Excellent place to stay at a reasonable price that's secure and modern right in amongst it all at Darling Harbour. We were surprised to have a small fridge, safe and TV as well in our compact room. The bathroom was right in your room w just a frosted glass surround which worked for us. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable about great local cafes and looked after our bags when we checked out to do some more exploring. We loved it and would def come back to stay.

After staying there recently and being in a wheelchair myself it is hard to find a hotel either in the city or close to Darling Harbour,, this is a great hotel for anybody with a disability or in a wheelchair room. Sizes are perfect bathroom accessibility is fantastic and the location is so close to Darling Harbour less than a five minute push or walk away, so I highly recommend anybody who is in a chair to stay at this hotel

I'm LGBT, I've received smiles and good service since the first time I stepped into this hotel. The staff talks to customers professionally, the bedrooms are clean, but the most impressive thing is the friendliness and smiles of the receptionists to all customers of all ages. If you visit Sydney or come to Darling Harbor. I highly recommend this hotel. 🙏🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel is not a luxurious retreat. It's a comfortable, clean, well priced room in a great location. I've paid a lot more for a lot less in Sydney and just for value for money this is an exceptional hotel. It's only a 15 minute walk to Town Hall. Great local restaurants in close proximity. Nice shower. Good service. For the price It's hard to beat.

Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Bothered me that the aircon wouldn't go under 21 in our room but our friends room could have aircon on 19. Overall not bad for a night stay in the city. Wouldn't be interested in booking for a lux get away.

Pros: - Location is decent - Rooms have most of the basics - Hot water (saw other reviews saying that there wasn’t hot water or they had to wait 15 minutes. That wasn’t my case.) Cons: - Tiny rooms but it was expected for the price. - Random sink in the room, not in a washroom/bathroom dedicated space. - We’re here for our engagement (from Canada) and although I don’t fault them for not giving us an upgrade, I thought I’d ask anyways. Before I finished my sentence, the young girl at the front desk cuts me off and says, “ No, we don’t have any upgrades. Usually people would inquire before their arrival.” Okay, fair but let me finish my sentence? We only stayed here for one night before our flight to Melbourne and just checked into the W Melbourne today and had a totally different experience with them. - MAIN CONCERN: staff opened the door and walked into our room without knocking. We were in our room watching tv and heard the door open and when I exclaimed “EXCUSE ME?”, they quickly shut the door and ran off. I quickly got up and went to go see who it was but once I opened the door, they were gone and I did not see any cleaning supplies cart so they couldn’t have been coming around to “clean”. I called the front desk and told them what just happened and she said she will check and get back to me. She calls back after 10 minutes and says that the cleaners wanted to “drop off an iron” in my room and proceeds to try to gaslight me by saying, “they knocked a couple times before coming in but maybe you didn’t hear it?” The room is a tiny box and our bed is right by the door, why wouldn’t I have heard a knock?? Absolutely no one knocked on the door before they opened and tried to walk into our room. This is extremely concerning. Also, if you read their welcome sheet, it says an iron and ironing board is available UPON REQUEST so why would they randomly try to come in and drop off an iron? Sounds like a convenient excuse. If there isn’t something shady going on, then management needs to train their staff better as it seems like other guests have experienced this same issue. -

This hotel is a must. Steven at the front desk was amazing. He was welcoming and extremely helpful in pointing us in the right direction around the city. The location is just a short walk to Darling Harbor, from which you can take boat rides to anywhere else around the harbor. Great hospitality and extremely clean rooms. Overall a five star experience. Thank you Hotel Kith!

First of all, I left the hotel with a real disappointment except smiley receptionists. First of all, there seems to be a parking availability, but of course an extra price was not specified on the website;and the pillows were so bad that my head and neck still hurt also still having a huge headache however the mattress was great. Also the room was very small to feel comfortable.

Just wonderful! Even before booking in, they were very accommodating, check in was easy! Our room was really clean and comfortable! The staff were great and so nice! A stones throw from the light rail, attractions and a wide variety of cafes and restaurants. We will definitely be staying there again!!! Thankyou so much for all your help and service!

I had the loveliest weekend in Sydney staying at Hotel Kith! I was directed to really good coffee shop down the street, and was given recommendations on how to get to Central station. The beds are incredibly soft and comfortable, and perfect to curl up with a good book.

Perfect place for one, small but cozy and had all necessary amenities. Location was also relatively close to the city with many cafes and essentials shops nearby. Check in/out process was seamless. Overall would recommend and definitely booking again for my next trip. Cheers!

This is a decent hotel although the room is small. But for the reasonable price in Darling Harbour, I can live with it. The housekeeping team let the hotel down totally. I was utterly disgusted that my Burberry Bucket Hat that was left behind - yes, I know I left it there - has disappeared in the thin air! A real shame. The front of house was pleasant including Jean and Stephen. But even Stephen's polite email to explain the Lost & Found SOP will not save the day. My daughter and I know what we left behind and what we took out for her try. No buts.

Hotel Kith is a step above all the other big expensive hotels around. The difference is the service behind the desk. Amazing service manager Stephen is so warm and inviting. Made my birthday so special and delivered an amazing gift to my room. Such a personal touch for what could have been a lonely birthday. Thank you. The room was small but so clean and comfortable, the bed is comfort ++. I will be back and won't hesitate where I stay in future as hotel kith is so central to everything. Loved it 😁

Location bit far to central. But my room is tidy small and pleasant, also clean! I might come back again when needed. They reply email immediately even at 11:30pm

Good and affordable hotel near Darling Harbour. Room is small but it has everything that’s needed. There are several good cafes nearby too - Cre Asion for their matcha latte and Two Sis Pyrmont which serves amazing food! Check them out if you’re staying here

We stayed 2 nights (27 & 28 November 2023) at the Kith Hotel before our return flight to the UK on 29 November 2023. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice with a comfy large bed with space underneath for our big cases. The cost of our stay at the hotel was good value and its location was ideal, near Pyrmont Bridge providing access to the other side of Darling Harbour. We recommend this hotel to others.

Arrived after a long drive and it was so nice to check in to a clean quiet hotel. Staff are very welcoming and lovely and the rooms were excellent, very clean, small but all you need if you’re not staying long. In the heart of the darling harbour so for us was perfect. Definitely recommend !

  • 5/5 Bobbie C. 5 months ago on Google
Very easy check in ( equally to leave). Staff were very welcoming and explained everything. The location could not be better - a few minutes walk to the centre but in a quiet road so no disturbance at night. Although small, the room had everything you could need and with daily servicing, teas etc were plentiful at all times. Would definitely turn.

Good price for the location but be prepared as the rooms are not roomy. They are clean, modern but better for 1 person if you are planning a long stay. Definitely good for overnight or just a couple of nights. Highly recommended for friendliness of staff, ease of check -in/check-out, location & reduced parking fees.

The lovely staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. The rooms are small but have everything you need. Bed super comfortable. I was on the first floor and it was quiet.

It was a warm day, the aircon temp was set by the hotel and we were not able to reduce or increase temp on the to our needs. Could hardly get any sleep. No chair to sit and hardly any space to move or put down your luggage.

Room was a little small and storage space limited. Good for short stay. One or two nights. Bathroom was good for us as we need accessible facilities. We would stay again if we needed Sydney accommodation.

Clean, comfy bed. Staff were lovely. Staff happily changed our bed linen mid-stay upon request. Would stay again.

The room and bathroom were dusty and the floor needed a good vacuum and mop. The walls to the bathroom are frosted glass, so you can see the other person ( keep those curtains closed- just in case Novotel guests can see in). The bed was clean and comfy. The service was excellent. Block out blinds were excellent. The room is small, not enough space for two, to hang clothes or towels. The shower door is half a door, therefore water leaks, which makes the entire floor wet. I did ask for more towels, they were delivered to room quickly. I would stay again. I will bring my antibacterial wipes with me again. Walking distance to Darling Harbour. @(*0*)@

Room was nice and clean. The frosted glass bathroom took us by surprise but we got used to it. The 3 star review is due to the early check in fee. We had notified the hotel that we were arriving early. We had the expectation of the room not being ready. When we were told it was ready upon arrival but had to pay an extra $40 it left a sour taste in our mouth considering we paid for the day. I can under late check out because it delays the cleaners but when the room is ready and you look like a zombie after a 3am wake up, early check-in would have been nice.

Clean and new little hotel at Darling Harbour. Location was convenient and staff were friendly and attentive. The room has just what I need for my stay with a very comfortable bed. Every corner and surface of the room was clean and dusted. Will definitely be back to stay again!

When we arrived and checked in our rooms had not been cleaned/ made up. There was rubbish in the room, bed was a complete mess, hair on the floor, dirty towel in the bathroom and the only sink/mirror in the room was filthy. Check in was 2-4pm and we arrived at 3:30pm. We had to great ready for our evening plans in a dirty room….. there was no compensation offered for the incident but we also had no choice but to take the room. Given the current covid situation this was a terrible health/cleanliness issue…. Extremely unhygienic. Rooms couldn’t be cleaned until 6-7pm… this was so disgusting to have to deal with and myself and my partner were not the only ones who experienced the same thing when arriving to their room.

Good location in Darling Harbour/Pyrmont. Rooms are small, like most in this area, but the price here seemed better than most others I looked at. Facilities in the room were similar to the nearby Ovolo, but much cheaper and without the ambience of the Ovolo.

What’s not to love about this place. Check in process was easy with app download and electronic key! Organised some flowers prior to check in as I had an event to attend shortly after my check in. This was ready and waiting in the room upon my arrival. I stayed in a balcony room which was awesome. Had views out to the city and the street. Lucky I bumped into the hotel manager on my last day as I was looking for a good recommendation for food. She gave me a few suggestions and I ended up trying The Gallon in Pyrmont and it was amazing! Didn’t get to thank her personally but she was fantastic! All in all, had a great stay. Can’t beat location as this was a stones throw away from Darling Harbour, the City and Barangaroo. Super comfy, clean, reasonably priced and great service! Will be back!

Conveniently located 2 minutes away from a light rail station. When we entered,we were greeted by an enthusiastic receptionist who was more than happy to answer any questions. Booked the Standard Queen type, the room is very clean and big enough for two people. Will recommend this to my friends!

Worst night sleep possible. The room air conditioning could not be adjusted and was either freezing or very hot when I finally disconnected it. Randomly the lights kept coming on all night in the room. 2 huge windows have no blinds at all, so there is no way to make the room dark. It got the full light of the morning at 6am and could not get dark at night. Would have been a fine room but all the sleep barriers means I’ll never stay here again.

Budget hotel at premium price. Shoebox room. Bathroom resembled a cupboard with unsealed door immediately adjacent to the bed. Reception unattended on arrival. On a positive note, room was clean.

Hotel Kith is especially great mainly because of their professional and friendly staff such as Steven and Gigi who will go out of their way to serve you! Although the rooms are a bit small but overall a great experience! It has a great location near to Pyrmont bay!

Was not much to it, but was neat and tidy. Didn't plan on staying my holiday in a hotel room so was exactly what we needed for the rest at night. Good service.

My partner and I stayed at the hotel for a work and leisure trip awhile ago. The stay was perfect! Room was modern and has everything we needed, spotlessly clean and service was amazing! Small team, but everything was well-managed. Self check-in and check-out were easy. Nothing to worry about. My partner fell ill during our stay and the staff made sure that he was ok and checked in with us a couple of times. Kudos to the manager, Ms Riley and the team for taking such great care of us (really surprised with such great service that is beyond their duties). What they have done is amazing . The team takes pride in their work. Highly recommend this hotel for its terrific service, comfort and location. Will definitely return again!

Tiny rooms is one thing. Dust and peeling wall paper is another. As are stained sheets. But topping it off is there is NO WAY to request they don't enter your room. Day 1 I enquired about the do not disturb sign to be informed by reception they did not have them but they'd make a note for housekeeping. I confirmed. Later returned after a long day, low and behold my room had been turned down and all my belongings had been moved. I complained to reception and this time a different person said they would make a note for housekeeping. I confirmed. You can see where this is going. Once again came back to find my room turned down belongings moved. Not worth whatever savings for what feels like a very unprofessional managed facility with no respect for privacy and cleanliness.

I stayed at this hotel for several weeks for a work trip. Friendly staff. The room is nice and clean, and the bed is comfortable! Just perfect! What you see online is what you get. Strategically located with access to almost everything walking distance. I will be going back and def recommend this place to friends who will be visiting Sydney.

Rooms were tiny, shower water took 15 minutes to warm up and does not become fully warm. Was advised to park in Secure Parking because Wilson Parking was closed, however, upon checking out I was notified that they do not reimburse Secure Parking after being advised by after hours support to park there and had to pay $80 for parking. Would not recommend this hotel, horrible.

  • 1/5 Jeleis M. 1 year ago on Google
The room was so small, bathroom was inside a cupboard and extremely small, the water in the shower takes 15 minutes before it becomes somewhat warm, the beds just have one sheet not even a dooner so if ur cold too bad. There is also no allocated parking for the hotel and they tell you to park in secure parking which is like and 8 minute walk to get to your car. Overpriced for what it is wouldnt stay here again just felt so claustrophobic with how cramped everything was!

  • 5/5 Larissa A. 1 year ago on Google
Although a small boutique hotel, the room was clean, stylish and bedding was comfortable. Perfect for couples or single travellers. The lovely receptionist let me check in early on short notice and the location was central to everything! Absolutely loved my stay!

  • 1/5 Vito L. 9 months ago on Google
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the facilities themselves were acceptable, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with the reception staff, which greatly impacted my overall impression of the establishment. Upon arrival, I was left waiting for half hour at the front desk, with no sign of any reception staff, nor any notice explaining their absence. This delay in processing my check-in was frustrating, as check-in times are usually scheduled for the convenience of the guests and to allow them to make the most of their stay. When the receptionist finally returned, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation. Instead of acknowledging the issue and offering an apology, the receptionist dismissed my complaint, insisting they had only been gone for two minutes and implying that I was not being truthful. This lack of professionalism and dismissive attitude was quite disheartening, as it left me feeling that my concerns as a guest were not being taken seriously. While the hotel's facilities were generally acceptable and everything functioned as expected, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel until there is a marked improvement in the reception staff's attitude toward their customers. Guests should be treated with respect and consideration, and their concerns should be addressed with sincerity and understanding. Until this issue is resolved, I would advise potential guests to look for alternative accommodations where they can expect a more pleasant and welcoming experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Staff are friendly and professional. The room was nice and clean and great value for money. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the room had everything I needed. Location is amazing, with cafes and restaurants at every corner and Darling Harbour is a short walk away. Would recommend Kith Hotel to everybody.
