There’s certain members of reception that are great, however I’ve had one person in particular double charge me for services on numerous occasions, not send through treatment plans as requested, and the reception team are so slack with picking up the phone. I have to call back maybe 4-5 times and sit on hold for 20 minutes minimum to talk to someone. As a practice that no longer bulk bills this is pretty poor form. I understand there’s many enquires to get through but you seriously need to get a better system.

Glebe Medical Centre is full of caring doctors and staff, who have been really helpful and kind to me and to a friend who has a lot of disabilities as he gets older. Dr Dunlop is a brilliant and caring doctor who has helped me sort out problems that had been troubling me for years. Desk staff also very kind and helpful. Access is also good if you are disabled. Recommended!

Dr Eric Chan was fantastic, I saw him today with my partner and we were both very impressed with his knowledge and empathy. The whole practice appeared well-run and efficient. The reception staff were on the ball and the clinic nurse was gentle with vaccinations. The other doctors were Fellowship trained and their professionalism shows. Will definitely be coming back to the practice

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Chan and the entire team at Glebe Medical Centre. Their level of skill, professionalism, and friendliness truly stood out. What also impressed me was their efficiency in scheduling appointments – I was able to secure a slot quickly and effortlessly. Additionally, the straightforward appointment process added to the convenience. The proximity of a pharmacy right next door was another noteworthy advantage, making it all the more convenient. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend this medical centre to others seeking quality care and a hassle-free experience.

Everytime I see a doctor at Glebe Medical Centre I get the best care and ethical service. Dr Maha Qidwai conducted a really comprehensive assessment, was very informative whilst showing a perfect amount of empathy. I highly recommend her.

I’ve been going to Glebe Medical Centre for a number of years now and have found all the female drs I’ve seen there to be very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it’s difficult to see the same one for a period of time as they change so often . I had been seeing Dr Elizabeth Dunlop recently who has been great but unfortunately was off for my scheduled phone appt to get some results back with her so as it was just results I rebooked with another dr. I had just a 3 minute phone call with another dr to find out the results and was then called by reception To finalise a bill for the phone appt, on top of the standard consult fee I’d had the week previously. I know it states that fees apply but I have never been charged by any dr I’ve seen there for results before, even when the results phone call has taken much longer ! So for a 3 minute phone call , I find that ridiculous. And will unfortunately be looking for a different medical centre now.

Dr Nick Loukarkis is always friendly. He always goes that little bit further. He is very easy to talk to whether it's for myself or my teenage son. Adam on the front desk is very helpful whether I speak to him on the phone or at the surgery.

Went to the Glebe Medical Centre for my fourth COVID vaccination today. So quick, so slick! In and out in no time. Very well organised. Super friendly, helpful staff as well. 10/10!!

Has a clean and organized lobby. Welcoming and friendly front desk staff and have had good experiences with multiple doctors at this clinic. Super handy that it's right next to a chemist as well

I had a wonderful experience at Glebe Medical centre, from the receptionist team, to the GP (Dr Chan) to the pathology nurse. All team members were friendly, professional, kind and helpful. I felt valued and treated as a real (and important!) person. The clinic itself is clean and lovely, with a spacious waiting area and lots of information on offer. I’ve happily found my life-time clinic!

Front desk team are so lovely, Christmas decorations were amazing, so nice and cheerful to walk in to. Saw physio Andrew with Occhealth who’s also amazing, as is Jess I’ve seen previously. Overall just a great place and great energy.

Hands down bad clinic. They increased their pricing despite no increase in quality. They don't give you any option to receive test results by email or phone, and make you come in and pay their elevated fees yet again just to have someone read information from a sheet of paper. Rude, passive aggressive receptionists who don't do a good job. Takes them ages to do basic stuff like send an email or hand you change. Most doctors I've seen were nice, but one in particular was awful.

Attended to see a Dr and felt so comfortable when walking in. The reception staff were very welcoming and made me feel important. After seeing the Dr who actually took the time to listen and diagnose me and even get to know me, I left with a Referral and script in hand, on my way out I was greeeted by a staff member who made me feel welcome and after a brief chat she was able to book me in to see the physio that day to help with my issue. So down the road I went for a quick coffee and back in to see the physio who was just as professional and welcoming as the Dr. I don’t think I will ever go to another practice ever again.

Genuinely the nicest people and practitioners I’ve dealt with and can’t thank them enough. I thought I hit the jackpot when I met Dr Bosnjak but in the instances where he’s been unavailable, I’ve met with Dr Roy and today, I met Dr Chan, both of whom were equally as kind, personable, curious and attentive. I live in Double Bay now and the trip is a bit longer but the care received is entirely worth it. The receptionist Keira (?) was lovely too 🥹

I didn’t make an appointment beforehand, but they managed to squeeze me in in 30 minutes. Doctor Eric Chan was very nice! He asked me my symptoms, measured my blood pressure, took my temperature and then he prescribed medication for me!

Dr Hagen is an exceptional doctor with a kind and supportive nature. I legit cannot endorse her enough! Goes above and beyond and never makes you feel insignificant or burdensome.

Second time here, and they are so polite. They make the patient feel so comfortable. Thanks Dr Daniel Bosnjak. For sure will be my favourite medical centre. (But I hope not to return here soon 😅) Grazie, ciao

I had a very helpful experience from the receptionist who was very kind and calm to the lovely doctor I saw who helped me. I have been without a gp for over a year now, so I'm pleased to find this clinic and the lovely doctor I saw.

Me and my partner see DR Eric Chan and we couldn’t be happier. We always feel well looked after. DR Chan is an amazing doctor who is very caring, understanding and knowledgeable.

We have been going to this centre for around 5 years. All of the doctors have been fantastic. I’ve been through two pregnancies with them and they are really caring with me and with my children. The nurse who gives the vaccinations is amazing. She even remembers both of my children’s names, even though they only see her for vaccinations. Highly recommend

Receptionist fit me in at the last minute, even being a new patient. And didn’t give away my spot in the queue when I was late due to short notice / traffic / trying to find a park. The doctor I saw was incredibly empathetic and put me at ease while discussing my rather embarrassing issue. I’ll definitely be back.

I love Glebe Medical. I’ve been going for 6 years and never had a bad experience! Dr Miriam Jarrett has been my regular doctor for 5 years and she is AMAZING!!!! She is helpful and thoughtful. She is also great with my 4 year old son (she is also his doctor).

The staff members at Glebe Medical Centre are very friendly and professional. I took my father there for this first Pfizer shot recently (his third covid shot - my parents came to Australia a couple of weeks ago). GMC booked him in and saw him very quickly. The nurse was very efficient and friendly. Thank you!

My first visit to Dr Sharon Hagen and I could not speak more highly of her thorough and professional manner which at the same time is warm & approachable. It is a bonus that the Practice also offers other services all on the same premises. I feel very confident that I have finally found the Doctor I have been seeking for some time.

Outstanding service and timeliness. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help all who came in. Every time a new patient came in, they were attended to politely, efficiently and compassionately. The team went out of their way to schedule walk-ins. My Dr (Nick Loukakis), is fantastic and highly recommended.
