I was charged $20 for two horrible iced coffees. The caramel in my iced latte was not mixed in, I could have gone into a diabetic comma. The coffee grinds in the bottom of my iced latte tasted worse than the horrible prices. I’ve also just seen a lady scooping ice-cream into a container with her bare hands, this is disgusting. OHS issues everywhere, not to mention it took 10 minutes for an iced latte in an empty cafe. My dead nan would be ashamed of this establishment. I will be taking money elsewhere.

It’s good location near Newtown Station. The female staff at the cashier looked unhappy with no smile maybe she just had unhappy day. Coffee and pudding were fine I wouldn’t come back this cafe unless my friends want to go here.

Just had lunch with my partner, and it was the most disappointing lunch we’ve had in a long while. I had the chicken parma (which was a $4 upgrade from chicken schnitzel with a bit of cheese and sauce on a chicken schnitzel from a packet). It was the worst chicken parma I’ve had in my entire life. My partner had the beef burger, which looked a fraction better than my lunch, but it was dry with a sad slice of tomato and a slice of processed cheese. We used to enjoy coming here for coffee and cakes. Perhaps not a good idea to have a meal here …

Oh dear, another disappointment at the cute Corellis Cafe. Ordered sweet potato fries for lunch and was given potato wedges instead. No real problem but, guys, if you are out of sweet potato, then please tell us before accepting the order. Coffee was great though.

went there with my boyfriend. we tried to order 2 toasties but then they said they had no chicken at all. we then sat down and my boyfriend decided on waffles instead. we went to order and they then said their waffle machine was broken and they couldn’t make them.. half their menu items were waffles and chicken.. not good. they weren’t even sorry.

Been here a few times for coffee and cake. Went again last night after a meal out elsewhere and it didn't disappoint. I had the sticky date cake. It was a MAMMOTH portion with a lot of sauce. It was delicious and I highly recommend if you are a sticky date fan. My friend had the baked ricotta cheesecake which was equally delicious from what she said. The guy who served me was friendly and helpful. Can't fault Corellis.

The workers at Elizabeth's Bookshop recommend me this place and said a lot of great things about it, so I checked it out and I was not disappointed 😄 In fact a big smile grew on my face when I saw it. The interior and size is cozy with a warm atmosphere that welcomed everyone. A very chill Spanish playlist created a nice vibe that I Shazamed a lot. The staff were very accommodating and friendly aswell. I ordered a Chicken and Pesto Toastie (without anchovies) which was very delicious and the lady was nice enough to lower the cost to make it a deal with the coffee I had earlier. I see myself coming back to this cafe a lot. Because it's so small and seats are two per table it's a nice place for a quiet date/hang out or some me-time like I observed the other customers were doing, and it was just a nice ambience and atmosphere that I very much enjoyed being surrounded in. I stayed for four hours reading a book :)

It's not my first choice for a cafe in Newtown. The atmosphere and staff presentation are lacking. But did try a coffee and it wasn't bad. They used Campos beans.

Average coffee. Most disappointingly was the unfriendly lady who served us. Perhaps she was just having a bad day but she was very rude while taking our order and when we were leaving. She had earphones in also which seemed unprofessional. Won’t be back

This place has definitely changed ownership. Really disappointed! I was served a dreadful smash avo toast with feta cheese. Didn’t use to be like this, now is just a below average cafe. Staff is no longer friendly and everyone seems overworked and underpaid. Shame on the new owners for ruining such a great cafe.

Went there for a catchup. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Stayed there the whole day and asked for various things at different times and they still served each time with a smile. The food and coffee was on point. Will definitely be back!

Delicious dandelion latte and dandelion tea! Barista was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you are on the search for L.S.D (latte soy dandelion).

Called in to try their Campos coffee. Some places Geet it wrong. This place got it RIGHT! Perfect temperature, ordered to my OCD request: Super flat soy flat white w 4. Thank you for paying attention and putting so much love into your Barista skills.

Disappointing and wont be going back This has obviously changed ownership so it is difficult to write this review as we have always loved this Cafe on previous visits. I couldnt see the new name anywhere if its changed names. This is no reflection on the previous owner. Went for breakfast and ordered the big breakfast. Firstly i missed the friendly welcome. I think they were perhaps having a bad day and it showed. The meal was nothing short of dreadful and could not be eaten. An almost full plate was left by us both. The poached eggs were so overcooked they almost bounced, the bacon and baked beans were cold. We noticed a person who arrived after us get served well before us so im assuming it was sitting for a while. The hashbrown was soggy and not cooked properly. The fritter had obviously been microwaved and was rubbery. The toast tasted like it had been frozen. Not eatable. How disappointing. We sat there for a while waiting for someone to notice but were ignored. Apart from the 1 person who had now left there was noone else there. I now understand why. $60+ totally wasted. I didnt have confidence when i ordered as was advised they were waiting on an order and were out of some things. Some people shouldnt own a Cafe. Wont be going back.

This place has everything it takes to be a good cafe it just needs some work. The tiramisu is not very good, the serve is small and is $10 which is too much for the size. The place was kind of dirty, there was bits of food on the floor and used tissues on a table. The staff are nice but yeah the cafe just needs to up their food and cleanliness standards.

Honestly don’t know why so many bad reviews, I frequently come in and get coffee dine in and takeaway and has always been fine, the ladies who work there have always been super friendly. I also sat in and got a great big breakfast once

The vibes are pretty chaotic here, how much will a pastry cost? Could be any price it seems the servers set it. How long will your coffee take to come out? Could be 2 minutes could be 20... Pretty awesome that it stays open late and I would recommend their sandwiches, I find the whole Corelli's experience endearing.

Nice atmosphere and pretty good food, but the flat white I had tasted like coffee-flavoured evaporated milk. Though I had a turmeric latte the other day and it was fire. Service can be slow, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say they were having a bad day. The location's good, too. Overall, pretty solid.

My partner's favourite local caffè. Sad to see the coffee bears had to go as they were a great addition (I haven't been here for a while...). The food is still g'd, treat for the palate. Thanks!
