    I’ve set myself goals and spoke in depth with Eleni about them. I plan to complete one more marathon before my legs give up. Due to work commitments it’s been challenging but Eleni has helped massively in setting up my sessions so I can get good results. I’ve lost weight(lockdown) and I also feel stronger. I’ve noticed changes and I know they will improve. I highly recommend Eleni,I’d give more stars but 5 is the maximum.

    I am a beginner in the gym and Eleni gave me the confidence and knowledge to use the equipment correctly and educated me on which exercises I should do for my fitness level and goals. Highly recommend Eleni, she was fantastic!

    I strongly recommend Longevity, having trained with them for several months now. I'm 53 years old and I had a few things to work on - knee, shoulder and foot issues etc. My exercise physiologist Eleni is an excellent trainer and has really helped me in a tangible way with tackling those issues and building strength and fitness. I've been to a couple of other places but Eleni is the most motivating and knowledgeable trainer that I've had. She's friendly, positive, consistently encouraging and she gives you the right amount of 'push', so that you start taking accountability for your progress. I'm now training three times a week and it's made a real difference to my energy levels and strength. I've met a few of the Randwick team and you really notice how nice they all are. Big thumbs up.

    I have been going to longevity for more than a year. I have found Eleni and Rachel at Randwick exceptional. I spent most of my time with Eleni and have found her very professional. Her knowledge of my needs and her ability to get the best out of me, has made me fitter and mentally strong as a person. Her personality and her care of her clients is above and beyond what I have experienced elsewhere. I could highly recommend the staff at longevity and especially Eleni and Rachel who I have been working closely with. I see myself getting strong and better, with the skill and encouragement of the my instructors and will be staying with Longevity for many years to come

    I only have positive things to say about my experience with Rachel from Longevity. Highly professional yet friendly, with a client-focussed, supportive style; she developed and continuously evolved a personalised program that reintroduced me to gym-based activity after a spinal injury.

    My PT sessions with Eleni were amazing! She tailored the sessions perfectly to fit my goals, and showed me how to use machines I would never have tried on my own! She took the time to show me how to do the exercises properly, and continuously gave me advise, corrections and praise! I am really excited to try the workouts we did at the gym, and know that I can talk to Eleni any time if I have any more questions!

    I am 75 and have been concerned about growing weaker. Over the past four months I’ve been having weekly sessions with Rachel at the gym and doing exercises prescribed by her at home. She is extremely good at her job and most encouraging. I’m gaining strength and confidence.

    Ashleigh from Longevity has been the most wonderful support for me in my my journey towards reclaiming my body. I feel fitter, stronger and so much more motivated towards my health goals. She prepared my legs for a recent ski trip, and I am now able to run 5kms without stopping! I love having her by my side and I know that she makes sure the intensity and the stretch is in line with my body’s capacity. Thanks Ash, I look forward to our next goal!!

    Ben is an amazing Exercise Phsyiologist PT, he has great knowledge, patient and gives you an amazing workout! I couldn't recommend anyone else but Ben at Anytime Fitness Randwick, I'm looking forward to doing more sessions with him in the near future!

    I have been working now for over a year with Rachel, a Longevity trainer at Anytime Fitness Randwick. She has been fantastic in supervising my exercises and physical development, and is both highly professional and charming to deal with. I heartily recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

    Eleni has been a saviour for me in 2022. My knee rehab was slow and cumbersome until I started training with Eleni. She took the time to understand what was holding me back and what I wanted to achieve. She hold me accountable for my rehab and I am now back to my normal self. I am enjoying beeing back to my normal sporting activities and now focussing on additional goals to further improve my fitness level. I highly recommend Eleni, she has a genuine interest in her clients and the results speak for themselves. If you are stuck in your fitness, look no further and contact her!

    I’ve been having regular sessions with the fantastic Rachel for the past few months which have been amazing! She’s been super patient and encouraging with a complete beginner, detailed with feedback, and flexible with any needed schedule changes. The idea of working out used to be so unfamiliar and intimidating, but Rachel’s been instrumental in making it approachable and fulfilling. I definitely feel stronger and fitter than before!

    I had a wonderful few sessions with Rachel from Longevity and would highly recommend her to anyone new to the gym. We started off by discussing my goals before jumping straight into teaching me about which exercises were best for my goals and the right technique.     For several years, I have shoulder mobility issues and after experiencing pain, I finally decided to see an excercise physiologist. Eleni has been helping me with my shoulder issues and after several sessions along with incorporating her recommended excercises in my gym routine, the pain in my shoulder has gradually disappeared. Not only that, my shoulder mobility has gotten better and is more flexible than before. I strongly recommend going with Eleni as she will plan a workout that fit your health issue along with your gym routine.

    Ive been a Longevity client for over a year now, and during that time I've experienced a great improvement in my fitness level. The exercise physiologists I see are always friendly and knowledgeable, and their ongoing motivation and support keeps me going. I can strongly recommend the Longevity team to anyone, including other people like me who receive funding via the NDIS.
