Good selection of stores and good food court. Bad that you only get 2 hours of free parking. Feels like you have to rush as there's isn't enough time to eat, shop and do your groceries. Also cleaning staff at food court only clean particular tables and not tables seated out the front of some food stores. Not a good look for centre management....

This shopping centre is super convenient for the students and locals living and working around the area. It’s got plenty of parking and everything you need. Don’t expect too many fancy shops if you’re looking to shop for fashion, but it certainly has enough to cater in it for the masses!

My fellow Americans, I recently went to this great mall called Broadway Shopping Centre, and let me tell you, it was really something. From the moment I got there, the people were just so friendly, I mean really nice. They even had people out front to help you find your way in, which was just fantastic. Now, the parking situation was great, really top-notch. Lots of spaces, and close to the entrance. And once I got inside, let me tell you, it was just a great place. Clean, well-organized, and the stores had all kinds of stuff. I mean, they had clothes, electronics, you name it. And the people who worked there, they were just really helpful. Very knowledgeable about their products, and they really went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food court was just amazing, folks. So many choices, and the seating area was just tremendous. Really comfortable chairs, and lots of room to relax and enjoy your meal. All in all, I would definitely recommend Broadway Shopping Centre to anyone who wants to have a great time shopping. It's just a really terrific place, folks.

Broadway is a great shopping mall, but it's smaller than your usual suburban Westfield. There's a Kmart and Target, but these are comparatively fairly small and stock a smaller range. The food court and cafe options are great, and the entertainment and speciality stores are all I need. Rarely go elsewhere!

It's not the biggest shopping complex around, but it's easily accessible. Contains Coles and a few takeout places, including pizzeria and a pie shop. There's a barber there as well. Across the road you will find a LIbrary, and beneath that an NRMA charging station.

Very fresh mall, has it all. Good grocery and fresh deli food! Don’t like the H&M store.. it’s a bit.. dull. Besides that good shopping centre, clean and fresh!

Broadway mall is a great shopping Centre. You can find most outlets here. Retail grocery, home appliances, clothing, coffee shops and many other. Shopping experience here is great. The mall is crowded most of the time. What I don't like about this mall is their parking spots. It is a horrible design. Apart from that, everything about this mall is great.

This is a mid size shopping mall , with most of shops you need . There are banks here such as Nab and Comm bank. Stores such as Aldi , target , Coles , Kmart. Also there is apple store here and JB HiFi Also there a a food court with a lot of varieties from kfc to Turkish. The only drawback i met yesterday that the lifts were not working and the only way to go up from the street is by escalators , so i had a trouble by by the baby stroller.

Parking "Way Out" and car "Exit" signs VERY confusing. Placed in two separate close places and near upward ramps to higher parking levels. Driving round and round going to place I started. Like a maze just to get out. Took 12 minutes to get out. Need to have better Signs please! Will not be returning soon. 😟

It's a mall, near the city. And it's improved a lot over the years! Now boasting a remodeled food court, clean toilets, a kid's area, a few upscale-ish shops, and all the basics like a Kmart and Coles. Plenty of cafes to sit and have a drink and the mall is easily accessible. It's on Broadway (which turns into George St) and intersects with City Rd/King St from Newtown. Take a bus or Wentworth Park stop on L1 light rail. If you're driving, there's lots of parking. 2 hours is free, 2-3 is $10 (which feels steep for someone just doing some shopping and grabbing dinner from the food court), and goodness help you if you stay 3-4 hours, that's $20. The other shopping centers in the city (Galleries, QVB, Westfield) are more upscale and aren't the kind of place you can grab some Lego, new pants and bread rolls all in one go. That's the gem of Broadway, even though it has a reputation for being a bit daggy.

The restaurant exceeded my expectations with its impeccable service, delightful ambiance, and mouthwatering cuisine. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel like a valued guest. The attention to detail and the quality of the food made my dining experience truly exceptional.

Awesome shopping complex which I would like to give a loud shout out to all the staff that work for the center and all the staff in all the stores inside the center. It's a very busy mall and is quite busy even on those so called slow day's and with the cooperation of the citizens in the area Broadway Shopping Centre has been working with their staff and staff from all the other stores to provide a clean, safe and well informed environment to help keep us protected from COVID-19.

One of the liveliest malls of the Sydney. I just don't like the 2 hour free parking slot as it's really limited and it should have at least 3P parking.

Broadway Sydney is the ultimate epicentre of all shopping experience in city. With a wide array of cafe’s, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping destination to choose from. The mall is just one stop away from getting your weekly needs in a fast paced city, without much of a hassle of finding parking for your vehicle or public transportation. Being quite close to USYD the place is flocked with a good number of young crowd running about their errands during the day.

I like the fact they decorate the mall according to the season and different festivals. Specially during Xmas & Chinese New Year. Plenty of parking. Toilets are regularly cleaned. However, some shops doesn't have secular behaviour towards their client. This is where they lack customer service. This could be improved a lot.

Good - free parking. Bad - the car park is tight and narrow. Good - the electric car charging stations. Bad - need an electric car Good - cinemas! Bad - not the biggest screens and space Good - Reasonable sized food court. Bad - needs more variety

My favourite mall ever! There’s nearly every store I could ask for. Their Kmart is huge and they have plenty of food and entertainment options to choose from! Not to mention that you can get there super easily with light rail, bus or train since it’s so close to Central Station.

A great Shopping centre in Ultimo near Sydney University and Newtown. I love to come here to shop at Target, Kmart, Coles, Harris Farm and Aldi for my weekend groceries shopping and the foodcourt has a lot of nice food that I usually have a meal for lunch/dinner. Love the Din Tai Fung and Mamak Village.

It has electronics, grocery shopping, clothings, food outlets and cinema too The best thing about the shopping centre is that it is easily accessible. As it has plain escalators all over the floors with out any steps as its much easier to access

  • 4/5 Brett H. 2 years ago on Google
Not bad here, parking times are not enough to do any real relaxation for a shop around after you get what you needed, reject shop and Kmart seem to be my most hit locations. If management want people to spend more money I'd suggest extending parking times a bit. I object to paying for the right to buy groceries sorry but that's a fact, go get a reality check. Food court is good Kebarb shop not too bad. After that not enough time as I said.

This shopping centre is wonderful. Over the time it has improved a lot with many options in retail, fashion and food. Its very clean and good accessibility options. Staff is also nice and cooperative. Customer can find many stores to chose from and sometime real sales are on. I love this shopping centre as I am regular visitor since 2006.

  • 4/5 Scott R. 2 years ago on Google
A great shopping centre and fabulous food court. I went Christmas week and got a car park in 2 minutes. Always looks great with the right blend of shops. The fact it has gigantic car parks means l never wait too long for a parking spot. This makes a big difference to the shopping experience.

  • 4/5 Shaun C. 2 years ago on Google
A large range of retail shops on multiple levels and also a cinema. Foodhall has got a great. Went there to get Specsavers to see if they could fix my glasses as the lens component was slowly coming apart. They couldn't fix them but they gave me a free set of frames that were the same brand that fitted my lenses even though they were about 18 months old. I recommend them highly for them being a very good customer service optometrist.

I found this shopping centre a little difficult to navigate. Although the "get directions here" screens were common enough that I could get by, I'd rather not have to refer to them so frequently in order to find things. Perhaps improved locations of shops within Google Maps would help - many of the places I checked didn't have accurate location markers or were missing info on which floor they were on. If you're more familiar with the building, your contributions would be appreciated if you want to add some of this info!

It really must be said that this shopping centre has really lifted its standard. I went to watch a movie and I had not visited for a long while and you expect as time goes on things degrade. I would say this had a premium feel about it. If anything it felt improved on its younger days(post Grace bros i mean) Not being Westfield it has a different vibe/look and i liked it.

  • 4/5 Rosie K. 1 year ago on Google
Parking is under construction, so there's a bit less available compared to my last visit. Very busy centre but appreciate the later opening/closing hours. We had a nice meal at the Grill'd and found tables in the food court easily.

  • 5/5 Angela K. 1 year ago on Google
Greatly improved their available seating and shopping options of late. Wide spaces for a pram or a wheelchair to pass through, though those needing more space to access the bathrooms should use a less busy floor/bathroom so they're not as crowded and easier to access.

  • 4/5 A Google U. 1 year ago on Google
Broadway shopping stands tall with many options of shopping retailers, supermarkets, food, cinema (hoyts) best of them all with recliner seats for all cinema options. Parking is nice with 2 hours free or 4h free if watching a movie, cheap student parking and free parking after 6pm. Only downside is that the place is very busy yet no money is paid to upgrade the center, especially the parking entrance and exit booth which are still ticket operator instead of the number plate automatic parking that is now used in the majority of parking locations.

  • 4/5 Preet S. 1 year ago on Google
Came here while visiting a friend. Charged my Tesla - convenient and smooth experience as always. The parking isn’t exactly clear for the most part, but once you’ve been here, it’s pretty straight forward every time thereafter. A lot of renovations seem to have happened since I last came, although that was awhile ago. By the time I grabbed a feed from the food court, car was charged and I was on my way. :)

A massive and unique selection of stores to explore, there's pretty much something for everyone here, and something for almost every budget too. Great for kids and adults alike, a clean shopping centre with a wide variety of retail and food stores. If you're looking to go shopping in Sydney go check it out. There's also cool things near the shopping centre like a massive beautiful park.

  • 2/5 Michelle M. 1 year ago on Google
This centre has evolved without proper traffic/road infrastructure for smooth traffic flow. The area encompassing City Road, Broadway and Bay Street (the latter complete with a pedestrian crossing 15 metres before the traffic lights which controls the entry and exit to the car park - ugh!) is a nightmare. A great shopping complex that I will avoid in the future because I can't stand the angst.

Fantastic shopping mall with a great selection of foods on the higher level. I tried Guzman Y Gomez Mexican food and if was delightful, also, I recommend you give Grill’d burgers a go, they are a little bit on the slower end of bringing kit your food but most of the time it us worth it.

I’m have been working in Broadway for 3 years now and seeing so many changes…the ones didn’t make much monies had gone to replace the new ones. Shops have been changed heaps but people remain unchanged 😄 Im a healthy eater so much of enjoying Malatang and Japanese food opened recently. My coworkers & I come here every week to get our lunch and Harris Farms where I get my fruits and vegetables 🥗. Love Broadway always 🥰

This shopping centre is one of the busiest in Sydney. Plenty restaurants, cafes and shops to choose from. Lego store, Kmart, Coles and many others. Personally, I used to go to this shopping centre all the times. Keep in mind its very hard to find parking on Thursday night and weekend, make sure to come early.

Great shopping center. A bunch of options for shopping offered. Kmart , Target and Coles are some of the big names. Nike, Athletic Foot , Apple, Starbucks, H&M, and more! Escalator and elevators. 10 minutes from The Rocks area

  • 3/5 Lewis J. 7 months ago on Google
Harris Farm, Coles and Aldi are all reasonably easy to access due to the timed parking available. Overall I find almost all the other stores to be selling low quality there away junk. Though that's likely to be what people want.

  • 4/5 derek w. 7 months ago on Google
Shopping centres are not my favourite thing, but if I must, this one is pretty good. The foodcourt has some different choices. There is almost everything you might need to buy. It is pretty easy to get around and there is plenty of parking. Be aware that the streets around can slow your trip by a fair bit.

  • 2/5 Alan S. 7 months ago on Google
If there is a shopping center in Sydney with dirtier toilets I am yet to find it. Parking is expensive when you can find a spot, and then the amount of escalators not working for long periods prevents traveling from floor to floor with a trolley a nightmare. One feels for the smaller shop owners that pay exorbitant rent and get little to no support.

  • 1/5 Debi T. 7 months ago on Google
The shops are great, but the centre management needs to seriously look at how the toilets are maintained. I used the facilities on two different levels and both times the floors were littered with toilet paper confetti. I wondered why someone would do this, until I realised that the toilet paper they supply is 1-ply (if that)… and so, when people tried pulling for another sheet it would just disintegrate into confetti all over the floor. Buying cheap, toilet paper not only makes a huge mess, but it also reflects poorly on the shopping centre. That’s what you call false economy.

Went to this shop on the 24/09/2023, I was so excited as I love this brand and been to the other Sydney stores when they were open so I was keen to go to this one and buy a few things. (I’m not from Sydney so I have to travel a far distance to go there) when I got there I was not welcomed by the staff, I was given looks while I was there and totally ignored. I then tried in a few pieces of clothing and was feeling confident when I put them on then walked out to show my partner but when I did the staff member looked at me with a terrible look, didn’t ask if I needed help with any sizing, absolutely nothing just totally ignored. After trying in 3 items and each time getting a look from the staff member, my confidence was drained and never felt so insecure about myself in a very long time. I left the store so miserable and very disappointed as I had to travel so far to come here. The staff member was from Asian descent and had a young to mid 20s appearance. Really upset with this service and disappointed as I looked up to stax with how they don’t judge but that’s all I felt when I was in the store.

Broadway Shopping Centre is always a great place to shop, enjoy a meal (lots of choices) and watch the movies. Highly recommend.

This property used to be a Grace Brothers over two buildings. Now its all light and sound like any mall you've see anywhere else encompassing just one of the old sites.

It's ok. Very spacious I guess. Lots of places to visit and sit and chill. Many options for eating. You need heaps of money to go and actually enjoy your experience including watching a movie and playing arcade games eating out and clothes shopping.

by far this nicest looking mall Sydney has to offer. Great selection of shops… only downside is that certain exits and entrances will be locked off randomly for no given reason

🫤 Too many many levels and way too many pompous upperclass shops that normal people wouldn’t shop at. I did appreciate the Xmas decorations and the various places to sit. However at 9:45am in the morning there was next to no shops open which was very disappointing
