Went
here
on
a
Sunday
to
purchase
an
aquarium
that
their
website
showed
as
in
stock
(from
memory
showed
x2
in
stock).
Get
there
to
be
told
it’s
not
in,
so
would
need
to
order
it,
which
I
did,
paying
in
full.
I
was
hesitant
given
I
wasn’t
local
and
wanted
it
ASAP
but
Noah
insisted
they
would
have
it
available
by
Wednesday/Thursday
as
they
would
go
and
pick
it
up
from
the
supplier
who’s
around
the
corner.
I
hear
nothing
from
them
so
I
called
Wednesday
and
was
told
it
would
definitely
be
available
Friday
-
noting
I
told
Noah
that
I’d
taken
the
day
off
work
i.e.
it’s
important
I
get
it
so
I
don’t
waste
my
day
off.
Friday,
I
don’t
hear
anything
all
day
so
I
call
them
about
3pm,
provide
the
details
and
get
a
“yep
mate
the
tank
is
here
and
ready
to
go”.
Drive
the
45
mins
to
pick
it
up
and
get
told
“sorry,
it’s
not
here,
we
only
just
checked
the
delivery
and
they
haven’t
sent
it.
So
much
for
picking
it
up
from
around
the
supplier
to
ensure
it
turns
up
that
week!
Anyway,
got
a
refund,
went
back
to
my
local
store,
ordered
on
Sunday
and
available
on
Tuesday.
Should
have
went
there
initially
but
got
swayed
by
it
apparently
being
in
stock
at
Bespoke.
On
a
side
note,
I’ve
been
coming
to
this
store
on
and
off
for
years.
I’ve
found
their
live
fish
quality
has
dropped
off
a
cliff
(often
lots
of
sick
fish)
and
their
stock
levels
are
really
up
and
down,
but
usually
down.
They
have
some
good
pricing
and
range
on
their
day,
but
not
worth
the
trip
anymore,
especially
after
this
muck
around!
