DO NOT PURCHASE from this mob. I bought a tap mixer, which was defective. I had to pay a plumber to investigate. The owner accused me of tampering with it. Her personal attacks were inexcusable & unprofessional. She refused to contact the manufacturer to organize installation of replacement item at no extra cost to myself, although Jaya tap mixer has a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty! The matter was put before the NCAT & I'm happy to advise that they have ORDERED Beaumont Tiles to replace & install the tap at no extra cost to myself. Please stay away from this franchise. They are not professional. Suggest you do your homework prior to engaging with Beaumont Tiles.

Terrible customer service. I purchased tiles online during COVID as the store was closed, unfortunately they were the wrong shade of white. Now the store refuses to return even though I never got to see the tile in person- during these unprecedented times I expected more understanding customer service. Every single person I spoke with at the Caringbah store was horrible rude and patronising. I would never recommend them to anyone.

We ordered standard wall tiles and other readily available materials from Beaumont Caringbah. When they had not arrived after 14 days we were told we could cancel and have have a refund. Beaumont refused to return our money and then deducted a 25% fee. Be VERY CAREFUL dealing with them.

Amanda went above and beyond to help me during the selection process, I had various limitations and she was so patient and accommodating to my requirements. I would recommend Beaumont Caringbah for a stress free service experience.

3 staff members available at the desk and not 1 offered any support. We weren’t even acknowledged as we walked in and out of the store. Very dissapointed. 0 stars if it were possible.

Been a great experience from start to finish! It was tricky making a decision on kitchen tiles with all the options but the team were so helpful in helping us narrow down our selection. Their range is also great and much better than other shops we looked at. We'll be back when doing our bathroom renos.

Caitlin from Caringbah Beaumont Tiles provided excellent customer service, advice and assistance in relation to our laundry/bathroom refurbishment. Even when we had delays with supply of products, Caitlin went above and beyond to keep us informed and arrange for alternative products at competitive prices. Nothing was too difficult for her to attend to and her willingness to assist us was commendable. We would not hesitate to contact Caitlin again at Beaumont Tiles Caringbah for our renovation needs.

A lovely showroom and quality recommended tilers. I recently booked Heath to tile a large splash back and bathroom floor. This was the third time I have asked for Heath because of his great work with attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Had the most wonderful experience. Super friendly and (very) helpful staff who patiently answered all our questions. They made the process of selecting splash back kitchen tiles far less overwhelming. Thank you Beaumont tiles!

We visited another Beaumont location and had the sleazy car man experience. We moved over to the taren point store and were served by Rod who provided great insight, helped with all our enquiries and we finished our shop in one go with his knowledge and support. His colleagues have been fantastic and helpful with any follow up questions. Thanks again Rod.
