The security is absolutely disgusting. So much attitude and the killed the vibe when you just want to have a fun night. Intimidated a girl, they look over the bathroom stalls when you are on the toilet, push past you. Absolute bullies. I appreciate that it’s the law that bars close after 3am but to stop people from being able to buy a soft drink is not acceptable. The venue was leaking water everywhere….

Nice venue, good location, always packed, multiple dancefloors. Some of the bouncers have nasty attitudes however (not all, many of them I've talked to are down to earth blokes) and will seemingly take out their own problems on the patrons. I have no issues with enforcing strict rules but it is clear when a bouncer is acting out of spite/his own emotions rather than upholding the best interests of the venue.

Honestly have never been treated poorer by security and management in my life. Was told it was $30 entry, so simply began to walk away with the group I was in. Was then told they could get us in for $15, of which all of the 5 people I was with entered and were 2, still charged $30, one charge $20 and one charged $10. They make up the prices as they go based on what they believe you are willing to pay, was approached by the owner who told me that I was rude for saying to my friends we can leave because $30 is too expensive considering we could get in to other places for $10-$15. Was told "I don't understand anything about running a business" in addition to him telling me how much his liquor licence cost, the wages he pays the staff etc. and how I was rude and couldn't get in anywhere else for cheaper. I was let in for free as it was my birthday which I was grateful for, but was told I was "the only one with a problem" as I wasn't willing to go in as I didn't find it fair for my friends to pay all different rates as they were taken advantage of. Ruined my 18th. Went to Scary Canary for $10 500m away and had a great time. Will be telling everyone to steer clear of Home bar. Must also mention, met a guy at Scary who told me he was laughed at upon entry and told he was too short (5,5) to get in. He was quoted $45 for entry.

Unappreciative, bad mood-ed staff. Good view of the FIREworks during a fire ban, but is it worth having yourself humiliated for no reason? Reason 1 : Why I hate the Sydney night life, known more recently as Home The Venue

We came from France to watch the NYE firework on the balcon, bought 140$ ticket and can’t enter because of the two security guards. Your staff is ridiculous, change those incompetent.

Disgusting behaviour from bouncers and staff, manager was highly rude to me and basically made fun of me when trying to enter the premises. My boyfriend felt sick and wanted to go to the sick bay, the security guard told him that they would escort him to the sick bay, however, the security guard walked him to the exit and just blatantly shoved him outside with no reason and told him he was kicked out. Inhuman behaviour from all staff, security guards were using filthy language for no reason and getting angry for no reason. Seriously not worth going here as you will probably be kicked out within minutes or made fun of.

This place reminds me of all the bad things the Ivy used to be. Just like every other 1 star review, it’s the security that let the place down and some weird policies. Pay $80 for a ticket. But if you walk outside, you’re not allowed back in, no excuses. I saw other reviews that said you had to repay to get back in… Went back the next day to grab a cloaked item. Arrived as 4 security guards looked like they were going to bash this skinny young guy. One guard nearly knocks him over. Another slaps the young guy across the face and says “go home you pommie cunt”. After the young guy finally walks away, I was told I can’t collect the cloaked item while the venue is in operation…? Guess I won’t be getting it back What a venue haha

DONT GO HERE !! My partner and I came from the Gold Coast went to look for a club to go into First of all $35 entry EACH…. Not to mention the “no passouts” rule How stupid to make people pay again if they need to go outside the club. Your just ripping people off if you ask me. This club deserves 0 stars Also the rude brunette lady at the front who does the entry she’s just a miserable little girl who hates her job you can see this in her attitude We got into the club and the club is quite poorly designed ( the bar is on the left right next the D floor ) …. Like why?? Not enough bartenders, there’s like 3 on with a club packed of like 600 people lol and there’s only 1 bar fin each room. TOILETS ! UMMM disgusting ! It’s wet all over the floors messy, rubbish everywhere. It’s round the back ? Like how are you suppose to even find them to begin with. I just don’t have anything nice to say about this place. There’s also no signage to tell you where THE TOILETS ARE When we return to Sydney we will NOT be visiting here again nor recommending to others

worst security I’ve experienced. Power hungry and create false narratives to intimidate and bully you. My partner and I were in the smokers area and tried to go back inside - were yelled at and accused of jumping the fence. We’re kicked out without even listening to us stating that we have been there for hours. 5 of the security guards followed us 200m down the wharf from the premises trying to intimidate us by being uncomfortably close. Disgusting behaviour - all the bad reviews about the security are accurate.

Only 3 rooms open last Saturday. Home-made was packed the other 2 rooms only had a handful of people. Great light show, music and DJs in Home-made. Only issue was that at 3 am, all the music and bar service just stopped without any warning. Security then went around telling everyone to get out.

Venue is let down from the mob of security they’ve got littered round the place. So over the top, rude and power hungry, way too many as well. Creates a poor vibe and is such an easy way to ruin your venue.

Huge issue with the security here. We were at a party here with our niece and some friends. When the security tried to pull our 22 year old niece off of the dance floor saying that they wanted to take pictures of her. They said that directly to her and she felt uncomfortable but went with them without explanation. They were just taking her away. She was taken into a back room with 5 other men and was never given an explanation as to why. When asked what they were doing with her and why she was taken, The venue manager instructed his team not to say a word to us. We were very uncomfortable with 5 men taking our niece into a side room by them selves with no explanation and so we tried to go with her and get answers. We were never given any Instead we were kicked out of the venue for smply wanting an explanation. She was one of very few women in the venue as it was a pride event and we really can't help but to wonder why after 30 minuets and after us being kicked out the finally said they wanted to do an intoxication check. Why wasn't that just said in the beginning? 5 men taking a young woman Into a backroom with no explanation is just wayyy to scetch. And there were so many drugs going around and the costant smell of Marijuana onThe dance floor. It just seemed very weird to come and take her the way they did with again, no, explnation even when directly asked why They refused to answer. . I have worked in security for years and there were woman staff available but none that were involved. It had always been protocol for woman staff to be involved with a female client. There were none available and none were offered. They just wanted her to go with them by herself with 5 strange men into a side room and kicked us out when we wouldn't allow that to happen. It's the most unprofessional security I have ever seen in working In the industery for more than 20 years.

Very rude security. Terrible sound. Clearly they have no idea how to create the right atmosphere. Everything that is wrong with Sydney nightlife is manifested together in Home The Venue. If you have any self respect I wouldn't recommend going there.

Top notch music and highly rated for a reason. I really don’t get what the issue at door is from what people said. Everyone was getting in just fine unless you could barely stand up. Simple as that. Love the people complaining about drink cost. As if Sydney is known for cheap drink city 😂😂. Just want a redbull vodka and I’m set. If I want a cheap drink I’ll go to my dads house.

Very very poor service, I highly recommend to don’t go there, we arrived there and while we were in queue their security guard asked me how many drinks did you get and I said 2, they said that’s ok you can come in, when my wife and I paid for our tickets after 5 minutes while we didn’t get any alcohol in club they told us you should leave here without any reasons you seem drunk. Then how you change your mind after we paid for our tickets and don’t refund our money.I think because we didn’t buy drinks at first they weren’t happy to be there. It’s really unfair. Terrible experience

Quite possibly the worst security I have ever witnessed. They are so power hungry they will literally fabricate false stories and accuse you of things you did not to. They will then take you to a corner with 5+ security in an attempt to intimidate. Definitely not worth the price of the tickets, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Wouldn’t recommend they were racist cause my mate was islander and they accused him of getting into trouble before we entered and the security guards accused us of hitting a girl 20mins from being there. 5 Stars to the islander security guard that stood up for us and some white tall guy that was hectic aswell.

The DJ played hits from 2012 for 2 hours. Followed by two of my male friends getting dragged out by security because they were on the stage with us which Is apparently a women's only section that has no signs. Licensee thinks he's contributing to equality by providing a stage for women only, he placed it right in front of 2 half dressed women getting paid to dance in front of people for entertainment. Really good job there.

I’ve been going Home the Venue for more than a three years now .I’m gonna hate Google for not having zero star , but I’m feeling horrible for home the venue because they allowed such a event organiser who are promoting like they have a future as a headliner artist but in reality they have Mula feri , joke after covid. Guys future is metaphor. Price for liquor was abit overprice that’s okay , and the number of bartenders were understaffed . Condition of Washroom was (-) star . How can I give a star so I hate google for not having negative star .

Security guards are bored and have nothing better to do than make mountains out of molehills. Have never seen them intercept dangerous behaviour I seem to only see them intimidate patrons and watch over us like chaperones at a year 6 disco. Guards are meant to keep us safe not ruin our experiences that we pay good money for.

Pretty impressive club! We paid $25 for entrance on a Saturday that we paid for on the day. Overall busy club with many different rooms - was a little confused with some however think I counted 3 different rooms. Bar service was quick, really cool main stage with amazing sound quality.

worst security team i have ever encountered. never would’ve imagined that the security would be the ones to make me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. seen lots of reviews about these disgusting seccys, you’d think they’d take a hint and get a new security team. unfortunately, i was removed from the venue after zero alcoholic drinks as my asian heritage disallows me to drink. wonder if my appearance had anything to do with it. will not be returning until the security has been replaced. if i could give zero stars, i would.

Friend didn't bring a purse since I had one so I held onto her ID for her, we were searching for her ID (too dark to see so we were taking everything out to find it) then got denied entry because apparently looking for your ID to enter a club means you're too drunk. There was barely a line so it wasn't like we had much time to search either nor were we holding anyone else up. Tried to explain to security but he wasn't having it.

The venue itself was actually great, My issue is with the security. I was on the premises no longer than 40 minutes, had just started my 3rd drink of the whole night, completely sober and was asked to leave because I was showing signs of intoxication... I WAS MOST CERTAINLY NOT! When I tried to explain my case, the security would not even look me in the eye and told me I had to leave, I tried to appeal this with the head of security and was dismissed immediately being told I MUST have done something for the security to think I was intoxicated. Also when I was waiting outside the premises for my friend to come so I could explain the situation, I was asked to move away from the building, at this point I refused! I explained this to my friend and he could not believe what I was telling him! I’m not sure if this happens often or if I was extremely unlucky but the bottom line is, its a very expensive venue and to be treat the way I was for no reason what so ever, I most certainly will not be returning!

Purchased tickets in advance for New Years, have since been identified as a close contact. The team at Home The Venue understood the issue and refunded me almost immediately after my enquiry. Thank you to Ryan for helping me out! I highly recommend this venue for how they are dealing with customers against Covid! You will have a great time with them.

Walked in through cockle Bay wharf, they should put signage as we went the wrong way initially. There were two checkpoints where they checked your ID. Then there's a feature wall where you can take sticker photos and a 360 video (but the video never arrived via SMS or email). A can of Canadian dry was $15, and this is meant to be for uni students so that's quite expensive. DJ's were good. The outside area was refreshing and you had the view of Darling Harbor. It's an ok place but there are better options to go clubbing at.

To be fair, I’ve only been here…more than a handful for times but never had a bad issue/time…. I only rated four out of five (4/5) stars as it’s been far too crowded but as I’m lead to believe that’s the promotors prouder issuing far too many tickets for the venue to hold. However, I’ve always found the place to be clean (yes, even the bathrooms), security have been pleasant and mindful whilst doing their job in keeping all patrons safe. Drink prices WILL be a tad be more expensive BUT the venue IS located in darling harbour AND is a main source of revenue (especially when there’s an event) so what’s the big deal?! Don’t like the prices? Then don’t order the drinks…it’s the EXACT same in ANY venue (ie - cinema). The staff…never had an issue, in fact so helpful when pointing out the location of the bar, coatroom, toilets BUT they went above and beyond when I lost my ID at the Boulet Brothers event. I emailed and messaged the venue, both responded in a timely manner and on the same day. I was happily reunited with said missing property when I stopped by the venue. Both security and bar staff were friendly and attentive whilst listening and one staff member even checked the area that described AND the lost property box/area/hand in which either a patron or staff member found and handed in my ID. I was probably waiting at the bar, five minutes (maybe even less) to which I was in no rush and certainly didn’t not expect my ID to have been found or even handed in. Keep up the great work folks and I am humbly grateful that a staff member took the time, in order to assist me.

Paid 20 dollars per ticket for an event in the rooftop Cockle Bay Wharf entrance which took an hour to even get into due to overzealous security procedures. Security guard made up false stories and said we pushed in the line when there were clearly two lines separated by a queue rope and people were in the line in front and behind us. They then proceeded to go through my phone without permission and check for vaccination status and my debit card because apparently one form of ID is not sufficient? Absolutely ruined my night with the vulgar language and left after 20 minutes. Will not be returning!

I’d give 5 stars for the venue itself and the music it provides HOWEVER the management, security guards and the girls they have at the door (River especially) need to pull whatever stick they have up their behinds out. You work at a nightclub babes you’re not guarding the royal family and their assets. I had kindly asked a security guard how I could get to my table that I had booked, firstly he ignored me and then when I asked again he responded in an annoyed tone to go back to the door and ask the lady named River, you’re right god forbid I ask someone who’s role involves customer service a question, my apologies. Only to be treated with the exact same attitude from River at the front - who continuously kept looking at me up and down like I was some sort of peasant asking for money when all I wanted to know was if I had a table included in my booking, she then calls down the manager because her job is too hard for her (poor thing) and this is where I can see where the rest of the team get their rude attitudes from - didn’t even catch his name but it’s not important as based on the reviews I’ve read I’m sure we’re all talking about the same person lol. I kindly told him I had a table with my booking to which he cut me off without letting me explain saying there were no tables booked for the night so I was wrong and that it’s $1000 to book a booth (he was insinuating I couldn’t afford it) so I had assumed the tickets had a table with a birthday package but the $1000 was paid upon arrival as that’s what most clubs do. And again before I could speak he told me all I could get was a free bottle of bubbly so instead of telling him my intentions of paying for a booth cause he was an outright tosser, I went back to good old River who continued to look me up and down and with disgust as I asked for that free bottle of bubbly. So I got free entry and a free bottle of bubbly and didn’t spend a cent on drinks as to not give these people my money. River, security guards and that thumb looking manager - perhaps you shouldn’t be in a customer service role if you can’t stand being around customers. Please go touch grass you lot.

Cool venue, such a shame the security guards ruin the experience completely. I arrived sober and was told to leave shortly after my second drink. When I simply asked for a reason I was met with hostility and even threatened. After texting my friends what’d happened they spoke to the ‘security manager’ who told them they don’t need a reason to kick me out and there’s no way I’m being let back in. This happened months ago but I still haven’t forgotten. Don’t waste your money here.

The venue itself was fine and the staff and security were lovely. I went with three of my friends and we were all charged $35 even though downstairs security told us it would be $30. Later on we ran into two guys we met outside of the bar and they showed us that they only paid $17-$20. They came through the same way and were two people behind us in the line.

I think it would be unfair to judge this place for drunk people etc. If you come to the Home bar this should be the vibe and atmosphere you expect. I find many gigs here to have a great vibe because it's rather compact. The security is not over the top and actually makes it safer by not allowing aggressive drinks to get in. Only complaint is maybe a very strong lack of seating and drinks are more expensive than other places by a margin.

Although I had high hopes due to the admittedly nice dance floor and facilities, no amount of spectacle in those regards can make up for the absolutely abysmal staff working the entrance. In one single encounter they managed to go from dirty looks, to condescending, to outright racist. After being refused entry to a prepaid event any talk of a refund was quickly shut down. That must be one of the few ways to gather as many genuine one star reviews as home the venue has. If only I could leave a no star review.

Its a cool venue, especially during Your Shot, but it is absolutely pathetic that the only food available was an overpriced pie that was unavailable half the time. A vending machine full of stale chips might count under RSA but its a weak effort in terms of caring for customers

Home The Venue is a fantastic nightclub that offers a truly unique and exciting experience for anyone looking to dance the night away. The club features two separate dance floors, each with its own distinct vibe and energy. The lower level can sometimes feel a bit crowded, especially during peak hours, but the music and lighting are always on point, creating an electric atmosphere that's hard to resist. However, if you're looking for a more relaxed and spacious experience, the upper floor is the place to be. The upper level of Home The Venue offers a more laid-back vibe, with plenty of space to move and groove to the music. The music selection is just as impressive as the lower level, with top-notch DJs spinning the latest and greatest tracks. Overall, Home The Venue is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a night of dancing and fun. Whether you prefer the energy of the lower level or the relaxed vibe of the upper level, this nightclub has something for everyone. The music and lighting are always on point, and the atmosphere is electric.

Paid over $100 to see live music at this venue and couldn't see a thing. They oversell tickets to make the most money possible and don't care that fire exits are blocked which puts everyone in danger. The top section was crammed with ppl which meant you could barely walk and coulnt see the stage. Half the audiance had no view of the stage at all and left. Not worth attending any events here.

I recommend this place if you're visiting Sydney and want a night out on the harbour, great views, 10 min walk from town hall. Multiple dance floors, they were playing Hip Hop, House, EDM. There's a lot of couches for taking a break from dancing. However they didn't clean puke on the dance floor or sweep up cups the whole night.

Home bar is a great nightclub that offers a truly unique and exciting experience for anyone looking to enjoy. The club features two separate dance floors, each with its own distinct vibe and energy but unfortunately last time one of them was close. Entry was $30. Lighting and music was great. I like here

After visiting HomeSaturdays I have concluded it as being the best club I have been too, from having its own app for rewards to FREE entry on your birthday to closing early morning instead of 2am, this club gets a 10/10. Yes the drinks might be expensive but that’s the club that’s what happens at a club. Best people and best atmosphere, nice security, that the club is one of a kind. Should visit! I come every Saturday so come out say Hi!

It was an absolutely amazing Halloween party! The best one that I've ever been to. Cameron was amazing with the VIP table process. He took care of us, and made sure we had everything we needed that night. If you're looking for a place to party, home the venue will never disappoint. 5 out of 5 stars.

One of the best night clubs, i've ever visited. as far as i remember 4 different dance floor, each has its own DJ

The venue is not so big but big enough to have some fun. The view to the harbour from the second floor is nice. Like other places in Sydney, too many security and the police was at the door with sniffing dogs the whole party.

One of the most beautiful buildings in the city, amazing view from the up, is possible to see many parts of the city and the harbor.

Pretty good stage, lighting and sound. Way too crowded and humid. Drinks overpriced

Reading through the reviews I see that a lot of people are asked by security to leave this venue. This was my experience as well and that of others at the venue after paying over $100 for a ticket. When I asked for an explanation the manager said that I paid the promoter not the venue! I would recommend you go to other venues in Sydney and stay away from Home. I don’t understand why they do this so consistently and systematically - but best to just avoid the venue and not risk ruining your evening here.

fanstatic location and venue just try to ignore the way overpriced drinks placed in tiny plastic cups, $20 minimum for eftpos, and watered down drinks that they give out later on in the night

  • 3/5 Matthew F. 4 years ago on Google
The massive mirror ball was a distraction and actually did nothing for the White Party stage performances in my mind. The alcohol spilt across the balcony floor was a serious health and safety issue venue staff did nothing about! I missed the main performance as a result and wonder if management had really thought through what it was doing?

Good atmosphere and venue, only thing I will say though is that the $20 min for card is quite a rort especially considering youb only get a small plastic cup.

The staff where helpful, and the venue is cool. Drinks are fairly priced. The Artist Caberat is a must see next year if they run it again... Please do it again!

Last gig was Infected Mushroom early 2020. Staff at the door were very friendly and had a good vibe. Crowd inside were there to have a good time and the bar staff worked their arse off to get drinks to party goers. Had a fantastic time - the dance floor is not huge which means you are close to the gig. Can't wait till it all starts up again.

Explored and sight seen at least 50 clubs on every continent of the world, but 'Home Bar' is still home. The crowd and energy on electro music nights is a true buzz, tribute to us Aussies. Layout and size of the club is a blessing. Club always trying to bring in international acts is always appreciated. Showing a bit of love, can't wait for the club's reopening!

  • 1/5 Christopher A. 2 years ago on Google
Security wouldn't let me in unless I could produce a receipt to state that I had eaten and pulled me away from my partner on the dance floor. The bathroom stalls were grossly underkept with no locks on the doors, giving no privacy. Especially with ticket prices, won't be going again

  • 5/5 Antony V. 1 year ago on Google
Massive night. So much fun. They have dancers and confetti guns and smoke blowers, me and all my mates couldn't believe it! Super nice bar folks too. Can't wait to head back.

I went to a show in the venue recently and I liked the place. It's well located and the structure is good. The only drawback, which might not be related to the venue itself, is that the place was too crowded, I could barely walk inside. But overall a nice place for a party.

I had so much fun and exciting experience. The music was great and the crowd was fun. Everyone was just enjoying the night and partied till dawn. Highly recommended 👌

Great bar/club to shake a leg. And every now then host great LGBTQ events. But poor signage, it can be a mission to find on the wharf strip.

  • 5/5 Ivy B. 1 year ago on Google
What a wonderful place! Spilled drinks cleaned up quickly from the dancefloor. Patrons all friendly and not afraid to have a chat. They have multiple floors and rooms, so there's music for everyone.

Asked for a glass of water and served me a 5$ bottle. Music is ok downstairs but not busy at all for a Saturday, entrance is expansive, lights are switched on on the dancefloor… The view is good tho.

This place is ridiculous. I paid the most expensive tickets for DJ Soda and there’s no VIP area. I have to wait for long queue to get in. Worst event ever. What’s the point of paying extra then you don’t have all the VIP experience. Worst event and place ever. The so-called event organiser was rude and blaming on my side that I paid for these tickets. Worst place ever. What a scam place

  • 5/5 Christine S. 9 months ago on Google
Great club, chilled water is easily available, they host great events and DJs. Both the main area and the rooftop are great! The rooftop has great views of darling harbour too, but I found it wasn’t well signposted and a little tricky to find.

The team behind this venue are absolutely brilliant, I had the pleasure of communicating with Sophie and she's awesome! It's a great venue and the team of organisers will always help you out.

  • 5/5 Tori h. 7 months ago on Google
Home the venue has multiple dance floors with different music and always has an amazing vibe! Tickets are cheaper if you pre purchase online rather than buying at the door. The event nights are always amazing 🤩 I’d definitely suggest going to one if you haven’t been!! Home made Saturdays are also really good. You can guarantee a good time. It’s great for when you want to listen to different music but also you don’t have to go to the extra effort of trying different clubs! They have different lighting etc for the different rooms and the main stage has some pretty cool features depending on the night (e.g, a huge disco ball, confetti from the roof etc) Its close to various hotels if you’re staying in the city and also within walking distance to town hall station (though you may need to catch a night owl depending what time you finish).

One of my favourite venues in Sydney! Lots of open space and many rooms to suit all kinds of taste. The staff here are so lovely and we’ve never had a problem. Will be back soon!

I noticed This place is scams money for start with they charge you $35 that's fine each time u got out from the venue they charge u back another $10 witch is a joke drinks are more like a you buying a 3 dollar redbull but charge with vodka $15 witch is no vodka in that drink what so ever even though u can't even finish our drink when it's come to half way while we r at the dance floor 2 meters away drinks goes missing obviusly bar attendees keep taking them back and we gotta keep buying them and repeat the process with is goanna cost almost 300 dollars have u guys ever noticed the toilets it reminds my trip to 3rd world country last year absolutely disgrace.

Had the Junny concert here and the workers at the venue was so great! Offering to see if anyone wanted drinks while lining up and the security staff were so funny and still held their ground in the safety of others and the performers. Would love some more information provided when it comes to email information or website for ticket purchases.

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced customer service as great as what I’ve received from chatting with this venues social team (instagram). We were trying to find a suitable venue to have a large event (hiring vip booths and all for a large group of people). After chatting with multiple venues (in regards to whether certain members of our group would be allowed in due to having lots of tattoos including face & throat done myself included, and having received rude & snobby replies from other venues in the area) - Home bar has absolutely won us over with their friendly customer service & people skills, we are having our event here and we can’t WAIT! I’ve also visited this venue a few times over the years and every single time I’ve had the best night. From bar service, to cleanliness, to atmosphere, music, efficiency of their security guards, literally everything was A1. Cannot fault this venue in any way shape or form!

  • 1/5 Anatoli T. 6 months ago on Google
There is only one good staff member here and his name is tony! All the bar staff and people on security were insanely rude and ignored me most of the time or made me very uncomfortable. I would definitely not recommend anyone go here. (Unless it’s for tony)

Club with a good vibe, energy and a lovely mix of people but the DJ did a poor job. Couldn't lift the crowd even with the classic fail-safe EDM jams of Avicii and Martin Garrix. The music could really improve. Likely really.

  • 1/5 Prashant B. 5 months ago on Google • 3 reviews
Home the Venue left much to be desired. The sound quality resembled a distorted cacophony more than music, making it impossible to enjoy any performance. The management team seemed oblivious to the chaos, displaying a lack of organization and professionalism. The service was abysmal, with staff members appearing more interested in socializing than attending to patrons. Overall, a disappointing experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone seeking a quality nightlife venue.

Impressive venue, especially when multiple levels are open. Have had some awesome techno and trance events here, as well as being a great location for the annual Your Shot comp. Security have always been friendly and staff are sound. Wish it was open a bit more often.

  • 2/5 A C. 4 months ago on Google
The venue itself is great, but pity about the security. Our friends were allowed outside for some air by security, but once they tried to re-enter, the security guard would not let them enter (even with their ticket) unless they paid $100 for a wristband. Appalling.
