Needed something last minute (my fault) and wanted kitchen space but I wouldn't recommend this place. Clearly the only cleaning they do between guests is change the towels and sheets (or at least I hope they do that). The bathroom floor was covered in hairs, the tiles needed a good scrub, curtains had blood stains (best not to think about how they got there), curtain rail is sellotaped together, kitchenware not cleaned, sofa arms dislodged and more. Reception I think I saw behind the desk about 3 days out of 2 weeks (including hours they were supposed to be there). Would also be good to have some standards in the kitchen (cooking oil, kitchen roll, salt etc) but I don't think they actually expect people to cook. Also worth pointing out it is a bit closer to the airport station but if you're getting to metro you'll pay the extra surcharge to go from there so instead you're going to want to go to Mascot, which is about a 25 minute walk away.

The location of the apartment is perfect for anyone who needs to catch an early morning flight or arrive late at night. It is just a few minutes away from the airport, which makes it very convenient. The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained. It had all the amenities that one would need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, which made cooking meals very easy. The living room was spacious and had a comfortable couch and TV, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling.

Worst place to stay. Dirty. Wifi even 4g on your phone does not work because of bad reception.

$500 for 3 nights, we got disgusting experience here!!! The room extremely dirty, the blanket was covered yellow stains, previous guests black hairs on the blanket and in shower etc 😳😳🤯🤢🤮

This is the worst hotel ever. it is very dirty here, there is a disgusting smell in the room, the shower cabin is dirty, the blanket is stained, I'm even afraid to think what kind of stains it is, kitchen utensils are greasy, you need to wash them before using them, hoods with a layer of dust, a sofa with stains in general, very dirty and not worth any money! Unfortunately the owner apparently doesn't care about his own business, people don't waste your money on this disgusting hotel! Owner hire cleaners who can't recognize leftover dirt from previous occupants!

Very confusing to find. No signage anywhere. Bed was hard as a rock and extremely uncomfortable along with the pillows. Reception lady was very friendly though.

A little tired and run down now, but can see the attraction of staying at these as they are convenient for the airport and also the train/bus links to central Sydney and all the attractions on the harbour. The electric socket in kitchen was broken so we couldn’t boil the kettle in the kitchen and had to use the side table to boil kettle and use toaster. There were loads of stains on curtains, sofa and the bathroom was grubby. Needs some money spending on them to bring them back to their former glory and a good deep clean wouldn’t go amiss

Okay value for money; if you manage to get a booking at around AU$100. Not worth more in my opinion. Cracks in the walls (the walls had slumped enough to make the door hard to open and close). Late 90s decor. Worn, dirty looking, blue polyester carpet. A minimal level of cleaning (stains on the tiles, etc.). Instead of doing the occasional deep clean, they spray overpowering cheap air freshener through the rooms to cover up the stale smell. Passive aggressive 'Dear guest' notices all over the suite; making it the customer's problem that they have installed temperamental, hard-to-use aircon and over-sensitive smoke detectors, and saying they'll charge you an extra $30 to do your dishes. The bedroom was towards the back of the apartment, with no windows. This made it quiet and dark, which was great, especially considering that there's a very busy intersection and an airport right outside.

Accommodation is ok. But too noisy due to highway right outside your door and all windows are locked so any cooking will ring the fire alarm and get the whole fire brigade coming

Not bad room its comfortable, quite and spacious. Reception was very accommodating to my schedule. Do wish wifi would have been working but she did put a trouble ticket in. The room could of also been cleaned better but it may have been It needs to be updated. It is close to the restaurant a couple of blocks, the 400 bus stops just outside.

The cleanliness was up to standard and the front desk staff, particularly Diana, was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Sydney Airport Suites to all travelers visiting Sydney.

This is quite an old place and could really use some good amount of renovation. But as for the price and location especially if you want to stay somewhere close to the airport, I would definitely recommend the place

Horrible wouldn’t want anyone to stay here Advertise TV’s with foxtel they don’t work at all Shower leaked spraying all over bathroom floor Kitchen light flicker continuously enough to cause a medical episode The toilet didn’t flush half the time Air conditioning didn’t work well at all Rooms are definitely not bright enough can hardly see of a night Had a horrible smell when we arrived like human urine Beds had stains on them and weren’t clean at all upon arrival what looked like human urine stains all over it we had to take it off before we could sleep in it When I contacted the manager to discuss was basically told there was nothing she could do about it

Excellent accommodation close to airport. Will definitely stay here again. Incredible hospitality, beautiful apartment and clean facilities, could not recommend more highly!

Great position, close to the shops and domestic airport. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and always happy to help. I highly recommend it.

Not worth the price paid. The place is tired and run down and in need of a desperate reno or update. Pictures online are deceiving as this definetly isn't a 4 star property. Cleaners need to do a refresher course in cleaning also I think as apartment was dirty with previous persons underwear left in laundry. Will be staying elsewhere on our next trip to Sydney.

The place is smelly. The customer service is non-existent. Best to avoid staying in this place.

The studio is enough space but the ventilation is not enough when you cooking.

The deluxe single bedroom apartment I occupied for 2 days was well presented, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location is convenient but if you're driving you'll need to enter the one-way rear lane from the northern end to access the carpark or unload anything, but this is not difficult. Car parking costs extra per night and the car spaces are tight and awkward for medium and large vehicles. Reception services operate on limited hours but the key collection was easy and the staff helpful.

The receptionist was always missing and the room was old, smelly, moldy and dark. And even though it looks close to the airport the pedestrian way is blocked by highway so you have to walk ~45mins. The only good thing is large room size, so I guess it is accetable if you have a few people and low on budget.

It's clean and comfortable with all the facilities needed for a longer stay, allowing you to cook Your Own meals, and do laundry etc which saves you 💲💲💲!!! And the location means that everything is walking distance and that's a big plus. Was very happy with my couple of weeks staying while I searched for a more permanent rental property,. Would recommend

This is the second time that my family have stayed at these Apartments and for us ticks all the boxes. The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable, close to all the places we needed to go to and plenty of food outlets to enjoy. The AEA had everything that we could ask for, well stocked with cutlery, plates, and pots and pans. We didn't need for anything. Great too, that it had a washing machine and dryer. The central heating was lovely although we hardly used it because the weather was so beautiful. Our hosts were gracious and accomodating and one thing I really loved was they gave us our privacy. if ever we are in Sydney and need accomodation this is the Go-To place for us. Thank you so much we really enjoyed our stay there!!

well average place. sheets weren't cleaned properly, still had 2 different coloured hairs in my bed. rooms were generally pretty clean. building, was just a little run down. Air con works well tho!
