I wanted to give this place 5 stars but after a bit of thought I couldn't justify more than 3 - 4, mainly because of the price and that what we got didn't really match what we ordered. Food and service were great. The loaded fries have amazing flavour, although chips were super salty at the bottom, they could have had a bit more sauce and, for the price I was expecting more chips than the serve had. We ordered the beef burger and the crispy chicken. Unfortunately, my chicken burger was not a double fillet but more like part of a fillet and had shredded lettuce - no slaw in sight. Made for a very overpriced chicken burger. Flavour of the beef burger was really good but we got onions when we asked for none. Burgers are nicely wrapped and boxed - made it super easy to eat. Drinks are sit down restaurant prices not commensurate with a take away food van in an automotive lot and dearer than most takeouts - but good quality drinks. In fact, all the prices are similar or a bit dearer than a dine in burger joint and that stung quite a bit. So, this is not a place I will frequent - it's just too expensive.

From the bottom of my heart, this place makes the best burger in Sydney. The Smokey BBQ chicken burger is delightful, also mix snack pack is legend guys! The boss and staffs are friendly. Anyone read this comment please order right now, you guys need to try their burger 🤯

Where have you guys been all my life?! If you're in the Sydenham/Marrickville area, drop everything and head to Blazing Burgers right now. The Anda Shami Burger is divine - unlike anything you've had before; the beef patti just melts... MELTS in your mouth. Asad is an amazing cook and his team are very courteous, polite & accommodating. One bite and you'll be addicted and coming back for more and telling all your friends about it. Conveniently located near Sydenham train station. Pleasant ambience and fantastic customer service. One of the very few places open beyond midnight, Ali should be proud for providing amazingly tasty and filling burgers and snack packs to those in the Inner West Sydney. Ali is very friendly, polite, has great customer service and maintains a place with an awesome vibe. Highly recommended!

Mate had shared this place with us. Came and was excited to try it, we showed up a bit early so we were waiting for the shop owner to arrive. When Ali arrived, he was incredibly friendly and straight away started cooking for us... And my God, I had hands down the best burger I've ever had in Sydney in the Marrickville burger. I'm not kidding, I'm craving more as I type this review out. Ali and his service was an additional plus on top of the actual food itself. We were also able to try the loaded fries which didn't disappoint and was equally as good. I can't stress enough how amazing this burger was and despite living south west 40 mins away, I am excited to come back soon. Great stuff they're doing at blazing burgers!

Honestly the Marrickville burger with egg might actually be the best burger I've ever had. The loaded fries and oreo shake were great as well. Ali there was awesome too, highly recommend 👌

I love anda shami because it's a typical Pakistani burger and their beef burgers are amazing too and service is great and specially that young man Mandeep is so good and always works like a machine.

Amazing burgers. We ordered the beef and Anda shami. Yes. They have Anda Shami burger (egg and beef kebab patty burger with lots of green chutney). Very authentic to South Asian Street food yet modern. Fries were nicely loaded. Boys served us and extremely humble brothers running the truck 👏🏽👏🏽

The food is excellent for a food truck and they have seating with fairy lights for your late night eaters. The owner is polite and always gets to know his regular customers. This is a nice hidden local place to catch a late meal.

These guys deserve an award! The fact you make the best veggie burger I’ve ever had in my life at 3am is incredible. Thank you for all your hard work, I appreciate this place so much. Also the onions rings are fantastic :)

My new favorite burger in Marrickville. I had the Double Beef Burger with Blazing sauce..not too spicy.. but delicious. They serve real chips that are super crunchy. Yum

Delicious burgers, don’t rate the onion rings, still waiting for my milkshake but 5 star review because the owner has a nice voice (he used to work at a radio station apparently!), ice cream is stocking up next week and of course very friendly customer service including with my random requests for less salt on my burgers. They are very accommodating - much appreciated!

If you're looking for a late night feed around the inner west, this is absolutely one of the best. The Marrickville burger was so good I'm thinking about picking up another one tomorrow. Chips are ✨c r i s p y✨ and well seasoned, and the blokes behind the counter are always good value. Don't order from uber eats, it tastes best HOT, and much cheaper to give them a call and pick it up yourself. See you next time!

Probably one of the nicest burgers I’ve had. Everything is cooked fresh when you order and they taste amazing. Service is also really friendly!

This place makes some next level burgers and is open til great hours for us to pop down on night shifts for some great food. Even when we come down with multiple orders, Ali gets it right every time! I recommend that Oreo Shake, tastes amazing 🤩

Chips were super undercooked onions aswell, too and barely any cheese sauce.the whole ordered tasted lazily rushed.

Sydney has a few burger food trucks around in quiet places in town that you aren't likely to accidentally walk past but so far this us the only one who has given me a flavourful burger. Browned on the outside, juicy on the inside, not much competition after midnight. Chips are a mixed bag, half of mine were great and half were undercooked. Location is a bit unfortunate, gee it's a bit dark and isolated on this side of town so you'll want to go by car or something.

Amazing burgers all around. Really enjoyed their Marrickville burger - has both chicken and beef! Wasn't sure of it when I ordered - but totally happy that I did. Tripple beef was a stunner and so was the egg / beef (anda shami) burger. Will recommend and will return if I am in the area. Thank you :)

Unexpectedly found this place here after everywhere is closed. Owner is friendly and food is great! The portions are big giving good value. The loaded fries and jalapeno poppers stood out.

Blazing burgers are one of the best burger places I have ever tried. I can't eat much, but there was no way I was going to miss out on such a juicy, tasty, and filling meal. I ate a whole burger for one of the very few times ever. I highly recommend the chefs special chicken burger, which had pineapple and beetroot, and it did not disappoint! The burgers are filled very generously, and the sauce matches perfectly with the burgers. My partner also loved his beef burger, so you may need to make multiple visits like we did :) The service was the best. The owner was kind in suggesting and recommending burgers to match our taste, and he was honest. He let us know what would fill us up and what wouldn't. He and his employees are even kind enough to leave the burger truck and deliver burgers straight your car. We ate them right away because the location allowed for excessive, legal parking, and we very easily made our way back home. It was not hard to find the burger joint as they had fairy lights at the front of their premises indicating where they were. Overall, I have nothing wrong to say about this place and would highly recommend it over any burger joint! If you are looking for fine dining, though, this is not the place. The atmosphere is more chill, quiet, and isolated. It's great for late night hunger, and their business hours are perfect for this also.

The burgers and chips were incredibly tasty and very generous in portion size. Was pleasantly surprised to find this spot open at 3am and the great service provided was an extra cherry on top. Highly recommend the grilled chicken wrap and beef burger, along with their blazing sauce and chips. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent burger truck around the Marrickville area, definitely one of my top favourite burgers in Sydney. (Halloumi or Marrickville burgers are my favourite.) Affordable burger, chip and drink combo (< $20) , fast and friendly service, music and reasonable parking across the street. Can't go wrong, even late at night!

Had that classic cheeseburger and it was so so so so unbelievably good!!! I will 100% come back for another one! Well well done. Pricing was also reasonable and staff kind and bubbly. Great work Blazing burgers team!

So glad I stopped and finally gave this place a go. What a hidden gem. Super fresh, juicy beef, the Blazin sauce is like Big Mac sauce on crack. Reasonably priced for such generous serves too. This is gonna be a regular 🤤
