I got to chemist warehouse at around 3 o’clock, Trying to get a syrup for stubborn cough (From over-the-counter), the young man asked me who’s it for I said for an elderly person that uses it once every nine months (I said please I’m in a hurry), Then he said can you call them so I can speak to them and their doctor, I refused, I thought that was rude. And so ridiculous. (I was not happy) He looked me up and down, went Behind the counter and all five his colleagues started staring at me and talking amongst themselves, I got so uncomfortable, I felt like I was being discriminated against by my appearance. I had enough I left the store. I went to a local pharmacy and they helped me and they were very polite and I was not Judged. I’ve been going to chemist warehouse in Marrickville since the day they open, I won’t be going back any more neither is the family.

Very disappointed with the pharmacist today at Chemist Warehouse Marrickville. It was arround 20:56pm on the 05/04/2022. I came to get an advice for which is the best medicine for my baby and me. Obviously he not a doctor but ideally what i expect is a general idea of the side affect or any precautions that he might know better than me. It was busy at that time. However, not because of that then he can just looked away and answer with one word for every of my question???? Very neglected i have to say. He just tend to walk away straight away after every his "short answer" even iam still talking. I lived in Marrickville and buy stuff from here for 4 years alr. This could be more busy than this. And those pharmacies services was always wonderful. I dont mind lining up for hours as long as i get a helpful advice. Or perhaps he could tell me nicely, look, your condition is not that serious it is find to take those meds, nothing different, I am really busy right now. Could y wait for me a lit bit? 2 seconds to say and we both happy. The attitude, behaviour disappointed me and make felt so embarrassed in front of the others customers. I hope someone can teach me about customer service. I dont want to give 1 star because i love the staffs there so much, supper friendly and helpful. But gotta have some attention with this kind of "experience " today.

The good thing about this CW branch is they have the best selection of products and it's really well laid out. The bad thing is the pharmacists. For instance, once I needed an urgent refill. They said it would take a few days for the order to come in. I came back a few days later to pick up and the pharmacist said he'd gotten the weekend order cut off time wrong so there was no medicine (no apology). The Newtown store is much better if you need medicine.

Pharmacist was super weird about filling my ADHD meds and insisted the prescribing Dr. needed to hand write the dosage despite the presence of a Medicare authority number, then rudely insinuated I should be aware of that fact. The whole interaction was very uncomfortable, it felt like I was being accused of drug seeking and the Dr's office had never heard of anything similar when I called them. The nearby pharmacy filled it instantly as normal.

Chemist Warehouse Marrickville must have strict policies on how kind the pharmacists that work there have to be, because I've never received such good service at a chemist before! I have a chemist just across the road from my place but I end up driving or walking down to CW Marrickville just for the service. They are so good at taking the time to explain, discuss and go over any of your questions when getting your meds for you. Last time I went, the two pharmacists were dealing with an agitated customer but they showed nothing but kindness and understanding to the person the whole time and it was so clear to me the pharmacists genuinely cared about the wellbeing of their customers. The check out staff is also super lovely, I've noticed they always welcome a quick chat when it's not too busy and they're super accommodating.

Great selection of products. Poor customer service. Label left on shelf and reduced price not honoured. Arun needs customer experience training.

poor customer service, incompetent, when asked about current promotions or products staff have limited knowledge about it, the manager just try to palm off speaking to customer. Quarter of a star is what i would give if there is an option. It will be the last time I shop there.

Well laid out shop, plenty of stock and the prices are much better than supermarket. There are better local chemists with much better pharmacists. I would say the pharmacists and slow service are the biggest let down with this one. Always quite busy to get a script.

Today is Sunday 16 April, 2:30 pm. I called them up because my 3-hour delivery went past the timeframe. The woman on the phone was very helpful in getting my order delivered after 5 min of hanging up. And she also refunded the delivery fee.

I went to Chemist Warehouse Marrickville yesterday afternoon to purchase some medication and perfume. The Pharmacist was excellent and offered assistance and recommendations - she was very accommodating in all my requests. However, Dareen’s customer service delivery topped it off - she did not only excel in customer service; but she went out of her way each time I asked to try some testers. She didn’t hesitate to recommend and suggest different brands. She was very accommodating of my requests and wasn’t intrusive. She he was warm and friendly and with a very professional demeanour. What an excellent service delivery and customer experience. Thank you Dareen and kudos.

Worst chemist warehouse in Sydney. Every time I try to get a prescription filled they did it up. Going back to the Newtown store.

I usually carry a tote with me because I refuse to use single use plastics bags for obvious reasons. Noticed an empty box in aisles and picked it up. I had over $130 worth of items so it came in handy. As I approached the counter, staff asked if they can take the box back as it was company property. I was quite dumbfounded, since they were going to dispose of it. I left juggling all the items under my arm. Staff member could’ve eased the long queue instead of making a huge ordeal over a 30cmX30cm cardboard box. #environmentallyunfriendly #lovesplastic #hatestrees

Really big chemist warehouse! Some areas to sit while you wait for your scripts. Expect to wait about 15-20 mins on a quieter day. Service is good. Pharmacists make an effort to talk to you and counsel you. Prices are really good too

Shout out to Darren S for helping us and bringing the best service. She helped us as much as possible in the fragrance section. Other staff gave us a lot of information about our concerns as well. I also spent more than $500 and don't regret it :)

Chemist Warehause lost my prescription, and they don't search properly, just say 'sorry about that'.

I must confess that I find Chemist Warehouse a daunting experience, a maze of aisles where products are arranged according to obscure criteria. However, I always end up finding what I need with the staff’s help. I went a couple of times on a Friday night and the place was absolutely going off, so they must be doing something right.

I called over the phone and Andy helped me out with all my inquiries, he was amazing and helped me accommodate with my purchase as it was too far for me to travel to purchase and has helped send it over to my local chemist :) Thanks Andy

The pharmacist Andy is so patient and helpful. Despite poor instructions from my specialist on script he figured out my correct dosage and explained all! Definitely going back to him!!!
