Great place to pass time and wait at Westfield Bondi Junction. Located on the top floor near the fitness first means there’s generally a little less foot traffic than other lounge areas in the Westfield. Also has a toilet right next to it for convenience. Ideal spot for waiting for someone at the gym or the various cosmetic/dental/medical suites located near by. Strategically located near the food court as well

I come to Westfield at least once a week. Always have a pleasant experience when visiting. Always busy when school holidays are on. Lots of variety in the shops they have available to look round. Great food selection even for vegan and healthier options. 5 floors of fun and enjoyment.

Large Westfield, the layout can be a little confusing especially if it's your first time there as the centre is made out of two sections separated by a road although there are plenty of information screens around to help. It's one of those places that's easier to search what's not there rather than what is. Nicely designed and one of the more luxurious shopping centres around. There are many luxury brands including Gucci and Zimmerman. There's a nice food court with plenty of seats even during busy periods, and the movie theatre is well maintained. Parking can be difficult during peak periods, there is 2 hours free parking and 3 hours if you have the Westfield app. There is an uber pick up area in the parking garage which can be helpful.

Enjoy our last visit during our vacation to Sydney. The mall is really big and there are 2 buildings connected into one. It has everything you need and a wonderful one stop place.

Pros: lots of shops, from high end fashion right through to phones and groceries Cons: Confusing / difficult car park, but can't change it now. Most recent visit there had a broken escalator, but instead of letting people walk down it, they had a security guard there blocking it off and then a barrier. I'm not sure why we couldn't just walk down it? Having to wait for lift or divert through David Jones was a pain. I have legs, I can use them to walk down non-moving stairs...

Easy to navigate and has plenty of variety for stores. It has from Kmart all the way to your luxury goods. Plenty of food in the food court and specialty areas. Area is also very accessible via train or bus. Can't go wrong shopping here.

Best shopping in Sydney! Classy, clean, and diverse! You can find items on your mind, and they don’t get sold so very quickly like in other shopping centers!….Great location too!

Great variety of shopping options. Parking and lifts to carparks not so much. Found it difficult to navigate back to the right colour carpark. Could use a few more lifts, navigation assistance on interactive screens and customer service kiosks. Otherwise a great shopping experience.

Westfield Shopping Center is an impressive shopping complex that offers an exceptional shopping experience. Its size and diversity of stores satisfy the needs of the most demanding customers. The stores are specialized and offer a wide range of products. Everything is beautifully arranged, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The staff in the center are professionally trained and extremely friendly, always ready to help visitors with advice and information. In addition to shopping, Westfield also offers a variety of cafes and restaurants, ensuring culinary satisfaction for all tastes. An added bonus is the grocery store, allowing for the purchase of fresh products. This center is truly a comprehensive destination for those seeking quality shopping, excellent food, and a pleasant environment.

Amazing place! Changed so much since I last went there. We went to the Event cinemas VMax it was clean and comfortable. The shopping centre was gorgeous and I loved the sculptures and variety of stores and restaurants. We went to Mr Yum for dinner without a booking and 14 people! They accommodated us and the food was nice, the view of the city was lovely.

So much on offer from designer brands, cafes, Lego store ,lots of parking. The Disability parking was located in a prime location with easy access. I always rely on wheelchair friendly places, and this is definitely one that caters to everyone. Ramps, lifts with easy access. All the staff we interacted with were helpful, pleasant, and eager to make our shopping experience amazing. It is nicely designed and one of the more luxurious shopping centres around. There is plenty of information screens around to help locate what you may need.

This is a huge complex with two towers of shops straddling the road with a multi-story walkway between the two. All the major shops including some luxury brands are here. There is a food court in each complex and supermarket chains in both. There is an Events Cinema. It is situated near the train and busses as there is a terminal for both. In one side in the food hall there spectacular views over Sydney including the Harbour Bridge

I just like it here. An overall nice shopping experience, with a wide range of shops. In addition, there's an excellent food court, with a variety of cuisines. Special call out to Harris Farm Markets - really like their fruit and veg.

Extremely disgusting toilets, especially next to Dior store. The smell starts miles away until you reach the restroom area. It’s never clean enough especially now when it has to be the cleanest. And is it really hard to have a sensor soap dispenser so you won’t need to press the plastic bottle everytime you wash you hands?!

2 hours isn't long enough to escape the parking underground and run the maze of shops to get what you need. $10 to park over 2 hours, and $25 for 4. Don't the shops pay for the parking spaces already? Half the spaces were empty on a Saturday. No wonder. In reply to Westfield. I do not need a membership and app to park, that's crazy and ropeable marketing.

Very lively place. Happening and fast moving, be it super market or retail or eat outs, all are entertaining and fast paced. Amidst of it there are few places which is relaxing and ever slowing down as it goes, leave it for you to check out the place. Central location that next to train station and bus stop. Fast moving traffic but not congested type. Beautiful place which accommodates car parking, corporate offices and well packed busy shopping hub as well. Recommend it.

Westfield Bondi Junction, located in the heart of Sydney's iconic Bondi suburb, is a shopping haven that offers a delightful retail experience. Having visited this shopping center recently, I am pleased to share my review of Westfield Bondi Junction. Retail Selection and Variety: Westfield Bondi Junction boasts an impressive array of retailers, ranging from renowned international brands to local boutiques. The shopping center covers a wide spectrum of fashion, accessories, beauty, electronics, home decor, and more. Shoppers can find everything they need in one convenient location, making it a go-to destination for those seeking diverse and quality shopping options. Store Layout and Navigation: The layout of Westfield Bondi Junction is well-designed, ensuring ease of navigation for visitors. The mall is spacious, and the store directory and signage are clear and informative, making it simple to locate desired shops or services. Additionally, the common areas and walkways are kept clean and tidy, providing a pleasant shopping environment. Dining and Entertainment: Westfield Bondi Junction goes beyond just shopping. The center offers a wide range of dining options, including restaurants, cafes, and fast-casual eateries. From international cuisines to local favorites, there is something to satisfy every palate. Moreover, the shopping center features a cinema complex, providing a perfect opportunity to unwind and catch the latest blockbuster after a shopping spree. Customer Service: The staff at Westfield Bondi Junction exhibit professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Whether it's at the information desk or in the stores themselves, the employees are attentive, friendly, and willing to assist shoppers with their inquiries. The level of customer service contributes to a positive shopping experience and reflects the dedication of the shopping center to customer satisfaction. Convenience and Accessibility: One of the notable advantages of Westfield Bondi Junction is its convenient location and accessibility. Situated near public transportation hubs, it is easily reachable by both public and private means. The mall provides ample parking facilities, and alternative transportation options are readily available. Additionally, the shopping center offers essential amenities such as restrooms, baby-changing facilities, and accessible access points, catering to the needs of all visitors. Events and Promotions: Westfield Bondi Junction frequently hosts events, activations, and seasonal promotions, enhancing the overall shopping experience. These initiatives add a dynamic and engaging element, attracting shoppers and offering additional value beyond traditional retail. Improvement Opportunities: While Westfield Bondi Junction offers a fantastic shopping experience, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. During peak hours, the shopping center can become quite crowded, leading to congestion and longer wait times in certain areas. The addition of more seating areas or expanded walkways could help alleviate this issue. Conclusion: Westfield Bondi Junction stands as a premier shopping destination that combines convenience, variety, and an enjoyable ambiance. With its extensive retail selection, well-designed layout, excellent customer service, and various amenities, it caters to the diverse needs of shoppers. Whether you're seeking the latest fashion trends, indulging in delectable dining options, or simply enjoying a day out, Westfield Bondi Junction promises a rewarding shopping experience that is worth visiting.

As a local visiting this complex on a weekly basis, I have recently noticed a downgrade of service. Everyday this month there has been an escalator out of action and this has been brushed off by management as a “one off occurrence” when it is not. The parking levels have changed by painting different colours on the poles but on using the elevators, the level descriptions don’t match… very confusing and there are still people parking illegally in spots on many levels with no consequence. I stopped going to Eastgardens because of the poor service ethic with basic services like escalators, it seems Bondi Junction is heading down the same path. Very disappointed.

Went into the carpark and found one spot couldn’t use it as it would have been 6 point reverse to use it. Narrow lanes, poor signage and poor lighting. Only good thing was easy exit (found it by mistake) straight to Griffin. I’ve never been to a shopping center with poor carpark design. Now I know why people told me don’t got to this Westfield. Reply to Westfield - you ask me to email you about improvements.how about fixing the lights and signage. As per my above comment. Your reply reads as stock stranded. We reply and thus they think we care you are not fooling anyone

Overall, this is a really good shopping centre with an abundance of retail shops and a good mix too. One area of improvement is in managing the lifts. Unfortunately the only way for parents with prams, shopping carts or the elderly to go to different levels is via the lifts but often have to wait a long time. I would recommend that a sign be put on the lifts to encourage people to use the escalators instead and leave the lifts for those people that need to use them.

Yesterday I was struggling to find where I wanted to go, I approached an older gentleman sweeping near lovisa, he was able to help me find my way with such kindness and patience. Soon after walking away from him, I noticed the information desk no more than 3m from where I asked for the help. He could have easily told me to ask the girls at the information counter, but instead he helped me without any judgement. Thank you!

The mall is very big and has a lot of shops. Not being a frequent visitor, I always felt lost in the mall whenever I visited. Great 3-4 hours free parking with Westfield+ membership (free) and free parking after 6pm, but the mall’s entrance was closed when I tried to go back to the car park after 10pm, took me a while but still couldn’t find an entrance into the mall/the car park. I ended up having to walk down the car entrance. It would be great if they can make it easier / with clearer guidance for after hour car park entry given the car park is still open until 1am

I've noticed lately that people walk with their dogs inside the shopping centre which indicates that Westfield is becoming dog friendly. This is so beautiful and heartwarming to see and even entertaining (some dogs are just funny). Watching these dogs in the centre brings smiles on our faces and keeps us in a good mood. Westfield, please continue to allow dogs inside, it great !! We're loving it !! :)

Great Westfield. Pristinely clean kept throughout. Shops fit for all needs. Loads of eatery places for everyone of all ages. Great parking facilities hassle free. Awesome cinema. Best of all its a friendly safe quiet relaxed place that comes with none of the none sense you see in other Centers.

Best shopping centre in Sydney, with plenty of parking, ample shops (big range of low end and upmarket stores), decent sized food court with lots of options, and many cafes throughout the centre. Easy way to spend a few hours wandering through. Great bathroom facilities too with plenty of parents rooms.

Bondi Junction is a good mall, has a large selection of stores to go into. The interior of Bondi Junction is clean, well lit and looks modern. The width of the 'footpath' outside of the stores is great, as plenty if space to walk without bumping or having to move out of the way for someone. One issue I had with this westfield was that their wasn't any escalators that had ramps, Instead os steps. Which was a little annoying, as if I was using a trolley I would need to find a elevator to go down/up to the level I wanted. Which the elevators are far more of a distance to walk to then the escalators; which is a hassle and makes it annoying to use a trolley. A downside to this westfield, is that all the stores feel like their randomly placed inside the shopping centre. Eg if you want to go to a store, you have to go onto a specific level then go to the other attached building and go up another level.

  • 4/5 Faraday L. 1 year ago on Google
Great shops. Parking is horrid. It's a maze of many levels, joined by rat tunnels. Be warned, if you exit by 1 lift to the shops, go back by another, you'll be lost forever in the carpark. Being large with so many entrances, each time you visit there will be several broken ways as per Westfield standard.

  • 4/5 Alisdair S. 1 year ago on Google
Big shopping centre with lots of things for sale. Busy but clean food court. Probably worth a visit if you have cash to burn in ridiculous amounts. Plenty of make brands from around the world here. It's an impressive amount of space, well connected with public transport and a 15 minute bus ride from the beaches.

  • 5/5 Dhiraj Kumar M. 1 year ago on Google
My observation is that in this mall you will feel as if you are shopping in Airport. If you brought someone with closed eyes and take them inside they will think that they are in Airport. All international big brands shops and everything inside is so tidy and shining which we usually see in big Airports across the world.

As per me it is one of the best Westfield in this region. Extremely conveniently located : just a few steps from the railway station. All stores have a very good collection especially Myer. I did a lot of shopping from here.

  • 4/5 Kim S. 8 months ago on Google
Lots of rave reviews about this mall and there is a good collection of retailers here. However, the parking is awfully confusing, consistently busy and not at all simple or easy to navigate. Not every car park entry accepts trolleys and not every elevator or escalator will be working. I’d recommend this for a long day of shopping but it’s not a good option if you want an ‘in-and-out’ experience.

  • 4/5 Martin L. 7 months ago on Google
Good shopping centre and ample parking underneath. But if it's your first time there, don't make the mistake of thinking that taking a photo of the pillar row and floor numbers is enough to guide you back to your car. No sir-ee. It's a labyrinth. Stuff your pocket full of pebbles and drop one every couple of metres so you can retrace your steps. Otherwise you'll be there until Christmas trying to find your car.

A wide variety of shops. Harris farm is pretty good, can sometimes buy imperfect fruits at reasonable prices. Though queues can be long the checkout is quick as there are a lot of cashiers. The parking though can be tricky. Make sure you take a photo of where you park and try to go back the same way

  • 3/5 Skater B. 4 months ago on Google
This place is so big it can be a bit overwhelming, especially if you can't locate an exit. Elevators are slow moving and it's often much quicker to move between floors using the trolley-friendly escalators. Situated on the block immediately to the east of the Bondi Junction public transport interchange hub.

We have just had a very bad experience trying to locate our car in the Westfield Bondi Junction car park. Having parked our car next to a pillar bearing the mark S3 blue, to return to it we needed to exit the lift at R2 blue. Clearly the signage within the car park does not match any of the signage outside lifts on each level. When seeking assistance from directory staff, we were told many people are disoriented by the ambiguous and confusing signage and struggle to find their cars. To add insult to injury, we overstayed our 2 hour free parking limit and had to pay on exit. It would be very beneficial if Westfield engaged professionals to improve Wayfinding within their complexes. Additionally, more operating and faster lifts would be of great value.

Shopping mall
