Had a business lunch here and were very warmly greeted by our server Sarah. The outside area has a nice view of Johnston Bay but it got cold so they let us move to an inside table which was nice of them. We had the steak with wine lunch special and our steaks were cooked perfectly. Many other restaurants undercook steak but not here. The desserts & coffee were great too. Steak is their specialty but there are a lot of other good choices on the menu. This place is new and it is very nicely set up with a nice quiet atmosphere. The breakfast menu looks great too so I will be back here on the weekend.

****UPDATED REVIEW**** If you’re looking for consistency in food and service this is not the place for you. We had a fantastic NYE dinner here with high hopes for another memorable one only to experience the bare minimum. Unfortunately we were running late but we did call the venue to advise them. During this time our inside table was given away and we were stuck on an awkward side table outside where we got rained on as well. I asked if we could move but apparently they were fully booked. Interesting to see so many walk ins get seated with no booking. 10 minutes passed and no one came up to us. I had to ask for a menu. The ribbed corn was dry and cold but they did well with the halloumi fries at least. We were pressured to order mains because “we are on a time limit”. A word of advice to this venue is no matter how busy you are or even if you have new staff please train your staff to talk properly to customers. It’s quite disrespectful to pressure customers to order their food. For that reason, we wrapped up our entrees, skipped our mains and went to another venue and spent our money elsewhere. ****PREVIOUS REVIEW**** This was the perfect venue for NYE. Waterfront views and only a quick walk to watch the Sydney Harbour Bridge fireworks. We could see the 9pm fireworks from our seats, as we were seated outside. The food was exceptional. The steaks were cooked well and the mushroom sauce is one of the best mushroom sauces I’ve ever had. The mashed potato was amazing too. I really enjoyed the halloumi fries, Parmesan chips and grilled corn too. We had a warm welcome into the venue by the man who was wearing a hat. Thank-you for a lovely dining experience.

Awkward and puzzled feeling from first visit to Australia fully compensated with coming to this restaurant, "ELEMENTS". No matter what the night-view was seen, the quality and atmosphere were excellent. The staffs were so friendly enough to help with personal stuff like batter recharge. Thanks a million to ask the gratification for meal several times, especially Sara's prudential care. I ordered T-bone steak (medium) and sweet potato fries, fully enjoying with excellent quantity and quality. Especially, I found new one that mushroom sauce quite matches with the meat! Special thanks to Sara!! I strongly recommend this restaurant for the people who visit to Australia for the first time. Don't miss it~~

We loved everything about the place! Serving chicken wings with side sauce is a great idea! For people who can't eat spicy food. But sauces are so good that he eat it anyway 😋 everything was great! And a service - so attentive, like reading your mind. Update: had EOFY team's dinner last night. All food is so amazing, no exceptions! Great steaks and sauces. Side dishes and salads are masterpiece. Love the quality of food and the service!

It was a nice and pleasant meal at Elements Bar and Grill Pyrmont. The food is good and pairing well with the wine. We ordered Tomahawk steak and it was on the spot by the chef which is a pretty nice experience. However, I think the steak could be cooked better. The surrounding pieces are well done already, no longer medium rare. Love the vibe and view here. The staff is pretty nice. I might give it another try next time when I travel to Sydney.

It was our first time at Elements and they did not disappoint. We were celebrating our 4 year Anniversary and chose Elements to do so. We were lucky enough to have Bianca serve us all night, she was so pleasant and happy to offer advice and made our experience very enjoyable. She was very friendly and always smiling unlike some of her colleagues. The food was delicious even under such busy circumstances they still managed to impress. The only thing I would suggest if possible is sending the food out a little hotter or heat the plates to keep the food warm, otherwise it was perfect! We are definitely going to return with our big family and hope to see Bianca there!

I write this review while sitting contemplating life's choices over looking the beautiful Harbour after devouring the most beautiful steaks! Cooked to absolute perfection! If you are ever looking for that steak of your dreams this place has it, the staff go above and way beyond what is expected which is a delight. I highly recommend Elements Bar and Grill at Pyrmont if you are looking for a quick bite or something more substantial either by yourself or with friends and family. I can safely say that the hard working guys will look after your every want/need. Keep up the great work guys!!

Nestled picturesquely on Pyrmont's shoreline this restaurant has a soft, classy and romantic ambience. Came here for a Saturday night dinner. The service is great and the food is delicious. The steaks are cooked to perfection. It is a little pricey but well worth it!! If you love steak and waterfront dining then this restaurant is the place to be!

Overlooking Johnstons Bay this ideally located restaurant was a great choice for dinner. The menu was varied with many options of meats and salads and even some delicious pasta dishes. I ended up choosing the Creamy Crab Pasta and the Steak Tartare for entree. All meals were amazing with fantastic service and timely delivery given how busy they were. Very well presented decor with a hype of great atmosphere for a night out on the town

Originally we booked for the steak and wine night deal. Once we saw what was after on the menu we decided not to use the deal and went ahead and ordered à la cart. We are so pleased that we had done that, the food was amazingly delicious and more than what we had anticipated or expected. Would definitely recommend Elements Bar and Grill, the service was fantastic, food came out quickly - no long wait. Everything was spot on we had no complaints other than we had too much food at the end of the night.

We ordered a round of takeaway fish and chips and a bottle of El Niño 2014 Shiraz on a Friday night in lockdown, and it was delicious! I would call this a bougie fish and chips (not your filthy roadtrip at the beach kind) and it was very well priced. That batter on the fish was so good! The lady serving at the front was very friendly too. Masks were worn properly and social distancing was adhered to. I hope they survive the lockdown and I look forward to perhaps visit them when they open fully for dining in.

Rump steak with mashed potato was delicious, good options for wine, pretty nice area to have a nice lunch or dinner. Service was really good thanks to our waiter Samuel.

Had my first post lockdown dinner here last night and it was a great experience. Sam and the team were friendly, service was fast and the meals was perfect.

Out of lockdown and first restaurant in months. New in our area but looked good. Lari was front of house - engaging, personable and helpful. Sam was our waiter - relaxed, attentive and helpful. We are mature and thought to have a light lunch. Shared an entree of dips and ordered the smaller steaks. The entree was very tasty and more than enough for the two of us and the steaks were cooked to perfection. We will be back with our carnivore grandchildren.

Visited Tomahawk night. The meat quality wasn’t impressive, and the server seemed a bit embarrassed. However, all other dishes were delicious The outdoor view was lovely. Truly recommend the patio seating

Average steaks, with some of the worst service, water arrived after entree whilst we asked multiple times. Another customers desert was sent instead of our main, which they later added to the bill. Disappointing use of a calming waterfront.

Very nice steak and the price is good. Ambiance is good, excellent for dinner with a date or family. Waiter needs more knowledge about the food offered in the restaurant but overall this is a very good place.

I went here in the late afternoon on a public holiday and they seemed super busy. I ordered two smoothies and sat down to wait. When one was brought out I was told they didn’t have the ingredients for the second one. I didn’t mind changing my order but wish I was told before they made the other one and brought it out as mine started to melt/go warm while I waited for my partners to be made. Both smoothies were delicious so I would order again!

Generally love this place. Their tomahawk did not disappoint. Though the first serve of tomahawk was cooked too well despite request for medium, but Diana was able to accomodate a replacement, without any questions asked. She also circled back to our table to check in as well.

Had a fantastic birthday lunch with the family today. The Pyrmont location is stunning - overlooking Sydney Harbour. Chilly breeze today so we opted for an indoor table but on a nice day there are plenty of tables outside that would add to the experience. The food was amazing. Beautiful steaks cooked to perfection 😋 Our group also went for burgers and pasta meal options and these were also great. Supported by delicious sides presented stylishly. We chose the dessert platters for the group as we couldn’t just decide on one! 😂 The staff were very helpful and a big shout out to Naila for her great suggestions and wonderful service. If you love a good steak cooked to your liking and a wonderful dining experience you couldn’t go past Elements Bar and Grill.

We tried the steak from the lunch menu with spicy peppercorn sauce and 4+ steak from the special menu (can't recall the section name on the menu) with mushrooms sauce. Prefer the mushrooms sauce as it is tastier and creamier. Peppercorn sauce wasn't spicy at all. The 4+ steak is softer for sure however, the steak from the lunch menu is as good! Love the taste of the char too. Very nice.

Great outdoor view by the quiet side of the Sydney harbour area. It's located at a quaint and quiet end of Harris Street. Good service. T bone was tender and juicy.

Had a great experience. Bill treated us with great respect and hospitality. We appreciated the care and check ins. The garlic prawns were really good 👌🏾 the steak was yummy - get the mushroom sauce!! The panecotta was yummy too. Would come back for the tomahawk 😝

Took my mum here for Mothers' Day, and was very happy with the experience. The food was great, and the potion sizes generous. On top of that, all the staff were very friendly and helpful and made the experience all the better. Particularly mention to Bianca, who made sure all our needs were taken care of as soon as we were ready to order. I would be keen to come back here in the near future, and would recommend this place to anyone looking to treat their family and friends to a nice lunch/dinner!

Visited Sunday 2nd October Service was average and slow. Numerous requests for still water and cutlery before they eventually brought it around. We weren't prompted to what we would like to order (sparkling, still or tap), yet other tables who came after us, got this service. We ordered 1.2kg Tomahawk steak and it was cooked to our preference, that is, medium rare. We also had the Rocket and Pear Salad, refreshing and a nice addition to complement the steak. Highly recommended for the food, just needs improving on the service. We asked for the bill but they didn't follow up if we were to pay cash or card. We had to chase them up to arrange payment.

We went there to celebrate birthday party for 9 people on Wednesday night. The food, view and the staff were all amazing. Everything was perfect. Thanks so much to gave us the perfect birthday night that we cannot forget. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely come back again.

I ordered the Moroccan Chicken which had so much flavour and the chicken was tender and perfectly grilled. My husband ordered the Sirloin medium rare which came out cooked well and melted in the mouth. Our servers were attentive and informative and provided great atmosphere.
