wish
I
could
leave
zero
stars.
I
booked
a
VIP
table
for
my
hen's
party
at
Zeta
Bar
through
this
company
and
paid
$350
for
a
table
in
the
VIP
section
about
2
months
in
advance.
Upon
arrival
on
the
day,
they
had
no
record
of
the
booking
and
had
given
my
table
away
to
another
group.
(As
you
can
imagine,
this
is
very
upsetting
when
it's
meant
to
be
for
a
special
occasion.)
The
staff
were
very
unapologetic.
They
made
us
stand
out
in
the
cold
rain
whilst
they
figured
out
who
made
the
mistake
with
my
booking.
Finally,
they
gave
us
a
different
table
that
had
the
wrong
name
'Taylor,
6
people'
on
the
sign
and
when
we
queried
it,
they
brought
back
a
different
sign
with
the
same
wrong
name
on
it.
Per
my
arrangement
when
I
made
the
booking,
I
was
to
be
given
13
passes
for
guests
at
my
table
(normally
they
only
give
10),
but
of
course,
that
was
forgotten
about
too
and
I
was
only
given
10
passes.
Two
of
the
girls
in
my
group
who
took
and
Uber
to
the
venue
(still
part
of
the
group
of
13
and
there
were
only
9
of
us
at
the
table
at
this
stage)
were
harangued
at
the
door
by
the
staff
and
were
told
they
had
to
pay
$30
to
get
in.
After
explaining
several
times
the
arrangement,
I
think
the
door
person
just
wanted
to
get
rid
of
them,
so
let
them
in
Zeta
Bar.
A
couple
more
girls
came
later
(having
11
girls
at
the
table
now)
and
since
the
record
of
the
13
passes
was
lost,
they
were
harangued
as
well.
Additionally,
a
lot
of
the
girls
in
my
group
were
unhappy
with
the
music
for
the
exorbitant
fee
they
charged
us.
They
left
my
hen's
night
quite
early
and
I
can't
help
but
think
it's
due
to
the
lack
of
a
vibe
at
this
place.
I
reached
out
to
Elite
Nightclub
asked
for
a
refund
due
to
the
mistake
and
they
refused.
They
said
they
"don't
issue
refunds,"
but
I
think
an
exception
needs
to
be
made
on
this
occassion
as
the
end
of
my
hen's
night
was
completely
ruined.
I'm
hoping
when
they
see
this,
they
will
issue
the
refund
before
I
raise
the
issue
with
my
bank.
Honestly,
the
experience
at
Zeta
Bar
with
Elite
Nightclub
was
more
than
disappointing
and
put
a
dark
cloud
over
an
otherwise
pleasant
evening
and
hen's
night.
Unless
you
want
to
be
forgotten
about,
have
your
booking
lost,
and
have
to
fight
for
something
you
already
paid
for,
book
somewhere
else.
There
are
so
many
better
places
to
party
in
Sydney.
