We took train T2 from Townhall station platform 1, and after 30 minutes, we reached Homebush station. After coming out from Homebush station, walk about 5 minutes to a bus station. Catch bus 525 or 526 and will reach DFO Homebush within 5 minutes. The shopping mall outlet is an average size mall. The first floor is about foodcourt, sport and home living. Second floor is about fashion and brands outlet The discount here was very good (especially CK and Polo) and cheapest among all DFO in queensland, melbourne and other sydney outlet. 5 hours here should be sufficient

This is the one of the best clothing outlet in Sydney. There are a variety of brands from low to high, so it's interesting. Also car parking is easy and the staff are friendly. Best recomen

A nice outlet with lots of shops Ok if you are not Australian, and went to US outlet s don't be fooled , this is no way near US outlet s price wise ! Most of the stock sold here has of not same similar pricing to their usual stores , saying that older stocks are on sale but again don't compare to US Back to my Aussie shoppers better then many Westfield's ,with their food courts and shops So enjoy

I heard this place used to be a lot nicer but it’s gotten much worse. 1. Half of the lights in the car park were off, making it very dark, even in the middle of the day. This is dangerous for both motorists and pedestrians. But of course all the illuminated logos for every store are fully working. 2. There are fewer seating areas than there used to be. And the benches are absolutely disgusting, outdated, and in disrepair. Hard to believe a shopping center with this much $$$ has such poor amenities. Photo attached because i thought it was hilarious how gross these benches are 😂 3. This is specific to my visit but when I was here (23 Feb, 12pm) there was a very loud, intermittent beeping sound going off over the food court. Incredibly grating sound to hear when you’re just trying to have a cup of coffee and wait for your wife to shop. 4. They closed the only decent cafe here so if you want a coffee, go elsewhere. All in all, there are much more pleasing retail environments to give your money to. This place sucks.

Pity about the parking... not taking cash is fine (assuming covid reasons??) but when your only choice is to pay by card, then there should not be a surcharge for using a card. I am happy to pay cash but you don't give me the option! Stop the surcharge and help do your bit with covid rather than making extra money from it. Other than that, good place to shop with plenty of choices for clothes, shoes and accessories. Nice premium section as well with high end brands

This outlet is a tidy place. Parking can be unconventional, but on weekdays you will find that you have no problem. It is home to lots of major vendors, including Nike, Sheridan etc. My problem is that these companies raise their prices, and/or decrease their discounts because of the location and the great exposure to potential customers. I recommend coming here strictly on birthdays...

DFO Homebush is an expansive shopping destination that offers a wide range of shops for all kinds of shoppers. The mall's sheer size is impressive, with countless stores to explore. You'll find a diverse selection of shops, catering to various tastes and preferences. Whether you're looking for fashion, accessories, homeware, or sporting goods, there's something for everyone at DFO Homebush. When it comes to pricing, it's a mixed bag. Some stores offer great deals and discounts, making it an excellent place to find bargains. You can come across fantastic prices that make your shopping experience even more enjoyable. However, it's worth noting that some shops may have average pricing or regular prices, so it's wise to compare and explore different stores to find the best deals. One aspect to keep in mind is that DFO Homebush often offers out-of-season clothes at significant discounts, typically ranging from 30% to 40% off. This provides an opportunity to snag fashionable items at a fraction of their original prices, making it a haven for savvy shoppers looking for deals on previous season's styles. Overall, DFO Homebush provides a vast shopping experience with a variety of shops to choose from. While prices may vary, the opportunity to discover discounted out-of-season clothing adds to the allure of the mall. Whether you're seeking a specific item or simply enjoy browsing through different stores, DFO Homebush offers a retail experience that caters to diverse tastes and budgets. Avoid weekends, it’s madness.

This is our favorite factory outlet because it has more stores than other outlet malls. The mall layout is nice too unlike Birkenhead Point. There's also plenty of parking but could get challenging during weekends. Downside is that parking is a little bit expensive as it only offers 2hours free, which is really not enough when you're outlet shopping. Best time to go during special sales as some shops often have additional discount on top of the already low prices. Was amazed to know that adidas is also opening a shop here.

Thanks for a great weekend at DFO Homebush and I'm sure everyone who attended this day was very happy too. I think spent too much time shopping as well as too much money here. In front of me are many famous brands like MK, Salvator, etc. with cheap price. I have been buying a lot of good products for me. However, I would like the shops to close late after 7 or 8 pm to give people more time

Excellent outlet mall with a lot of shops , cafes , food shops and kid area. It is an outlet so it supposed that has lower price then usual in Australia. But it is more expensive then outlets in US and Europe.

I recommend coming if you want to waste time, otherwise don’t come. Firstly, there are a lot of shops but inside there is absolutely nothing to buy. I’ve been to the Brisbane DFO and it’s way better there, nothing like Sydney’s. Imagine coming for 1 and a half hours and walking out empty handed.

Don't go to Shoe warehouse. buy one second one 50% off or 10% off for all shoes.. whatever. Don't trust. Ask staff term's and conditions first. I spent 30 minutes to pick shoes and asked staff about size and styles. So far so good. I decided to buy 3 pairs of shoes What the.. two pairs of shoes are not eligible for 50% 10% discount. Only one fully priced shoes _ 10% Why? It's marked down shoes. No one told me about this when I was assisted by staff. From the signage, I told counter staff that it seems misleading the customer. Guess what she said... I know. Then do something !!

Really hard to find decent stuff there. It feels like everything sold in the outlets is discarded stock. Very rarely you will find good styles and size. You really need to look hard for decent stuff, but then 2 hours parking limit doesn't help. Specially when it takes 15-20 mins to get in and out of the parking lot.

We have been here couple of times. You get a benefit of analysing different brands in a single place. This place has all prominent shoe brands like Adidas, basic, sketchers, ugg, puma, etc. It also has a decent size food court. If you are in shoe shopping mode this is the place to be recently they have added a bigger Lindt outlet as well in this mall.

"DFO, or Direct Factory Outlet, provides a shopping experience that appeals to bargain hunters and fashion enthusiasts alike. The wide array of brands and products at discounted prices creates an exciting environment for savvy shoppers. The layout and convenience of multiple stores under one roof make it efficient for exploring various options. While the quality of items may vary, the potential for finding great deals and hidden gems makes DFO a go-to destination for those seeking value in their shopping endeavors."

I love hunting discounts here, been here for the boxing day last year and got so much stuffs I love. Beside all the queue, but I love the fair price which stores gave. You have to add DFO as your first stop when boxing day! All the worth to buy things were there! 🩷 Psssst, and you have to come earlier as I suggest😂

Excellent shopping centre with variety of brands, always have good discount compared to other malls. It’s direct factory outlet so you will always get good deals. My most favourite thing here is parent room😄 when you have new baby you always look for parent room when you are out for shopping, DFO’s parent room is the best.

Love this DFO. So many stores for so many options and interesting prices. From someone who shops at Westfields all the time, it's a nice alternative for different stores. So much easier to get there by driving than by public transport, though.

DFO Sydney is an amazing place to shop, the sales are really good, we shopped here rather than going to a standard mall and we were not disappointed. The food court is small with a few options, need to add more food stores around. The staff are not too helpful or welcoming unless your visiting the luxury stores. It’s way too busy to have that intimate shopping experience I guess!

If you have money to burn this place is great. Maybe 5% are good sales unless your looking to spend on items with ticket prices over $2000. Then it's good. Although if you eat at their food court you'll probably lose all the dollars you saved in the first place. Want brands. This place has it all

  • 4/5 Srinivas Y. 1 year ago on Google
Good varieties of factory outlet stuff. Plenty of parking available but the free parking is only for 2 hours. It would have been great if it is extended to 4 hours. Pretty small mall but decent and nice maintenance.

  • 4/5 Akshay P. 1 year ago on Google
Great place to buy at factory price and at a discounted amount. The place has outlets for home products, all types of clothing, cookware, electronics, home appliances, footwear etc. There's a food court available with different cuisines. There are toilets available but they are not very clean. Overall it's a great place to buy things at a discounted price.

  • 4/5 Zaheer K. 1 year ago on Google
I am from Brisbane. And comparing DFO of Briabane with Sydney. It's food court is bigger and have more food options than Brisbane's. There are more brands than Brisbane. Like Lacoste. But the stock and variety in most of the outlets were not more than Brisbane's stores. It's perhaps due to the size of every store. (Too small)

If you're looking for a luxurious shopping experience that won't break the bank, look no further than this shopping center located in a nice area. From the moment you arrive, you'll be impressed by the ample parking and well-maintained exterior of the building. Once inside, you'll find a wide variety of stores to suit every taste and budget. Whether you're looking for high-end fashion or affordable everyday essentials, you're sure to find what you need here. And with reasonable prices across the board, you won't have to sacrifice quality for affordability. But this shopping center isn't just for adults. Kids will love the playgrounds located on the ground floor, providing a safe and fun environment for them to play while you shop. And the whole family can enjoy the clean and well-maintained facilities, making for a comfortable and stress-free shopping experience. Overall, if you're looking for a shopping center that has it all, look no further than this luxurious yet affordable option. With great parking, a variety of stores, and kid-friendly amenities, it's the perfect place for a day out with the family or a solo shopping trip.

Occasionally some good deals can be found, there are many popular stores to choose from, I’m a cheap skate and I don’t go shopping much but whenever I do it’s usually here. Just remember if you are driving to leave at least half an hour before close, trying to get out of that place at closing time will have you stuck in the car park traffic jam for 20 minutes.

You can find pretty much anything you need here at a really good price!! Bit dangerous! Haha! The last renovation makes the place look much nicer as well! And with more food options! The only downsize (although it make sense) is that it gets quite packed on weekends! And with the whole COVID situation some queues can be pretty long. Ale

It annoys me when it's stated on the DFO website that shops are open until 6pm, yet some shops I wanted to go to had their doors half pulled down so you couldn't enter the shop at 4:50pm, liked it better when I was younger, when a shop said it closed at 5pm, they didn't shut the doors till 5pm ?
