I waited 30-35 minutes, ordered 3 glasses, there were 5 queues behind me, but they all got them. So I asked staff I come first , why I get last? staff no apology Tell me it takes time Why don't you sort by queue? I saw that it wasn't busy so ordered. The staff are not enthusiastic at all. I'm disappointed to see this. Actually, I don't want to tell. But I should have to say what happened. you guys will improve But I won't use the service again.

I've been here twice recently and the pearls have been too firm, chewy and almost gritty in the middle. Not properly prepared and unpleasant. Not the quality I expect from Gong Cha. Also, the reviews here are flooded with 5-star, no text ratings - hmm. Update 3 years later — pearls are still not cooked through.

Worst attitude from both Male and female staff disgruntled everytime I go in there. Makes me not ever want to give them business again. Obviously its badly managed with this kind of behaviour no Hi no thank you, nothing. Acts like they don't want to be there and ur bothering them everytime they have to open their mouths. Just shutdown.

A commendable variety of bubble tea, with so many options. Service is functional, but the interior provides a good place to hang out if you want to enjoy your drink on-site.

The taste of the sticky brown sugar tea is so good!!! But Poor and bad service, it’s been three times my boyfriend and I go for bubble Tea and always is the same... we went to today Saturday 26/09/2020 at 1:50 pm, to start the lady in the cashier never say good afternoon, hi or something ... her face and expressions are rude like she doesn’t want to help the customers, (whatever... all staff is having this bad expression on their faces, they look like saddened or unhappy idk). Second, when I always ask for less ice they put more ice than the usual ice they should put, seems like they don’t like when customers ask for a request or something different. Third, I’m a regular costumer of Gon cha, I consider they have good and tasty teas, for this reason in other branch they offered me to use a member card where I can charge every time I will buy tea and when I will get 10, I can get a free tea. However, today when I use my card the cup stamps number didn’t change... where it’s suppose to change every-time I buy . I explained the lady and she just said I need to wait couple of minutes but nothing changed, I told her again and then she just ignored me. Sorry Gong cha but your service is not good.

Very nice little shop. Great atmosphere to enjoy a cup of milk tea. Recommended Caramel Milktea with White pearls. Feel good supporting local businesses. Keep it up guys!

The place is very nice! I loved the interior.. soo prettyy.. the service is very quick.. the stuffs are very friendly.. highly recommended!!

Tea is good. However, the service is abysmal from all the staff there. Waited 15min for one drink. Half the time, the male workers would ignore you. I ordered the other day and once they sealed my drink, they left it there and went into the back. After a very long time, they finally came out and I told them my drink is just sitting there. He finally gave me my drink then gave me attitude.

I go for the product as I love the variety of bubble tea but don't expect much customer service. The last time I went I was standing at the counter while 3 staff members were right in front me chit chatting and didn't even bother acknowledging the fact that I was standing there waiting to take an order.

They have a big store with plenty of seating area, but they chose to close down 2/3 of the area and make it takeaway only instead. There were 2 or 3 staffs and they are all huddled at the back and nobody is in the reception area nor paying attention to people wanting to order. People that wanna order have to stand around and wait cuz they dont see anybody working.

My favourite gong cha store in this area. Pearls are never under cooked and always tasty. Staff are really nice and fast.

Use to be a solid place for Milk tea but seems like they are cutting back on cost. The tea tasted like 80% water and 20% tea and this is without ice added. Imagine with ice added would taste like 100 % plain water. Down the street - tea struck is the place to be. The tea is of good quality and never ever disappointed- doesn’t taste like water.

Always order here everytime I go to Marrickville. Service is quick & the place is tidy & clean. I was back to basic this time with Royal pearl milktea. Tea here is better than other places. I actually can taste tea, not like other brands, more syrup and flavour, can't taste the actual tea. Near other shops, very convenient location.

Staff are so rude for absolutely no reason. Place needs new management ASAP. I thought it was just my first time visiting th3 store but on second visit I was stared at like an animal on entry, which made me so anxious when ordering. It was an older woman and I was confused as she was mumbling & was so rude to me when I clearly apologised for my mistake as I could barley hear or understand what she was saying. I felt so uncomfortable waiting in store for my order as people at the back just stared at me so horribly. It’s my new local Gon Cha as I’ve recently moved into the area and I’m so disappointed that this was my experience there.

The best Gong Cha i've ever been to, period. They have never gotten an order wrong and have now even remembered my order (just like a local cafe would), wonderful experience. To add to that, no other Gong Cha outlet will make the customised drink i prefer and this branch always has the freshest pearls. Very loyal customer now to this branch
