Beautiful location in middle of the city, wonderful landscaping, can spend a lot of hours walking around, and feeling the breeze. Have a good view of the harbor bridge from here. Can spend time with family and kids, also act as good jogging spot, Cycling track and Picnic spot.

Such a beautiful and cozy place to relax, walk and get some sun. Pretty amazing view of the harbour, opera house and Sydney city. One of the favourite places of Sydneysiders to chill and get some fresh air.

#雪梨(Sydney) One of the best spot ever to see the New Year’s fireworks, if the spots around Sydney opera house are full, I recommend strongly this one, but you need to walk for quite a time. I have to say it’s all worth it.

What a beautiful place to visit and so handy to the CBD 😀. Lovely scenic views of the waterfront from the western side of the bridge. You can choose to walk on the flat, or one of two elevated perspectives. The stonework is cleverly done and blends beautifully with the natural surroundings. Easily accessible from the waterfront side of the Crown Hotel.

A lovely place to visit. All native Australian plants with huge blocks of Sand Stone placed down to the harbour water. Great for a ride on your bike, scooter or just a walk and for kids to have fun. Take a picnic and enjoy the scenery.

It’s a good spot to view the bay and the city. I loved the fact that the place is very accessible with elevators going from parking lot to all floors of the reserve. Keep walking and you will see a cute little spot with stones and access to water. Great spot to swim, get some sun and relax in the middle of the city. I do recommend visiting this place.

Walking trails around Crown Towers Sydney While we stayed at Crown Towers Sydney, I walked along the harbour foreshore up to Lady Macquarie’s Chair, through Barangaroo Reserve and the Stargazer Lawn with great views of Sydney Harbour, passing several finger wharfs, Circular Quay, and through the Botanical Gardens. Another nice walk is through the back streets of Barangaroo, Millers Point & The Rocks (dropped into The Lord Nelson Brewery Hotel). Also visited NVUS 23rd biennale exhibition which was hosted in an exhibition area cut into Barangaroo Reserve, great spot.

Great place for a long walk, picnic or have a dip at the cove. Trees are still too little to give shelter from sun, tbey will be great in a couple of years time.

Barangaroo Reserve is an amazing new part of Sydney to explore walking the pathways around the foreshore. Easy access from Wynard train station, close to the back of The Rocks area of Sydney Harbour. Definitely worth exploring a few times a year to see what else has popped up here. Plenty on offer for the family on a Sunday outing.

A native Australian flora reserve set alongside the harbour that makes for a great place for a stroll or run. The reserve is also set on a hill with different viewing angles and levels/trails/open areas to walk, giving different views of the harbour and different areas to enjoy the vegetation.

Last week I visited around the precinct of Darling harbour concentrating toward Bangaroo direction. The area closer parallel to the recent business sector with beautiful water views, wide sandy paths , landscaped with shady tree's . The many restaurents beneath the apartments have georgeous planted appropriate designed gardens .Just before is a beautiful parallel esplanade known as the business area. I was pleasantly taken back by the interesting architecture, including the green eco library. There lot's of small side cafe's, chocolate shops in the next parallel, street ,coffee shops restaurants high range beautiful presentated merchandised with atmosphere. Apparently through the week even though there is alot of business, public frequenting the retailers through the day .The unfortunate thing is the retailers relade to me that in the evening there is no interest , what a shame because it is very appealing area and has an international feel about. I would greatly suggest if this area could be better advertised to draw and develop more public interest to this fabulous cafés food eateries space.

Such a nice place I absolutely loved it!!! On New Year’s Day I went to watch the fireworks of 2019 at Barangaroo Reserve & it was amazing. You see the harbour bridge right in front of you, with the ocean flowing smoothly high & low, with the sandstones like stairs it looks like Sydney’s own Magical - FAIRY GARDEN!!! I LOVE IT...... I’m absolutely going to visit it this long school holiday. My family loved it too. Also if your looking for some exercise it’s a nice place to take a stroll, run or jog whilst enjoying a miraculous view.

Beautiful walking trail along the water and greenery. Ended up at the rock pool with beautiful harbour view. I could imagine this place will be packed in summer days.

It seems like a very modern precinct and perfect for picnics either on the lawns or by the water near dedicated sandstone spots. They have some trees, quite sparse up the top but there's still shade. It has great views of the harbour and has a number of entry points. There aren't a lot of transport options except for a few buses to Miller's Point and walking is quite lengthy from Wynyard Station however the new Barangaroo metro station, which is under construction, will provide a more feasible option. Great reserve overall!

Barangaroo Reserve is so much more than just a park. It’s a natural and engineering marvel It features 75,000 native plants that have been curated to mimic the landscape before colonists arrived. There are 84 different species, which provide the only truly native flora experience here in Sydney. 10,000 sandstone blocks, 95% of which were extracted from underneath Barangaroo, were used to create the reserve’s foreshore. Barangaroo Reserve is truly unlike any city-side park in Australia. Getting to Barangaroo Reserve Barangaroo Reserve is right in the heart of Sydney just minutes from the CBD with excellent public transport links: The nearest train station is Wynyard Station, minutes away via Wynyard Walk. Ferries via Barangaroo Wharf drop you on Wulugul Walk, minutes from the reserve. Routes 252, 254, 261, 288, 290 and 292 stop at King St Wharf near the reserve. The Sydney cycle network connects Barangaroo reserve with the city. If you’d rather drive there’s two levels of Wilson car parking underneath Barangaroo Reserve.

Bangaroo Park during the Sydney Vivid lights festival is a captivating and vibrant destination. The park's central location and stunning light displays make it a must-visit during this time. Despite the crowds, the park's amenities and enchanting atmosphere create a dazzling experience. A solid four-star rating for Bangaroo Park's Vivid extravaganza!

Great park. Convenient parking below. Appears not to have the greatest drainage so ground was very wet and soggy the day after rain.

A place steeped in First Nations history and the perfect spot to watch the world go by. While you are in the heart of Sydney this area has a peaceful ambience. It’s a great area to walk, cycle or run around. Put it in your calendar to come to at least one Australia Day Wugulora Ceremony, it is deeply moving and healing and gracious of Barangaroo to share her gifts with the world.

This park is a must see in Sydney. Amazing view. Gorgeous easy walks. Lots of space for a family picnic or a romantic walk to two. I would suggest about 1 hour at least to explore and there are some stairs but overall a fairly easy stroll.

Great walking track for the family with beautiful views. Go down to the fish market and grab some food to take here ( great picnic spot). If you like fishing, there is a nice dock near the car park, that gets good size fish. So bring your fishing rod and some quality fish from the fish market and have a day out (Barangaroo have toilets as well).
