Pullman Sydney Airport is a top Hotel that I used to go too all the time, before it has become a containment / safe hotel. I went past there today and it brought back incredible memories of a great location near Sydney Airport, incredible food, top staff and great people. The rooms are just wonderful too and it's a top experience. I'm honoured to get back in there when I can for a visit, coffee, meeting a client and more. LOVE THEIR WORK!

Perfect solution if you are looking for a comfortable stay waiting for your flight. Staff is friendly and efficient, everyone will help you at best. Bar and restaurant are non big, but even when crowded service runs smoothly. Rooms are wide and cozy, you'll enjoy full relax here. Even if it is only few minutes from terminals, you'll not be annoyed by landing and take off sound.

Pullman Sydney Airport The hotel is located a short walk from Mascot Station, with a shuttle bus running to the airport, as well. The hotel is modern, clean, and well presented. The staff are very friendly and eager to assist in any way possible. The bar is located on the ground floor, as well as an ample sized lounge area. Located on level one is the Executive Lounge for those who have access. The rooms are spacious, including an open bathroom and a generous bathtub, as well as a separate shower and toilet. Whilst it isn't the closest airport hotel, it was certainly a nice stay. ✅️ Good Location ✅️ Upgraded Room ✅️ Gold Status acknowledged ✅️ Welcome Drinks provided ✅️ Welcome Amenity provided ✅️ Friendly Staff ❌️ Accidental Minibar Charge (later refunded upon calling - I don't drink beer)

This hotel is 5 minutes from the airport and is the best in the area. Price is not bad either. About $240 AUS a night. The hotel was very accommodating and offered tons of luxuries. When I arrived at the hotel at midnight, I was treated by the Front Desk attendants. They took my luggage and walked it to their desk. Checkin was a breeze. They have wonderful room service. Try the eggs Benedict and fresh fruit. You’ll be glad you did! The room was quiet (I could hear nothing outside). Bed was comfortable and room was modern, clean and fresh looking. I must say that I’m surprised that an airport hotel can be this good but I really was pleased. They know how to take care of the guests. They even made sure to call me a taxi to get me to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was not only spacious but also meticulously designed, considering every detail. Our stay was delightful, and the restaurant's dinner added to the overall enjoyment. The hotel's proximity to T3 was convenient, allowing us to easily walk to the hotel. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We found the hotel to be particularly accommodating for families with kids. In summary, it was a highly recommendable experience.

Nicely located to airport, sraff are friendly and helpful. Disappointed in menu range and prices. Seems to be set up more as a cocktail club type destination than a comfortable overnight stay before flying out early next morning. Rooms are nicely appointed however beds are very high. Take care if ordering breakfast in package and you have early flights, this could leave you very rushed. Airport shuttle is great and runs on time.

We stayed at the Pullman Sydney Airport to visit an unwell close friend. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the airport and an easy walk to public transport. The staff were very welcoming and courteous, always smiling with a friendly greeting. The room and environment was spotless ad a pleasure to enjoy. Excellent service Pullman Sydney Airport.

For the price point, this hotel is very average. Not very good value for money. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good pressure, the room was clean and the location was good for what I required. However, the room service was slow and I was missing items for one of my orders, the food was very expensive and not the best quality. The parking was in a different building which isn't ideal but not the worst scenario. Finally, the service was less than great, it was just okay. It took 15 minutes and 5 people sending me back and forth to eachother to get a meal heated up in a microwave for some reason. I didn't feel welcome due to a couple of small incidents with the service, I felt more like a burden than a guest. Overall for a place that boasts being a 5 star hotel and has the price point that it does, it really does not meet expectations. I likely would not stay here again, and I wouldn't really recommend for anyone else to stay here unless the other decent hotels are booked out.

Dean is just the best when it comes to customer service. He really is the managers manager and the ultimate front of house. Love the food, love the staff, and how even new staff are coming along, the gorgeous Regina for example. More than just a spot to stop off coming or going from the airport, it really is just a great place to stay or simply to drop in for their awesome coffees. Lovely dinners, and great brekkies too. Comfy bed. Love the mod design aspects. My wife Kim and I totally recommend it.

An unexpected surprise stay following a flight delay. Service was great from check in to check out. The room was really lovely and comfortable with ease of access via the lifts. Bathroom was an excellent size and would easily cater for someone with a disability with seamless access into the shower. Iron and safe available, fridge was empty due to ongoing covid restrictions with the usual items available via the room service menu. Great place, great service, thanks for making the Qantas hiccup better!

Pullman SYD. Very well located we walked from domestic terminal. Arrived early and front desk was able to allocate a room after ok from house keeping very quickly. Thanks to Sagia on front desk. Early check in allowed us to freshen up and then out to explore the local area, which we enjoyed. Also enjoyed welcome drink. Service at front desk and concierge was excellent (directions, umbrellas and greetings). Next day used coffee shop in next building was fine. Then walked to Mascot station for embarking on our cruise at Circular Quay. Room and hotel facilities were superior. Great views of SYD airport. Always enjoy Pullman SYD, we’ll be back.

Our flight was cancelled and we were put up in Pullman's until our departure. We arrived late and left early the next morning, the bed was comfy and check in/out was relatively smooth. The shuttle was booked through the concierge and that was quick. Our only issue was trying to get some breakfast as we had credit and were hoping to order before departure but could not find a menu to call 24 hr service.

Lovely hotel. The rooms are schmick and well designed. The executive lounge is currently under utilised (may 2023) and you need to go to the restaurant. The bar area is really small. Very convenient. Would stay again!

Staff and rooms were fine, although try and call the hotel if there is an issue. Tried for 2 days as I believe the front desk forgot to give me my credit card back. Whether they did or didn't, they don't answer the phone, tried multiple time and used all options, operator, restaurant etc. They are certainly not a 5 star hotel.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Staff is friendly and thoughtful. The hotel is very welcoming and a walking distance from the airport. If you'd like to save some money or need to stretch after a long flight. The hotel and room facilities however are not up to the level of a 5 star hotel. Compared to other 5 star hotels this hotel doesn't have much to offer and is quite simple. It has no pool or gym. It isn't that luxurious either and also the rooms are simple and doesn't give much extra. A 3 star hotel in Asia is more luxurious. But the staff however is definitely worth 5 star. But the rooms are spotless and modern.

I have stayed at the Pullman a couple of times, but I am updating my review. I recently stayed in a twin room with family, and I don't think the rooms are built for this - the bathrooms are relatively open and the door stays ajar. Additionally, despite providing three bottles of water (Accor benefit), the room was not set-up for three people (cups, towels, etc) and we had to follow this up. All in all, a good experience until we had dinner ... nearly an hour for mains to be served, more than 30 mins for dessert, and no water service at table. Hotel 4/5, Restaurant 2/5, so I've averaged it.

Super close to the Sydney airport, which was important for a very very early departure. We ate in the restaurant and I had one of the best pasta shrimp dinners I’ve ever had. Simply delicious.

Perfect spot for a layover. Quick and easy 10-15 min walk from domestic terminals. Rooms are in good knick. Service was friendly. Popular bar even during the week! I loved the airport themed hallways, still classy but fun nonetheless. Slightly noisy throughout the night. Book in with the front desk to get a shuttle to the international terminals ($12), the company they use is great and always on time.

Clean rooms, hotel staff were helpful. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks available. The hotel claims to be a 5star but it’s a 4star at best. Lobby too dark, bar location was odd and made us feel uncomfortable with all the pride flags inside. It’s new and modern.

Really good service. Staff are warm, welcoming and so kind! Room is clean and cozy. It is cleaned on time as well. There’s never a second anyone got impatient or upset when I need anything! Location is super convenient, only 10 minutes from the airport. We have regular meetings nearby so will regularly book with you again! Thank you for showing me what a good hospitality service is like!

Great value for money hotel to stay within walking distance to public transport (Mascot Train Station) where you can catch the train into the CBD without having to spend more to be located in the city. Comfortable rooms, room was quiet so didn't hear the car and air traffic as I thought I would. Overall, it is worth the money to stay at Pullman Mascot. I would highly recommend it.

  • 3/5 Gregory F. 9 months ago on Google
The staff were nice. The room is fine I guess. Don't expect privacy from the bathroom. There's a 4cm gap between the partition separating the toilet and the shower from the sliding door (that can only close off one or the other). The "king" bed is just two beds pushed together, and there were stains on the floor. As for the amenities, there aren't any? The shuttle costs $12 PP and breakfast isn't included. I guess I expect more from something that calls itself a "5 star hotel".

Decent. Ish. Until I tried to shower. I spent several hours researching hotels by SYD before choosing the Pullman and I regret my choice. I avoided the ones that mentioned stained carpets, gross bathrooms, etc., and found those things here as well. The bathroom had a door that only closed the toilet OR the shower but never truly fully closed due to a two inch gap. I guess if you have an open door bathroom policy with your partner this would be fine! The big issue was the moment I started showing it became clear the drain was clogged and water began collecting. I assumed the water would drain out the secondary general bathroom drain. Wrong. The rest of our morning was spent trying to use towels to contain the sopping wet floor. My husband couldn't shower, let alone brush his teeth unless he wanted to wade into the water. Staff offered a weak apology and nothing else. Tldr stains on carpet, twin beds pushed together, flooded bathroom. Concierge was very helpful.

There's no doubting the quality of The Pullman, the location is brilliant if you are visiting Qantas headquarters or another workplace nearby. It is more expensive than some of the other hotels and has smaller rooms than Adina, but you can feel the luxury in every aspect of the hotel. More responsive staff, the nicest design aesthetic of any nearby hotel and a high quality bar downstairs all lead to the conclusion you have just entered one of the area's top hotels.

When I booked the executive room I assumed there was an executive lounge as in other hotels using this ad. The room was very small and the view was of an electric power station. The happy hour food was mediocre but the breakfast was very good. I know it is out of your control but the van driver was very rude and not helpful with the luggage. Your staff was excellent.

Staying at the Pullman Sydney Airport was excellent. From check in to check out, all the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Parking was easy and the were great at guiding me to it. The decor in the lobby and room I thoroughly enjoyed for its modern look. The room itself was clean and well kept as expected from the Pullman. The canapes and breakfast were also excellent. While the selection is smaller compared to other hotels, they truly focus on quality rather than quantity and produce delicious. The only thing that I should have asked when I was there if there is still a 24 hour access to the Executive Lounge as mentioned on their website. I will be staying here more frequently due to the price, look, cleanliness, staff and short drive to the CBD. Thank you again.

Stayed at Pullman for 3 nights for a work trip and it was a lovely, business central and clean place to stay. My room was always cleaned by housekeeping and the Superior King room was a big, spacious room. Sydney was hot during my stay, so walking into a cool room was a bonus! The staff we super friendly and accommodating and the location was perfect as it was near the airport and next to our office. The atmosphere and bar area was awesome and whats even better was you can not hear any noise from your move given how lively it can be downstairs.

  • 5/5 V S. 5 months ago on Google
Very close to the airport but not walking distance. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice views of the airport but without the noise. Only reason for giving 4 stars for the service is they charged my card for bar fridge items I didn't use. Would've gone unnoticed if I didn't check my card transactions. Had to call them to get a refund which is still under processing and may take couple of weeks.

Second time we stayed for a night. We had a comfortable stay and very easy to get to Mascot station, was about 7 minutes walk. There's many food places to go within 10 minutes walk. Very helpful concierge team and we just ask for them to order us a cab. Took about 10-15 minutes to get to international airport, Qantas section. The bed and pillows were very comfy and clean rooms.

Although circumstances not ideal as I was in government quarantine, the hotel is comfortable, clean and well appointed. The staff is stellar. They could not have been more accommodating considering the current situation. I would definitely choose this place for a stay near SYD Airport when all is opened back up again.

A fantastic delayed flight made for a super relaxing impromptu stay here. The Pullman know how to treat people respectfully and generously. Everything was super easy for them to do for me. They processed the long line of delayed flight patrons. And made everything seem as if they chose us. I stayed in the superior king room. The first thing I noted was the perfect temp. And smell of the room. And delightfully it was quiet all through the evening. They made everything wonderful, I can’t thank all the staff enough. Especially the very graciously kind concierge gentleman. The dinner of rib eye was very satisfying. And I was clean and comfortable and felt very fancy with the brand new bathroom and fresh linen. I liked everything about this stay. If you’ve seen the jimmy rees video on the guy who decided hotels… this is exactly opposite that experience. Thank you for a warm welcome and a hot coffee at 6am ready as I took off. I’d only enjoy it more if my flight delays weren’t the reason for the stay. Thank you. And keep up your expectations when you visit. They don’t disappoint. Five stars ⭐️ A pleasure.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. It’s old and tired, the service is dire and my TV stopped working after an hour. After a 24 hour international journey, all I needed was a clean room, nice shower, comfortable bed, glass of wine from the mini bar and an easy check in process. To say the Pullman underdelivered is an understatement. Buffet breakfast is so basic and absolutely not what you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. For $320, I wish I’d booked into a city hotel instead.

Got stranded here. Best turn of events—amazing bathtub, comfy bed, cheap shuttle back to the terminal in the morning. I ordered the room service breakfast which I wouldn’t really recommend… just some pastries and a barely passable flat white.

I highly recommend this hotel! This is the Best hotel I have been to in my life! Staff from the front door staff to the bartenders and housekeeping were on point and friendly, and attentive and anticipate all of our needs. I told my wife that I would only stay there every time I visit Sydney from now on.

  • 2/5 Christine T. 1 year ago on Google
Disappointing! Restaurant was closed during our stay so we had to find somewhere else to have dinner. Very expensive bar prices ($16 for a glass of house sparkling wine). First room we were given was disgusting; toilet had not been cleaned properly (human waste residue on bowel, inside & out), toothpaste in the wash vanity....none of which was ours! Friendly reception staff on duty were swift to change us to a new (clean) room immediately. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The staff were excellent. Bed very comfortable. Check in efficient. Super quiet room. Good deal, especially as leaving car for 10 days (under cover). Best price at the time.

Helpful staff who drop off your bags to your room and hold your car seats and are happy to bring them out 5 times a day (literally) at no extra cost. Front desk manned 24/7 and orders are brought to your room as soon as practically possible. Child friendly staff. Facilities are top class. Could you guys consider separating your baked beans and sausages into separate serving dishes please. It makes it easier for vegetarians. Very good breakfast options including options for kids.

I was booked into Mantra hotel on 2 October 2022. When I got there I was told that the hotel is fully booked and was taken to Pullman. My employer paid for bed and breakfast Mantra.. When I got to Pullman they asked for my bank card to reserve funds. When i checked my bank app there were two amounts that Pullman staff reserved on my card. When i checked out that rude guy at the reception told me they did not take any money from my bank account. Three days later the two amounts were cleared at the request of Pullman hotel. I did not owe these two hotels any money. They stole from me. They stole my money.. I want my mkney back. I am going to instruct my bank to reverse those two transactions. The very same guy at the reception told me to pay for my breakfast. Breakfast that was included in my booking. I did not have breakfast. The two hotels colluded in not only stealing from me but also from my employer. Their dishonesty is on another level. I was inconvenienced by being moved to another hotel at 11pm. I will never forget how that guy at reception pulled his face and not showing interest in answering my questions. Maybe someone lied to him that he's doing clients a favour.

The room was good, only issue I have is that the toilet faces the Bed from the bathroom and it doesn’t have a proper door, it is a joined shower and toilet sliding door and made of frosted glass. Room was very clean, staff were great and professional. Had a room mix up due to a late check in and we were put into an accessible room, not a problem with this. But I am very tall and to use the facilities was uncomfortable for my height. The following morning the Hotel staff were more than accommodating and moved us to a room which had been cleaned and made ready for new guests. There was no fuss and it was a breeze. Breakfast was a typical hotel buffet breakfast but slightly better where you could have freshly prepared eggs by the chef and there were fresh juices and fruit salads ready to go. Would I stay here again? I wouldn’t say no. You couldn’t hear the traffic outside or any planes flying over and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. All a plus to me

This is probably the finest hotel I have been to. From the moment we arrive the service was 10 star.. we were looked after..our bags were carried to our rooms by a friendly gentleman. The front desk was warm and welcoming. We went for dinner oh my gosh there was this lady named Jen, she took good care of us. This is definitely a place to be. I know where I'm going to stay when I travel internationally. Thank you Pullman staff! The world need people like you and life will certainly get better.

Just amazing. This is the best hotel in Sydney by far. High floor rooms, and incredibly well maintained bedrooms and lounge areas. The location is pretty good, the closest station being Mascot about a 8 minute walk from the hotel. The views from the hotel is a sight to see by itself. You can see planes landing and taxing down the airport every 5 - 10 minutes from your hotel room. Not to mention friendly staff, and amazing doorman which take up your luggage within 5 minutes of asking. The Executive Lounge is currently operating, with drinks and snacks 24 hours a day. The Canapes are served in the restraunt which has good food. Fitness centre and pool are both provided and they will live up to your expectations. The only downside is the breakfast buffet which is a bit scaled down but that could always improved.

Had a great night here catching up with friends down from Newcastle. Close to airport but I just enjoyed the plane spotting. Great room service & in room breakfast options. Buffet breakfast also available. Clean rooms & comfortable bed. Bath tub was very relaxing!

I stayed my last night in Australia. on 23 April. The room was very comfortable. I left my camera on the reception desk and when I did confirm it was mine, I received a polite tap at the door and a beaming Ken, ecstatic to return my property to me. When I mentioned his name to reception, they smiled happily. With the delightful With Jen serving our evening meal to us, we felt we were dining with old friends. No effort was spared to make us comfortable and feel welcome. Thank you very much.

Very tidy and modern. GPS got us lost somehow. Nice restaurant. There is not much to do around the hotel. Need to drive to shops and restaurants. Parking in the hotel was expensive. Hated the glass toilet door facing the bed. Really?? Some privacy please!!!

I arrived early at least 2 hours before the scheduled checkin time. I used the new Online Checkin, which by the way is a fantastic idea. I was assigned a high floor, 1 King Bed Superior Rm. given the building is only 11 floors high. Even still, the views I had of eastern Sydney were beautiful at Sunset & Sunrise. Floor to ceiling windows with sheer curtains & blackout blinds. Fully stocked mini bar. With complimentary sparkling water & 2 bottles of water on the bedside table. Welcome note, complimentary drink voucher plus breakfast all for $250 ish 1 night.

The motel is too close to the airport to be considered by taxi drivers, so after being refused service and told to walk from the airport we arrived hot and sweaty ready to have an ice cold room to freshen up in. upon arrival to the room we discovered our air conditioner temperature would not go below 24 degrees. after enquiring about this with the front desk we were told the air con is locked at this temperature for the entirety of the motel rooms and we are unable to change it. the staff came to our room and checked the temperature claiming it to be 20 degrees however it certainly doesn’t feel like it. we ordered room service which came with a $4 room service fee on top of the overpriced meals and a forty minute wait. we ordered two lots of spaghetti and a toastie with three sprites. after our hour long wait we opened the door and were handed a steak and red wine. we explained this is not what we ordered and the woman had no idea what we did order. she handed us our food eventually as well as trying to give us and extra burger that was not ours. after sorting out the food situation and eating dinner we had to deal with the bathroom situation. all the walls along the bathroom are a frosted glass that can be foggily seen through. there were three of us so we had to promise each other to not look while we were using the bathroom. the door to the bathroom is another frosted glass piece that slides open and closed, but does not meet the wall when closed, causing a very see through gap into the bathroom. in the morning we had found that every room that had ordered food through room service still had their plates out in the hallways waiting to be collected. they remained in the hallways on the floor into the afternoon. the beds are lovely and soft and very comfortable, and the bathroom would be lovely if it didn’t have frosted glass for walls.
