To
be
clear
this
complaint
is
not
about
the
refusal
of
service.
This
was
wrong
,
because
we
were
not
a
party
of
4
as
you
state
,
we
were
a
party
of
3
with
a
late
arrival
whom
we
assisted
your
staff
in
removing
from
the
premises
and
indeed,
also
told
him
not
to
order
a
drink
for
himself
which
your
staff
still
served
him.
After
his
removal
we
were
then
refused
service
from
the
same
staff
member
who
served
him
a
drink
,
even
though
he
was
intoxicated
and
we
weren't.
The
real
issue
is
that
a
staff
member
was
asked
if
we
could
bring
outside
food
in
and
he
told
us
yes.
After
this
,
this
food
was
consumed
and
more
drinks
were
ordered
,
we
were
set
straight
on
the
rules
and
we
apologised.
Subsequently
we
were
admonished
again
by
your
manager,
that
we
should
have
known
better
,
which
added
to
the
upset
,
as
we
have
frequently
consumed
outside
food
at
your
premises
in
recent
times
and
were
not
aware
of
the
rules
which
is
precisely
why
we
asked
permission.
Uneducated
staff
is
not
our
responsibility,
it
is
yours.
To
be
twice
told
off
was
really
way
beyond
necessary.
To
then
be
cut
off
after
a
small
number
of
drinks
was
ridiculous.
Thanks
for
your
response.
It
seems
now
we
have
to
avoid
the
Quarryman's
as
well.
