We had a sapphire ring resized. What a delight to be assisted by two absolute gentlemen. Their manner and service is superb, and their dedication to the craft is second to none. We had not noticed that one small stone was cracked, this stone was replaced gratis. We were delighted and so impressed, such old fashioned service is still in-fashion - if you know where to look.

They are friendly, approachable and honest.
