Terrible service and cocktails! Ordered 4 spicy margaritas- pretty standard order…. Got 4 regular margaritas (barely drinkable). Complained She took our 4 cocktails which we had all drank out of - poured them all into 1 shaker, added half a bottle of tobasco and then reposted it back into our glasses.

This bar is the greatest bar of all time. Their cocktails are amazing & super reasonably priced especially during happy hour. The lychee martini contains real lychee which is delicious. The staff are always super friendly & accommodating- they even played some Pitbull music for us at our request. The bathrooms are super clean for a bar & the vibes are in general immaculate. Theres multiple levels so you can escape a group of weirdos in bald caps if required.

I went on a Friday for drinks with some friends and we were having a good time at Kuleto’s. We were ordering some cocktails at the bar when the manager started to shout to some of the staff. He lost his mind and I consider this was not only disrespectful with us but with his own staff. This ruined the experience. Dude what was your problem! By the way they had great staff particularly we loved how Miguel prepared the cocktails

This place has changed a lot since my uni days when I used to frequent there. It was dirty and understaffed. Waited ages for cocktails to be made. They didn't have a lot of the ingredients for their signature cocktails. The shot glasses were dirty. One cocktail came in a driking cup as they had run out of cocktails glasses. The carpet had fleas in it. The guy clearing the empty glasses from our table was clearly under the influence

After arriving, my fiancé lined up for drinks and after waiting over twenty minutes the older guy who I assume is the owner or manager told her that she was next and then continues serving other people first. he even served our friends who arrive ten minutes after we did before her, I came up to ask him why he was not serving her even though she has been waiting 20 minutes to be served (it wasn’t busy) he just rudely said “she has not” and then served two people that literally just walked up to the bar. Even though we ordered before the end of happy hour he still put the drinks though at full price and reluctantly gave us a refund for the difference when I called him out on it. After all of that the drinks were average at best although the guy at the bar upstairs made a great margarita. It’s such a shame that this place stayed afloat whilst other great cocktails bars in the area went under…

A decent range of cocktails and a good happy hour. The rooftop is lovely and there's a different vibe for each area which is nice. Every time I go in there's a different bartender who seems to dislike their job as much as the last. If you go during peak hours expect to wait 20 minutes for a drink

Bathrooms were disgusting. Got there at 9pm on a saturday night and there was no toilet paper in the disabled bathroom. Someone had spat loogies on the floor and bathroom wall, and there was a mountain of used paper towels on the floor because they hadn't provided a bin. The young male bartender was more interested in chatting up women instead of doing his job properly. Took forever to get served, with women being served before men, meaning my male partner waited 15 mins at the bar to be served when there was only 5 other people waiting. Ordered a double shot of Frangelico on the rocks with lime and the bartender.... watered it down? For a cocktail bar, you would think that the bartenders would be somewhat experienced with spirits and know that Frangelico is a liqueur with an ABV of 20%, therefore two 30ml shots equates to one standard drink. So why the hell should it be watered it down? It's not illegal to serve a standard drink in a single glass without a mixer. And if you are going to water it down, then you tell the person you are serving that you can't serve it straight so that they can decide if they still want the watered down version or not. Appalling. What a joke of an establishment. Don't call yourself a cocktail bar if you're going to hire unexperienced glassys with zero concept of customer service in place of professional mixologists.

We ordered margherita pizza to our table and they gave it to us in a box and was just cheese, what a joke. The cocktails during happy hour were pretty good.

one of my favourite bars to frequent! can get super busy so make sure to book a table in advance! they serve all your classic cocktails and a few of their own unique creations but their unique in house shots are where it's at! both fun and creative you should definitely give them a try! can be a little pricey out of happy hour but are still worth it! the bar is charming with multiple levels and a roof top beer garden, perfect for any time of year or occasion!

Once a shining star of Newtown, now a former shadow of itself. Lack of staff make wait times for drinks well over twenty minutes. Cocktails are watery and tasteless while amenities are kept in atrocious condition. This establishment was a funky cocktail bar with an edge of Inner West sophistication in days gone by, now it's a lollywater factory. Give this place a miss.

Came after work for some drinks, the cocktail and shot list was to die for - I would definitely definitely recommend. Will definitely be back, bartender John really made the experience 5 stars for his customer service.

Without a doubt the worst bar I have ever been to. The bar staff were so rude it's honestly baffling. The young long haired man who at least said he was the manager was so rude and the bar staff (clearly the 'managers' friend) seemed to think that being rude was funny. Honestly the worst bar I have been to in my life, it is truly baffling they are still open.

Kuleto’s cocktail bar was just what we needed after an early dinner. A few Champagnes, Wines and GNTs to finish up a great night. We certainly enjoyed our experience as usual and would definitely recommend and return to have a drink on a Saturday night. The staff were friendly as were the people in the bar, which makes a pleasant atmosphere.

Sydney's favourite cocktail bar with drinks at great prices during happy hour. Largest range of cocktails you'll see. Yours truly @fooderarri

The staff gave us drinks that were completely under poured (not even close to the top of the glass). At the same time, other customers received the same drinks which were filled to the top. When I asked if we could have the glasses filled to the top, the staff looked at me and rudely poured my drink back into the cocktail shaker, added more ice, then repoured the drink. It was still not even close to a full glass. For $20, you would expect a full glass. The staff now are rude and do not know how to pour cocktails or serve customers. Avoid this venue, it is not what it used to be.

This used to be a newtown institution. A must for a pre or post dinner drink. Last night I went there and the bartender didn't know what a Manhattan was. He couldn't find Laphroaig whiskey on the shelf and asked me if I wanted my beer "on the rocks". Truly abmissmal. Two bartenders had a screaming fight while we were there and when we walked past later the cops were there. Not surprised.

Went in for a post dinner drink and immediately regretted it. Both beer orders were wrong despite repeating the order three times, I watched an older gent that was so drunk that he fell over approaching the bar and your bartender still served him. The staff fought amongst each other turning the music up to full volume then back down several times. The drinks being served over the bar looked like mud. It baffles me how this bar is in business and it seemed like nobody was in control of the venue. It seems to serve purely as an overflow venue for heavily intoxicated children on King street. I pity your owner but especially your guests.

Great service and atmosphere. Drinks are delicious! It’s a relatively private area upstairs with a bit more privacy. King street bars are usually overrun with drunks, but this one seems to have a little less of the riffraff.

👍 Made a booking and we were told we can stay for 1.5 hours. No issues. We ended up staying longer, thanks to one of the lovely host giving us another 30 minutes to stay.
