Tasty food in a unique location. Out the front you get a nifty food truck serving up fresh, clever bugers and foccacia. The food is tasty, reasonably sized and really nicely presented. The menu is all plant based. It's absolutely not in your face - pretty much anyone will eat here and have a good time! Out the back there is an industrial rope training center. So, you get to sit and eat while people are doing awesome feats of daring among incredibly high scaffolding.

This cute place was a pleasure to find. With its charming yellow van that's eye-catching from afar, and very friendly service. The Bronx Tale focacce had nice flavours, and I was impressed with how real the vegan bacon and mozzarella tasted. The only let down was the bacon and bread was kind of dry.

Such a wonderful place, I loved my experience here. Tried the Polpetz which was absolutely DELICIOUS! The crispy chips were so unique and enjoyable as well. What made this place even more lovely was the kindness, passion and warmth of the owner Lorenzo. I can't wait to come back here again and try more items!

Honestly the best focaccia i've ever had in Sydney. And a really cute little place. I had the one with meatballs today and my gosh it was delicious - the bread itself is just perfect and the filling is simple but oh so flavoursome! Will defs be back to try other things on the menu :)

This place is heaven on Earth. As one terrified of eating outside as highly allergic to dairy, I can close my eyes and order anything on the menu without thinking of. Let the owner pick the special for you, he always changes them and they are always a pleasure to eat. Thank you for the great food and company!

Yummmmy, my wife and I had the chips, foccacia meat balls in nap sauce, and eggplant fysh burger. We were so satisfied. Great food & great service. Can't wait to explore the rest of the menu.

Fred is a 'Hidden Gem" in Marrickville. Fred is a "Gem" because the food is super fresh and tasty. I got a delicious portion of vegan calamari and one excellent fish burger. The sauces were also great, and you can feel the freshness and the unique blend of the different ingredients. The guys did a fantastic job designing a new concept of plant-based street food with Italian roots. Unfortunately, Fred is a bit too "Hidden" since it is located on a secondary road in Marrickville. I wonder what these guys can do if they move the business to a more touristic and visible spot. I am really looking forward to seeing how Fred will move his next steps) in other areas in Sydney!

Super tasty, flavourful vegan food. We had the 'meatball' special focaccia made with olives and a mouthwatering combo of marinara sauce and cheese. EPIC. Can't wait to try out the rest of the menu.
