The bed and pillows were really comfy and the shower head was good quality. That's about it. There was mould issues in the bathroom due to no ventilation in room, the room was in need of a good deep clean, the tiles were filled with black from mould and yellow, the room was quite dusty, the walls were covered in stains from food and other stuff.

My partner and I booked a Haven King for one night and the check in process was fairly quick and easy. We added parking overnight which was an additional $25 - fair price considering it was in a secure parking garage. The room itself had plenty of potential however there was a slight scent of mildew wafting in the air. Even when going to bed at night, the pillows also had an 'off' scent to them. I wouldn't necessarily blame the cleaning staff, maybe just the age of the items and hotel itself? If this issue is resolved in the future it would definitely bring a 5 star. I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay but it may be slightly uncomfortable if staying any longer due to the smell and cleanliness.

Unbelievable service called a few days prior for early check in and they were more then accomodating super friendly staff. The rooms are well sized and some of the best beds I’ve slept in for a hotel at this price. Thank you will be the hotel we come to every time we are in Sydney

Actually a really cute little place to stay. Had its own little gym, a courtyard, and the balcony overlooked the neighbouring park. Plenty of good places to eat too.

Third floor view was great looking out over the city. Room was nice with queen bed and enquire. Very quiet and air conditioning kept us cool during the hot humid week. Very clean room and front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

Haven Glebe is a beautifully designed and very comfortable hotel! The receptionists were very kind, and helpful and the facility looks great. We loved our time staying.

Perfect place for a quick stay. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, with everything you could need, including room service. Associated Cafe next door is excellent. There is a ramp and lift for those with mobility issues. Some parking nearby. Public transport nearby. Close to shops and heaps of restaurants. Close to White Bay Wharf, and only 30mins by car from airport. Glebe is a very walkable suburb. Excellent service by those on the front desk.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was so cozy and comfortable that I just couldn't stop falling asleep as soon I walked in the room. The hotel reached out to me a few days before my trip and gave me alot of useful information regarding things such a transportation and general area information. Yvie one of the front desk workers was so outstanding during my stay and she helped me with any issues. All the staff there were so kind and super helpful. The location of the hotel is very close to transportation in Sydney via bus and light rail. The area its located in you have everything literally across the street like a grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, coffee shop and etc. I didn't get to enjoy my balcony or outside seating area cause I was pretty much walking most of my time there. So if you want some place quite instead of the noisy city. This is the place to be.

Stayed here a couple of years ago and recommended this motel. Unfortunately after this latest booking we will be looking elsewhere. Got a tiny, tiny room right outside of the noisy elevator for two nights. A good sleep, no way. Stinky stuffy room, yes. This wasn't during peak period and we booked a month ahead. If you are thinking of staying here please check what room you've been allocated, there are some good ones. Despite our experience, the staff were still really nice. Not recommended.

Stayed 9 nights for a business trip. Glebe is a great area - lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Room was comfortable and well appointed Convenient location with regular buses, light rail and easy walk to waterfront areas.

Comfortable and clean. We had a nice view of the city from our room, which we didn't request. Staff were helpful.

Nice friendly neighbourhood with good public transport. Washing & Drying facilities. No restaurant (so get your breakfast across the street. Go to the "Friendly Grocery" for other stuff as well). I missed cutlery in the rooms. French perfumed soaps and shampoo from l'occitane.

I loveee staying here. The room is spacious enough, really cozy, super clean, bed is comfortable, and the room is very much well-equipped (they even have an iron and the iron board!!). They have their own coin-laundry and small gym facilities here. Location is reaaalllyy convenient. Literally less than 1 minute walking to the bus stop and 5-10 minutes walking to the tram station. It’s much more like a residential area so you can have a nice, quiet atmosphere around here. It is also surrounded by a lot of bakery, cafe, and restaurants. The thai restaurant in front of the hotel is amazing I ate there 3 times lol. However, the wifi was a bit terrible and I don’t understand why my Vodafone often lost its signal there. Also, the lift was broken the last 3 nights of my stay and they only offered us a coke to compensate so that’s a bit disappointing.

The lift, upper halls and room including bathroom were dingy and uninviting. We entered the family room to find small insects flying around, when we raised with reception, we were told that it was due to 'Sydney weather'. The weather was perfectly normal at the time. We were given bug spray to use in the room (the receptionist did not offer to inspect it) and went to sleep hoping we wouldn't wake up covered in bites! We paid $288 to stay 1 night in this cramped family room and if it weren't for the fact that we arrived late in the evening we would not have stayed there. Definitely do not recommend and would never return. Note the outdoor garden/seating area looked pretty and inviting.

Nice hotel. The whole staff is very helpful and professional! Would like to give 5 star for the cleaners as well as they made very good job every day and was a pleasure to step in a refreshed room after a long day! Well Done!

Five stars because Haven Glebe is exactly what it says it is. It's clean, modern with friendly service in a great location and is extremely well priced. Three-minute walk to the light rail, easy 10-minute trip into Sydney CBD, a variety of food options nearby, plus it's opposite a public library with a lovely garden. The cube is small and probably best suited to one person, or two people who don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room. Excellent value for money considering what you get. I will stay here again for my next Sydney visit.

Andy at Reception was so polite, welcoming, helpful and well spoken. We arrived far too early, due to a flight change, but we were allowed to leave our bags and coats while we went across the road for some brunch. We returned 2 hours later, and although still too early for check in, he very kindly said that a room was ready for us. The 3rd floor room was definitely good value for money; clean, neat, spacious and with a private balcony, all ammenities that you could need, room service available 6 days and 24 hour Reception staff. Opposite a great shopping strip with multiple cafes, bakeries, a pub and other interesting shops. And just a short Uber ride to catch a cruise ship. There is also a beautiful large courtyard and a well maintained inside gym for all the guests. Definitely recommend the Haven Glebe.

Great little hotel, ideally located close to the city, but tucked away within a quiet but vibrant and super friendly community area. The rooms are tastefully renovated, very clean, great shower and best of all, the most comfortable bed/pillows/linen of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, parking is easily available on-site or on the street, fantastic pub and cafes across the road, and a range of parks plus the beauty of the harbour within easy walking distance. The Haven is not a resort by any means, but for a midweek business stopover or a couples weekend base,it is absolutely perfect in a welcoming pocket of the city. Love it.

The room was small but modern and clean. The staff were always friendly and I appreciated the daily servicing of my room including fresh towels. I was happy to find accommodation with reasonably priced on site parking that you could come and go as you pleased whilst being in close proximity to the city centre. The shops across the road and the views from our corner room were lovely. Would stay again.

Hotel room was very clean, nicely renovated and layout was great. Shower was great. Most comfiest bed and pillows I’ve had. Great price for what you receive. Lovely little town and hotel is in a great area with anything you need across the road. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, will definitely come back again and recommend to anyone travelling to stay there.

This great little Haven in Glebe was a clean and comfortable stay for work or leisure without breaking the bank. The rooms have a fun artistic flair, they aren’t massive but you also don’t feel like you’re suffocating. Although it’s on Glebe Point Rd we couldn’t hear any traffic. It’s got a cute communal external courtyard. The staff were really helpful, friendly and great to chat to if you need anything. I’d recommend the Haven Glebe.
