I just have to share my experience april 2023. Im a beginner and doesnt know much about aquarium and fish in general. A lady in the shop helped me. her time, knowledge and patience with was one of the best customer service i have experienced in all of my life across all types of business. She explained from the basics to even future planning of my tank. Thank you and will be coming back again soon.

Absolutley the most amazing and best service ive ever had compared to other fish stores, very nice and friendly staff, cheapest prices, high quality fish would definitely always be coming back.

we had 3 fish arrive safe n sound overnight to Queensland. The owner was pleasant to communicate with. Very happy with the fish.

Those giving a high rating might not be experienced fish enthusiasts.. the prices are NOT competitive..The owner is rude and doesn't have basic customer service skills the water quality in tanks is not good many DEAD fish. Very disappointing.

I have to say this is one the best aquarium shops in Sydney, it has a wide range of fresh and salt water fish as well as all the things you need to keep your tank up and running. If you’re after African and South American cichlids you should check this shop out as they have a great selection of hard to come by cichlids. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great shop with healthy fish stock, I’ve never had any issues with any live fish purchased here always been great with great variety.

Horrible customer service, doesn’t have basic customer service skills as he walks around because he doesn’t want to own up that his fish are sick and they die. We have bought fish from here twice and both times they died. Our tank water is good and we have plenty of other fish that are happily living in that tank. Plus when you take your dead fish and a sample of your water he refuses to give you a fish or a refund. Very sad since other places have a guarantee for at least 7-14 days. Don’t recommend wasting your time here! They don’t even want to keep customers with their attitude or customer service.

they have a good selection of fish however I've walked out of this store more times then I've brought from them the times I've been in there they're to busy talking to their friends about what that did on the weekend or what they are going to be doing don't think I'll be returning their customer service really let's them down.

Found this place with very reasonable price and had a large variety of marine fish with reasonable price and had a large quantity of corals both lps and sps. Also reasonable amount of freshwater fish and accessories. Very reasonable price. Recommend to make a visit to the place. Very friendly customers service as well.

I've been to other Aquariums, but by far Tropical Paradise is the best place that I've been to. I wouldn't go any where else now. The lady that works there is really knowledgeable, she's helped me with cycling my tank and advising what to do. I got really nice endlers here and a betta. 100% recommended Tropical Paradise to anyone.
