Great lounge. Huge space with plenty of sitting areas. Plenty of food options and full bar. Most importantly, Barista coffee 😊

Friendly staff. Don't go hungry as food selection limited during these current times Plenty of booze for those who like a tipple, sparkling water could be on tap to save all those plastic bottles. Great place to catch up on work. Kids area also.

This lounge is crowded and not worth paying money for access. Even with the number of people they still had some sections closed off. Food is bland and subpar. No hot food selections. Limited with the choices. Drinks are much better. Unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. A wide range of selections. Most of the staff do not seem to care about customer service. They don't look like they enjoy their jobs.

Stunning experience before our flight. Light sandwich food and fabulous coffee. Lots of empty seats, alcohol from midday, and barista coffee to go, and free wifi that has bandwidth for zoom calls/conferences. Julian was exceptionally kind and attentive to my partner and I, and set us at ease for our first time flying in years. Thank you Julian!

It's a nice lounge with a good view of the airport. Food is average at best, really nice coffee though. I personally recommend not going at breakfast as it can be very crowded and it's not necessarily worth it especially if you're only using a complimentary or purchased invitation. It's much nicer at lunch or late afternoon when it's more quite and drinks are available.

Zero stars for customer service this morning at your Sydney Domestic club. Instead of helping two travellers that had complementary pass that were given to them to experience and start there holidays with a bang - you rudely sent them away. My poor daughter she was so excited all week to just be told to go away and work it out. Top marks Qantas NOT!!!! very disappointing

Very light, airy and spacious lounge. Good views. Friendly staff. Ample hot and cold food. Music a little loud so I put on my noise cancelling headphones to do some work (around 20 work desks with sockets plus other communal tables with sockets).

At decent lounge experience although it does get a little overcrowded at times. Foods and drink selection is fine although note there are no alcoholic beverages served before 12 noon. Showers are also available as well as a small kids play area. Staff at the front desk are helpful and efficient if you need them.

This Qantas domestic lounge in Sydney is reasonably spacious and fully operated compared to the Qantas business lounge in Melbourne. The stuffs were friendly and responsive. They cleaned tables frequently and in a respectful and considerate manner. The food option is nearly as much as the Qantas business lounge in Melbourne. However, the cocktail collections are limited with a mediocre taste so you might get disappointed if that is what you put emphasis on.

Very Australian! What can you get for free! A chef cooking bacon and scrambled eggs, some one squeezing fresh orange juice would make all the difference. No effort to make the place classy!

Very spacious, previous reviews I read did not do it justice. Impressed with lounges in bathroom. Toastie station had a reasonable variety to choose from and the fact there there is a self serve wine station has won me over. Ordered G&T at the bar which was also 👌worth $49 if you have work to do and want to eat something substantial. Alcohol after the work of course. Would make the start of a holiday perfect as well.

Staff are friendly and attentive to cleaning. The food selection is miserable but that is due to covid as no customer can help themselves and buffets are not permitted. No papers or magazine anymore either. Don't plan on getting a decent feed here anymore. Chairs are comfy and the new bar area has a good vibe to it. Plenty of seating available and it feels spacious.

Modern lounge with a great view! Up-to-date amenities, good selection of both food and beverages and a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Great view of the aircraft below and rather comfortable seating. Staff were very helpful and provided great service.

Only at breakfast last trip in Club Lounge. Toast and toasted sandwich, self made. Cheese and ham available coffee orange juice apple juice, etc. Free. Area is clean and quiet. Seating a little more comfortable No real entertainment tv with no sound, not many flight boards.

Well presented place, enjoy the atmosphere whilst waiting for our flight.

Quite busy but a huge space to accommodate the influx of passengers. Large enough that it's quiet even if there are small groups of people talking in different corners/areas. Was a very nice food selection, salads and ingredients to make grilled cheese, ham tomato type sandwiches or grilled filled tortillas. Bar with draft beers and ales and ciders on tap. Self service wine bar. Clean bathrooms, plenty of space and cubicles. I highly recommend especially if you arrive 2+ hours prior to your flights so that you can unwind, relax and have something to eat and drink and freshen up prior to your travel

Paid $45 to enter and join my parents who had free passes (they could not bring me in as a guest unfortunately). Was here Easter Friday morning and was not that busy surprisingly. First time in the T3 domestic Qantas Club lounge and pretty disappointed. Spread of food was basic but maybe we were in the cheap lounge - possibly better food and selection in business / first class lounge. Barista coffee and hot chocolate was ok. Nothing else really to mention. Not worth the $45 in my view.

Large space with plenty of seating and natural lighting. Big windows overseeing the International Terminal and the 16R runway for the avgeeks out there. The food is ok, limited but the drinks are plentiful. Self serve wines, beer on tap and barista made coffee available. Order on Skip app, so much easier! Was quite quiet in the afternoon, departure time 330pm. Nice place to relax before flying. Used lounge passes for access.

  • 4/5 Justine E. 4 years ago on Google
Top 3 1. Download the Skip app to order your barista made coffee. Saves time and large line ups. 2. Check out the back area of the lounge, behind the food area, as it can be a little quieter and easier to find a table. 3. If you have kids, take advantage of the Club Joeys area. It's small, but has a few toys and more comfortable lounges. More I was in here at 7am on a Wednesday and it was very busy. Breakfast offering was nice with both hot and cold food as well as toast, raisin toast and pancakes.

As many people say, it's a bit tired and in need of renovation. The food is basic, carrot cake is delicious though. However... You get great coffee and other drinks, staff are pleasant and it's reasonably clean. Much better place to wait on a long stop over than out in the normal chairs. Quiet, and I felt safe. Would use again.

It has gone down hill in recent years. It is frustrating to only have the option of a ham & cheese toastie. When you travel alot it's nice to have a couple of options for food. Otherwise, it is always clean ave the staff are lovely.

Enjoyed our stay here watching airport activities. Refreshments available non stop.Plenty of different types of seating in case you have some work to finish off or just want to chill before your next flight. The work cubicles and benches have power points to recharge phones and computers. However you will need a power point adapter as usb or wireless chargers not available. I found the lounge a good spot to relax on and just listen to some music away from the hustle and bustle of the airport below. The flight board is helpful as it shows boarding times and time to get to your gate. Overall a relaxing space if you have a bit of time between flights.

Very ordinary selection of serve yourself food (build your own toasted sandwich or salad: sliced ham, sliced cheese, tomato, Lettuce, potato salad and coleslaw), leek& potato soup, very small baked potatoes with sour cream/sweet chilli sauce, caramel slice. Surroundings and toilet facilities were good and very clean. Coffee was good. Furniture was starting to look and feel a bit tired. Not worth the money or points tbh and not a patch on the lounge at Adelaide airport

It was a good place to relax and refresh while waiting for a flight. Food items were limited, but the good thing is that it wasn't too crowded. Free drinks, so worth the lounge access.

Qantas club lounge provides everything you need whether your a business person, a frequent traveler or if you just like to travel in style. Plenty of seating and tables for everyone to enjoy their lunch. Great selection of food and snacks. Open bar to take the edge off and barista made coffee. Always a friendly customer service consultant to greet you at the door with constant updates on flight departures.

I thought The Club was the best lounge experience offered by Qantas, but it is actually one level lower than their business lounge. The food is good, better the one offered by the Amex lounge in SYD T1. Lots of seating and some private areas. The best part, you don’t have to fly business to go to the Club.

The best part about it is the coffees and comfy seats. The food bar is looking sad these days.

My first visit to this lounge. Very spacious and well appointed with ample room even on a busy day (if we ever see them again!). My Emirates Gold card was accepted. Choice of food was on the thin side but it may have been because I was there between 10.30 and 12.30, not exactly prime time. Staff were excellent and announcements useful and clearly spoken. I will go there again if the occasion arises.

Good place to chill before the flight and have a drink. Food is usually a bit average but and depends on the time of the day but if you are flying in the evening you may be lucky and score chicken wings which are great. Also - freshly baked bread rolls with butter are surprisingly delicious. Gets very crowded during popular times, like Friday evening.

Face Masks - mandatory to slung under your beard or wear as a wrist adornment. Patrons need a good slap around their entitled heads - and staff need to be empowered and encouraged to enforce the Legal Mandate! Barista & Bar service in particular should be refused to those not wearing a mask (except the incredibly few who are legitimately exempt). A few little signs around the lounge is not enough - lack of intelligence, common sense, courtesy or public duty isn't curbing the 10s of 1000s of new cases each day and dozens of deaths each week. Wake up people, wake up Qantas - enforce the rules or close the doors.

Great staff and easy access to all the gates. Quite a significant selection of food and beverages with a very roomy, very large club space.

Very average experience. Not many options for a quick meal. No newspapers or magazines. Business Class closed so moved to First Class lounge.

Qantas have turned into a low budget zero care airline. Lounge access only granted after a telling off for not pairing the frequent flyer to the boarding pass. Poor food selection and minimum staff looking after the place. Lots of space however and comfortable. Won’t be in a rush booking Qantas again.
