Hi everybody I give BCF a five star they do after pay and I bought a tent off them which was a 12 man tent and quite large I clicked and collected they sent me an email and said that it was ready to be picked up within an hour of placing the order I turned up to the store I showed them my invoice they brought out my tent . The service I got when I turned up was great the person who brought out my tent showed me how to use the tent or put it up and I was quite happy with all the service I thank you BCF for such a good service I highly recommend anybody going to Taylors Beach BCF from MWH

Asked for help to purchase a $1000 portable fridge. Asked for help from an old bloke. He told me he was “a little busy at the moment”... Went elsewhere! 2021 - the year of no manners or management.

Asked to buy a rocking camp chair after waiting in line at counter. Old bloke says we need to bring to counter. We asked where are they. He told us to find floor staff. Told him we couldn’t find anyone in the 600m small shop. He told us he was busy serving. There were 2 other people serving. Just a tnuc!

The manager of this store couldn't even stay open for 1 minutes past close (I even rang ahead 10 minutes to let them know I'd be 1 minute late) to serv me for a part I desperately needed for the next early morning start. Thanks for the terrible service.

Super friendly and helpful staff

Pretty poor customer service. Ordered and paid for custom made mattresses back in December 2021..waited till February then told they hadn't sent the order..chased up 3 times still being stuffed around. Not impressed at all. On the positive side they do have a good selection of in store items just don't order anything through their process unless you are very very patient.

Nice shop and great staff

I went to BCF Taylor's beach today to buy a daiwa double clutch lure, I couldn't find them, I went and found a staff member(old grey headed fella)and asked where they were, he pointed and said over there, I said where and with a rude reply he said right in front of ya and walked behind the counter, wow(and he is the store manager)I left the store with no lure and will never purchase another thing from BCF Taylor's beach ever again. I drove to tackleword Nelson Bay and they were too Happy to serve me and walked out with $125 worth of lures, i will be spending my $ here in the future and will let all my fisho friends know to shop here

Tried to leave this review on BCF web page but couldn't. I cannot say enough about how helpful and professional the staff at Taylors were. Not only did i find a rod i didn't think was in stock anywhere in Australia but the way the staff went above and beyond to help me on two other items was beyond anybody's expectations. Working in retail myself i am in awe of the team at Taylors and want to give them a huge shout out, well done guys keep it up.

Good shop helpful staff and management

Smaller shop, but a fine selection of things. Staff were knowledgeable abd helpful, particularly when i wasn't sure which esky to buy.

The guys were very helpful and assisted me in buying new reels, rods and fishing gear, as well as winding on new line onto a reel.

Some clearance specials on offer. Hubby picked up a Macpac jacket for $74, flannel shirt for $15 & we got a few other items required for van. Helz was friendly and helpful
