet onsite. Recommend visiting if your looking for something a little different to do.

Spent about 90 mins here with my three year old son. We fed the animals. We held baby chicks, ducklings and played with a bunny. We played with the toy excavator. My son went on a litle pony ride. We even collected some freshly laid eggs and we made cupcakes with them in the evening. Overall I'd recommend visiting if you have young children that have energy to burn.

Went to Golden Ridge Farm for the Easter Egg Hunt & Farm Visit. We had a really brilliant time! It was all so well organised, the egg hunt had plenty of eggs for the kids to find and they won a show bag at the end with fun goodies. The kids could interact with all the animals - touch them, feed them and hold them. There’s a kiosk on site for coffees and light lunch. Great day out!

Only 2 stars because of the price. We paid more for a family of 4 than for a day at Taronga zoo!!! The farm is super small. You’ve done everything in less than an hour.

It's a super cute farm for your kids to walk around We went in the weekday during school term and it was so quiet, lovely to have basically the place to ourselves and feed all the animals freely. I imagine on a weekend or school holidays it's packed, and moved on a little quicker. It's exactly what to expect from a petting farm. Something to do every now and again.

This is the second time we have had you guys at our place for party hire, we just love it! Always amazing. Staff are sooo patient with little kids. Taking the time to feed all the baby goats and handle the ducklings and chicks just soo much going on and they loved it. Can't wait to book you again for another party.

I visited this place with my 13 month old baby. We did not pre book so I had to pay $60 for both of us which is a lot and $5 on top of this for a feeding bucket. I was expecting to interact with baby sheep and goat and feed them with a bottle as shown on the website but none of this was there. The animals were behind the fence. Not a great experience over all considering the ticket fee amount.

The place was not organised well and it was very expensive for a family of 6, unpay for entry which was 40 dollars each then u have to pay for pony ride, excavator ride, animal food. I spent over 300 dollars that day, there wasn't a big variety of animals there, animal holding was just baby ducks and a chicken and rabbit thats it. Honestly been to other farms and they had more of a variety and better organised

We had a fun time at the farm today, staff were lovely, lots of opportunities to cuddle and pat all the animals. The kids enjoyed the egg hunt and feeding all the animals in the yard. My only criticism would be that its very expensive overall. $30 a person (we had 2 adults, a 5yr old and an 18mth old) plus $5 each for extras like feed buckets, pony rides, digger tokens, it adds up quickly. Perhaps a family package price would be a good addition. Or at least a better price for a child under 2. The pony ride was also a little steep at $5 for approx 2 laps around a little yard, max 2 mins. We would love to visit again, but prob not at that price. But we had fun, so thanks golden ridge for a fun day 😀

Amazing. I love visiting farms/zoos with my 2 year old and this one has been the best yet. Extremely interactive, easy parking, pram friendly, organised, well sign posted, friendly staff, food truck with the basics, reasonable prices. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a day out with the kids. We purchased a bucket of food (must have) and a pony ride ticket (lovely old man guiding the pony’s).

Nice place for the kids, kids enjoyed.. make sure to check all the experiences they have e.g bottle feeding, cow milking, baby animals holding ..etc 2 hours sessions, booking required

Highly recommend Golden Ridge Animal Farm for their farm and their mobile animal parties. After having a great few visits to their farm over the years, we had a mobile birthday party today and it was incredible. Very professionally set up. The animals were very well behaved and kids (all ages from 10 and under) had an incredible time.

What an amazing place as a family day out it was amazing. The people that run and own the farm are just lovely, they were so helpful and great to chat too. They've owned and operated the farm for over 40 years. They make sure that you get the most out of the animals. The best part was an 8-year old girl served me at the kiosk and cooked my hot chips. She was so kind and brought them over to us. They tasted delicious! I'll be sure to get the kids to come back here again.

Great place to visit with children. They have a small petting area, a larger outdoor feeding space for all the different animals, egg collecting, milking the cow, riding a Shetland pony etc. Expensive but worth it for my 2 year old son.

We visited Golden Ridge Animal Farm for their special Easter visit with our 18 month old for the first time. It was so fun! Very interactive, lots of space so you never feel crowded or like you are missing out and friendly staff. The grounds are well spaced out with walkways around to all the different animals. The special Easter craft and Easter egg hunt were so beautifully set up. We loved our visit and will definitely be coming back! I think it may become a family favourite destination.

More of a 3.5 star. Able to feed the animals and milk a cow but the main attraction for me is holding the animals like a rabbit or a small ducks. But any kid over 1 years old has to pay full price
