This is the biggest mall in Sydney and for sure one of biggest mall I ever visited. Also it is in the heart of CBD beside the historical Queen Victoria Building. Easy access by public transportation.

I do love #UMMA, one of the food stores at level 5. At Umma, you can enjoy great Korean food including Bibimbap, Korean chicken, K-rolls(Kimbap). All the staffs in there are very kind also!!!

My favourite place to shop in Sydney. All your big name brands are here; Zara, H&M, Adidas, JB HiFi, etc. the Christmas decorations are done very well here. Can be a little bit confusing to get around but that’s Sydney in general. The food court here is also top notch.

Westfield Sydney it’s a place where you can visit the Tower eye in Sydney which is the highest point at where you can see of the whole city from 360°. Also, there are different brand in this shopping mall and you can buy anything you want as well as a food court available in the fifth floor.

It's a huge shopping mall. You will definitely get lost here. But I love this place. As you get everything here. There are 2 food courts , one in the ground floor is kind of go to food and another one at 5th floor, that has got amazing view. I love to sit there and work. Mall has good wifi. They give you map for directions if you need.

We ended up in Westfield by accident having spent some time in QVB and were amazed at the sheer amount of stores present within the facility. Essentially any name brand or any store, you were able to find in Westfield Sydney. In addition, the food court was always bustling with a great selection of food to purchase.

Luckily I was able to see the city in day light as well as while the sun set and the night skyline looked even more beautiful! Has a snacks corner as well as a counter where they sell souvenir. Bought a beautiful Westfield Sydney Eye replica which sits on my souvenir shelf! Totally worth the money you spend here. Do not miss this experience!

Lived in Sydney few years and loved it. Worked just besides Westfield and it was great to eat at Charly's Burger (veggie ones, for sure !) and Snag stand almost like... everyday ?! Loves the Gucci shop as well and the 4 D tower eye view experience is just GREAT !! Kids LOOVED it too ! So sad to not live there anymore. Westfield is the place to eat and visit when in the CBD and not in Bondi :)

What a terrific mall, very classy, commensurate with some of the most beautiful and exclusive malls that we have seen in California over the decades we lived there. Their food court was especially impressive, especially if you like Asian food.

Westfield Sydney is iconic. You can find almost every store in here. Myer is big with multiple floors and wide range of items you can buy. There are 2 food cours and the one at level 5 is what I prefer. It's always fun to go around and window shop. Most of the time, stores go on sale which is fantastic.

Westfield Sydney was amazing however I wish that their more stores that cater to interent culture. Such as video games and comic books ev games is not enough

The mall has a great ambience but too big, it was hard to find what I wanted. Though I had a very helpful centre staff come up and ask if I needed help. A big thanks to Edwina who helped me she had genuinely very warm energy, really made my day actually. You don't often come across such good customer service much, a rare gem.

Hello centre manager of only Sydney Westfield in City CBD I am taking time out to write to you about this very unpleasant experience occurring every weekend with the escalators being down in qvb exit/entrance of Westfield to food court. Its disappointing that nothing is done to fix this issue, what a shame! Would you like your elderly grandma to walk these stairs? What about the families with their children and prams asking other shoppers for help to get up the stairs? I see so many people struggling to get up and down, how long until someone falls? When will something be done? Let me guess…not on the weekend. you might say ‘oh we get it fixed all the time’ then how come when I am here it’s always down? I wonder why I am paying my gym membership, when I specifically told a staff member they made a joke about it being good for my health to take the stairs. How rude! Don’t worry I’ll take it all my social media platforms to show good of your service and managers working. I have never seen this issue in Bondi, Parramatta, Eastgardens, & Penrith!
