It takes a bit of courage to change an existing Malaysian restaurant to a vegan one so all credit to the owners for giving it a go. I tried the Hokkien noodles takeaway and found the dish to be well prepared and tasty. Would have liked some more veggies in it but otherwise enjoyed it.

Our first time trying this vegan restaurant and it was an absolute delight. The environment was simple, delightful and homely. You could find Buddhism elements everywhere - very zen and peaceful. Aunty Rita welcomed us. Her English isn't the most fluent however she was so warm and welcoming. She patiently explained to us about her vegan menu. Knowing we were curious, she also shared with us the story behind the restaurant going vegan. Regarding food. We were Sooo Satisfied. The Curry Laksa was our favourite with so much warmth and flavour. Another main dish with Lion's Mane Mushroom was so tasty. The mushroom was full of flavour and nutritional benefits. We also tried the Taro Tofu Roll as an entree, which was simple and enjoyable. We sincerely hope your business will become busier and busier. It's hard to become vegan and lose all your regular customers. We believe your kindness and endeavour will bring you great karma and abundance ε–„η·£ε˜‰ι“ ε–œζ¨‚ζ°Έε˜

Great to have this new fully vegan option in Balmain/Rozelle. Had the satay sticks, Rendang Curry and Mee Goreng - all delicious. Will be back to try the rest of the menu.

Ordered a couple entrees just to try. (Take away) Dumplings and BBQ skewer Only got 3 mediocre dumplings for $8 They were thick, a bit chewy, and just overall disappointing. BBQ skewers tasted a lot nicer, (also $8) very good but.. I had expected them to be on a skewer? Is that just me? I like sticks. Also a small portion for the price. Picture below is $16 I have ordered a few other dishes that I won't get into, trying to give it all a good try but I'm just disappointed, I really want to like the new vegan menu.

Neighborhood gem. Really friendly service. Malaysian food tweaked to local tastes prepared by authentic Malaysian cooks. Fully licensed and BYO possible. Great place to get takeaway too. Lunch specials available.

Take this word from a Malaysian, this restaurant has set a new standards to the quality of Malaysian food in Sydney. In addition to this, it is also vegan if that's what you seek for. Still amazed by how they replicate authentic flavours without any use of meat, it is well worth the visit. Better than your usual cookie cutter store.

Seriously delicious. Their special laksa (duck & king prawn) is the best laksa in Sydney (yes, I have been to Malay Chinese Takeaway loads of times). The dim sims were also excellent. Fed two of us & could have ordered less & been full for $50. Can’t beat this place for value.

It was our favourite place to get a duck laksa! We had been going there when they were located in the pub, and then followed them when they moved to their current location. Now they have changed the menu to fully vegan, without any notice! After 5+ years and now no more! Bloody unbelievable. Very disappointed you couldn’t cater to both vegan and non vegan customers.

We also got the dumplings which were delectably homemade! The rendang was the standout and we would’ve loved to try the laksa too. So great that there is an all vegan Malaysian restaurant in Sydney. Wishing the owners luck with whatever they decide to do next ❀️

Update 11.08.23 This new Indian offering promised a lot but didn't live up to the hype. Incredibly long wait time, and muddled orders. Terrible value for money - ordered a chicken korma and a butter chicken, and got 1 single piece of chicken in each, essentially you are paying for a bowl of grainy, sweet, earthy tasting sauce, that doesn't resemble a curry - both dishes tasted pretty much the same as each other, and neither were great. Paratha was completely mashed up. Small saving grace was samosa, probably because they were made in a factory and simply deep fried by the 'chef'.
