A great place for the family, especially with kids. There are a dry playground and wet playground which my son loves. It is catered for kids of all ages and my son had a fun time there. Bring towel and spare change of clothes for the kids. It can be crowded but does not impact us as there is wide enough space to keep distance. The water activity is great for kids to interact and play. There's plenty of eatery around. A nice stroll around was nice also.

A playground suitable for all ages. There’s water and sensory play. Slides for toddlers, bigger kids and zip lines. It’s accessible by public transport or by car you can park for $20 all day. Lots of eateries near by and of course the infamous Harry cafe de wheels! My favourite place to eat delicious pies and hot dogs! On weekends, the park draws in children and it can be extremely busy. There’s enough space for everyone to move around and take turns on the play equipment. The only let down is that being a very busy public space, there should be signs of contact numbers to call or rangers nearby to provide assistance to any injured children.

What fantastic place for young and old. Kids love the waterpark and could go there each day for hours. Mum and Dad don’t mind the varied choices of food and drink on offer. Each time we visit everybody is happy and having a good time. For once City of Sydney did an amazing job !

Enjoyed the relaxing venue and surrounding area at Darling Harbour. Plenty of seating, live entertainment, table tennis, restaurants, relaxing scenery close to the harbour and even closer to the swimming precinct for ankle high paddlers, large grass areas, also convention and Sydney entertainment centres located close by especially the Convention Centre. The light rail services the area.

A must, kids will love it, little water trails with interactive water reals that you can touch and redirect the water. Plus a lovely park with a flying fox. Not a place to go if it's really raining or storming. Kat

After 20+ hours in the air we landed and arrived to our hotel. They recommend we head to the Darling Quarter for food and a place for the kids to “be kids”. The play area here is awesome. The water feature stood out with it gates, dams, pumps and more all controlled by kids. Slides that used a “hill” instead of a ladder. A zip line and slack rope are also here. After an hour of play we ate and went on our way. The next we returned and the kids once again had a great time.

Well-designed and developed space for locals and tourists to relax, eat, play and enjoy vibrant harbourside environment. Water features are great for young ones on warmer days. It's within a stone's throw of Chinatown and not too far a walk from CBD.

Relaxing place, while kids enjoy the playground, I can just sit there and watch the water flowing. McDonald just in front and other stores where we can buy food. Has plenty space where we can sit. Love the big mirror too. I will practice dancing next time using that mirror😅. Make sure you bring spare clothes for kids, they can't resist playing in the water

Amazing place to take toddlers out on a hot day. Be sure to pack their swimmers, towel and a hat so they can play on the water play area. Plenty of places for parents to sit nearby and keep an eye. Very close to amenities and also great options for good around.

Nice little park area located near darling harbour. It’s a nice place to sit around with family (kids can play on the equipment), or have a picnic with friends. There are various “attractions”, like the water pumps, fountains and also the seated areas under the large umbrellas. I believe there are also nearby public bathrooms. Also surrounded by a lot of food places, so you can grab a bite if you get hungry :)

I'm only walk through to find toilet. But if you are a family us good to bring your kid during warm and hot season to play in the play ground. And to have picnic during every season. Or enjoying harbour view with your loved ones in romantic setting.

Every visit to this place is amazing. One place for entertainment, food, recreational activities, shopping with a skyline view of skyscrapers. It's one end is hep, flashy with lots of bars and other end is calming, soothing. With the current Christmas lights it's more beautiful.

One of the best playgrounds to visit in sydney with a water canal play area, huge swings, slides and play equipment. Totally underrated or just unknown playground for the kids and a good option if you live in the eastern suburbs, It’s really not that far a drive if you go straight to the end of Oxford/Liverpool st. You can get parking at darling quarter or catch a train. A must visit if you haven’t been since the days sega world was around. The area is much nicer, open and lots of places to eat.

The atmosphere is so nice, beautiful lights at night. It's great for taking photos. We had dessert, shaved ice with mango and strawberries. It was very delicious! Would definitely go again.

Very good meal from grill 😋 You can't eat everything that this restaurant served. Can you give them 5 stars 🌟 !

  • 2/5 El D. 5 months ago on Google
Unfortunately, the atmosphere has dropped significantly as a tourist area. There are so many construction works going on and so many shops have closed down. It seems a bit of a disappointment now. Perhaps it will be better in summer but that remains to be seen.

It's 9.47pm.on a Monday and we have been to a talk at the ICC. Unfortunately none of the beautiful restaurants are open for a quick meal on the way home. Surely the kitchen could stay open until at least 10pm? Very disappointing.

It's good, that all I can really say. you won't waste your time looking at anything. Also, there are workers telling facts and doing minor activities for the little ones, so it is a good for your kids to bring along with you.
