If
I
could
rate
this
club
0
stars
I
would.
It
was
the
most
frustrating
experience
and
biggest
waste
of
my
night
and
months
spent
organising
this
very
night.
Me
and
my
30
friends
were
refused
entry
on
my
birthday
after
planning
a
birthday
event
here
for
months.
This
was
my
first
time
at
Marquee
and
definitely
the
last.
It
doesn't
deserve
to
have
the
hype
that
it
has
online
and
people
should
not
be
wasting
their
money
or
time
and
effort
towards
having
an
'enjoyable'
night
here.
I
spent
at
least
a
month
emailing
and
communicating
with
lady
who
works
at
Marquee
and
organising
my
birthday
package
with
her.
I
had
30
friends
joining
me
and
she
said
that
I
needed
to
secure
my
guest
list
and
get
tickets
by
a
specific
date
in
order
for
my
package
to
work
out.
So
I
did
that
and
when
the
night
came
along,
my
friends
and
I
were
super
keen.
We
had
planned
to
get
into
this
club,
enjoy
this
complimentary
birthday
package
I
had
planned
and
have
an
enjoyable
night
because
this
club
had
seemed
so
fun.
We
waited
excitedly
all
night
until
10:30
when
we
were
told
to
go
to
the
entrance.
After
getting
into
the
star,
I
had
to
find
a
security
guard
and
ask
him
where
to
go
for
birthday
packages
because
the
lady
had
told
me
that
my
group
had
received
express
entry
into
the
club
because
of
the
package.
He
was
nice
and
told
me
where
to
line
up.
The
lady
that
then
greeted
me
and
my
group
at
the
line
was
so
rude,
giving
so
much
attitude
and
acting
like
she'd
rather
be
anywhere
else
but
here
right
now.
We
gave
her
our
tickets
and
she
scanned
them
as
if
it
was
so
hard
for
her
to
do.
THEN,
a
security
guard
came
to
our
group
and
started
checking
our
IDs
again
in
which
he
was
also
being
disrespectful.
He
let
a
few
of
my
friends
in
and
then
when
it
got
to
me
he
told
me
he
didn't
believe
my
ID
was
real
and
he
asked
for
another
form.
I
gave
him
another
form
and
they
matched
up
and
he
didn't
say
anything.
Then
I
simply
said,
"see
they're
the
same"
in
the
calmest
voice,
in
which
he
replied
with
"I
don't
like
you,
go
home"and
he
closed
the
barrier
between
him
and
my
group
and
he
walked
away.
After
standing
there
for
a
while
confused
and
angry,
we
were
greeted
by
two
other
security
guards
who
told
us
that
they
have
been
asked
to
escort
us
from
the
building.
It
was
ridiculous...
they
literally
decided
not
to
let
us
in
because
this
one
guy
didnt
"like"
me
or
my
group.
He
had
no
valid
reason,
and
even
when
I
explained
the
situation
to
the
guards
who
escorted
us
out,
they
also
agreed
it
was
unfair.
But
they
had
to
escort
us
out
because
it's
their
job
to
do
that
if
they're
asked.
We
spent
weeks
preparing
for
our
night
at
Marquee
just
to
be
turned
down
for
no
reason.
We
were
really
disappointed
and
angry
as
we
had
spent
so
much
effort
and
time
trying
to
get
our
whole
group
together
to
make
this
birthday
package
happen.
I
ended
up
walking
through
Darling
Harbour
and
after
telling
an
event
manager
standing
outside
another
club
what
had
happened,
he
allowed
me
and
my
friends
free
entry
into
their
club
and
I
even
got
a
birthday
celebration!
What's
even
better
is
that
he
told
me
that
it's
not
the
first
time
he's
heard
negative
stories
like
that
about
Marquee.
I
ended
up
having
a
great
night
at
that
club
which
was
good.
It's
just
stupid
that
there
are
so
many
negative
reviews
about
the
club
about
the
same
issues.
They
need
to
get
the
hint
and
get
understand
that
their
employee
are
terrible
at
their
job
and
they
need
better
bouncers
and
security
guards
that
aren't
so
rude
and
that
ruin
people's
nights.
People
spend
ages
planning
events
at
this
club
and
spend
heaps
of
money
in
this
club
just
to
get
told
they
can't
get
in
or
they
are
getting
kicked
out.
This
place
is
not
special.
I
waited
so
long
and
got
myself
so
keen
just
to
be
told
to
go
home.
So
disappointing.
If
Marquee
wants
to
send
people
home
because
they
simply
'don't
like
them'
then
they
shouldn't
be
hosting
anyone
at
all.
