Went on Easter Sunday. Half the restaurants at Marrickville Metro were closed so we walked into this one after seeing their Yumcha menu offer. We ended up ordering a la carte. Was amazed at how quick the service is especially on an Easter Sunday. Very generous portion, waiters were friendly. Price is very very reasonable I’d say cheap considered the portion.

Fantastic dumplings. Enjoyed the beef & onions and pork & chive dumplings. The pork buns are some of the best I have ever had. Bit of a struggle with language barrier ordering and a bit of pricing difference between what is on the menu compared to what you will be charged. Well worth a visit top shelf dumplings!

It was a delight to find China Fusion, service from friendly staff was exceptional they took note that we didn't order rice with our 2 dishes which we accidentally marked the wrong box in the menu form. The servings are generous and 3 dishes will cost approximately $50. The specials looked good, will definitely be coming back to try more on the menu.

We have lunch today (4 people). Second time we have been to this restaurant. Food is fresh and delicious. Eggplant is one of my favourite dishes. Great atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. Very impressive and a big thank you to the owner.

Really enjoyed the fried rice and special beef (literally the name of the dish). We also ordered the pecking duck. However, it wasn't the best. Still good eat though. We would visit again, particularly for the fried rice - that was quality.

Celebrated mid autumn festival with my mom at China Fusion, it was an absolute pleasure dining experience and the Deluxe Lobster set menu & signature eggplant are amazing 👍

Location of this restaurant is on point, at the dining precinct of Marrickville Metro. Finding a parking spot is not a problem at all. Modern space with warm inviting interior. Dishes we ordered were tasty and flavoursome. Must-try is their pork belly, it's beyond delicious.

From the moment we arrived, the service as amazing. Warm & friendly and wanted to help with all our requests. It’s been so long since I had Chinese food where it wasn’t too oily/greasy. The food was flavoursome and fresh! Will gladly go back again & again.

The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide range and a mixture of traditional Chinese and unique dishes on the menu. The portions were also very generous, so I was able to try multiple dishes without feeling too stuffed. The staff were friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure everything was to my liking. The restaurant itself was also nicely decorated and had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would defiantly recommend this restaurant!

I won't be coming back to this restaurant. Fried chicken doesn't taste at all. The waiter tried to throw the dirty spoon into the dish. The food was served very slowly. On average, a dish is served in half an hour. Dishes are only good looking on the outside. It tastes so-so.

Just close ur eyes and make it order randomly. We ordered xiaolongbao. They are not in this photo. Not. Highly recommend. Extremely delicious. Friday nights are always so busy. Remember to book a table

The chef here masters all kinds of seafoods ranging from prawn to abalone. Must try their lobster soup if you are a seafood lover (booking may required).

This restaurant has some really good dishes, particularly the sweet and sour barramundi and eggplant dish. Highly memorable dishes and very comparable to good authentic Chinese dishes. Did not remember to take photos of every dish as they all looked so appetising that my mouth took over before my mind remembers to take photos. Will definitely come back again to try more dishes. The only reason they lost a star is because of the slow food service as they appeared short staffed and were dealing with heaps of takeaway orders and dine in customers.

Their China Fusion style braised eggplant gets 5/5 easily and was the star of our dinner here. I absolutely loved this! It was such an incredibly delicious saucy delight with perfect crispness on the outside and melt in your mouth softness inside. We also tried some lovely xiao long bao and dumplings - I love that it's all made fresh in store. For something a bit more different, the cereal butter king prawns were so plump and had a unique tasty flavour.

Love everything. All the dishes were excellent. Peking duck 10/10.

Definitelly our go to restaurant!! We orderred all these items for less than $100!!!! So delicious and very generous.. we are very happy with the service and the food comes really fast 🥰🥰

The pork belly and eggplant are must try. The owner is quite nice too. Will probably go again if we're in the area.

Such a great addition to the Marrickville Metro Smidmore precinct; between two of us we ordered a mountain of food, but we didn't care because it was so tasty! Food arrives ad hoc in whatever order the kitchen prepares it in so be prepared to share and enjoy a casual vibe. It was a very salty meal but definitely adding some veggies balances it out. Main critique is that ordering yourself on the paper menu can be tricky as not all items located in the printed menu can be found on the sheet, leading to some confusion and occasional disappointment. But fans of good Chinese food should definitely give it a try.

We had dinner here last night and every dish was fantastic. The quality equaled and at times exceeded those at the much lauded Mr Wong. China Fusion is a wonderful surprise and we are lucky to have something this exceptional available locally.

Had dinner here last night with my partner and friends. We ordered the sizzling Mongolian beef, sweet and sour pork, salt and pepper king prawns, Yang Zhou fried rice, prawn dumplings, and spicy wontons. Each dish was tasty and full of flavour. The service was attentive and the food came out fast. Will definitely return.

My favourite spot for Chinese food, I love the Cereal Butter Prawns so much! Have done dine-in and takeaways, and everyone in my family from my immigrant Shanghainese parents to my nephew love eating from here. I wish they could open a second restaurant closer to where I live, because I would eat from there all the time!

My third time here and it never fails to delight the tastebuds. A must try is the braised eggplant China fusion style. So delicious and flavoursome. We also tried the whole barramundi in mandarin sauce and that was delicious. I can also recommend the Mongolian lamb and the dumplings. The staff are friendly, attentive and delightful. Service is excellent. I will definitely be back.

Loved my visit here. The staff here were really helpful and helped us understand how much we should order and what dishes go well with each other. All the food looked incredible and there were a lot of different flavours and styles available. My family and I really enjoyed it.

Found this place by chance when I walked by and saw they had a gluten free menu. I was impressed by how many options they had. I’m so glad we stayed to eat there. We got three dishes that were big enough that we had left overs to take home. We will definitely be going back as finding Chinese food with gluten free options is rare. Delicious!
